Service après-vente totalement inutile et non-professionnel. Sachez que casiment aucune de vos demandes ne sera traitée. Leurs réponses sont en général, des "dialogues" afin de vous faire perdre du temps. Il n'y a pratiquement jamais de solutions.
Gefiel mir leider gaaar nicht. Die Website ist schlechter als die echten Geschäfte und ihre Waren. Es geht um Schein statt Sein. Kundennutzen irgendwo im Keller, die Navi ist schlecht, von Übersichtlichkeit kann keine Rede sein. Leider ein $#*!es Buh, hoffentlich wird da im Hintergrund schon längst überarbeitet.
Eine Frechheit: habe am 24.06. Etwas bestellt und es ist gestanden, die Bestellung kommt zw. 28.06. Und 03.07.
Am 03.07. Habe ich aber erst die Info erhalten, dass die Auftragsdaten bei der Post angekommen sind, was bedeutet, das Paket wurde immer noch nicht versendet!

Poco personal en el piso para ayudar al cliente. Los cuartos de medir la ropa (Fitting Rooms) estan cerrado, tuve que llevarme TODA la ropa para medirla en la casa y vivo a 1 hora de distancia, Lehigh Acres FL y H&M esta en Naples FL.
