CHEAP CLOTHING NOT AT ALL THE HIGH QUALITY OF QVC.
QVC DESIGNERS MAKE QUALITY AND A LOT OF PETITES IN ALMOST 90% OF TOPS AND BOTTOMS. HSN LIKES TO BE NON-INCLUSIVE WITH MAJORITY FOR PETITE WOMEN. 90% OF HSN CLOTHING DOES NOT INCLUDE PETITE WOMEN AND 80% OF THEIR CLOTHING IS CHEAPLY MADE THEY LACK THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL OF QUALITY LIKE QVC.
Unfortunately HSN does not sell quality that is why I don't like the shopping network.
Watching them push Cheap Junk constantly is sad.
QVC does both less expensive poorly designed and less desirable merchandise and quality BUT primarily has a lot of quality products especially high quality designers in particular is Susan Graver who only sells on QVC; unfortunately. But there are so many other designers besides Susan Graver that also sell on QVC and they also have a lot of designers that are not that great.
Walmart has better quality clothing then HSN. HSN is more like an overpriced dollar store when it comes to fashion. Cheap & Cheaper.
I think it is such a fun challenge for these hosts who are paid a lot of money to push Cheap and Junk on the home shopping network. They don't live a cheap life style they all live in huge mansions unless it is a conscious choice not to live in a mansion but they can all afford it because they are all paid a great deal of money to sell on TV. Most of the ones who have been on the show for sometime are multi millionaires. So they live their best high quality life for pushing and selling cheap merchandise to people who don't know better and trust these clowns when making purchases from HSN.
Be careful returning items. I sent two boxes to the same destination and now they have a return service one of the boxes was received right away delivered by USPS the other box for some unknown reason was shipped UPS and I was told I would have to wait 5 to 7 days for my refund then today I received a confirmation of return on one of the items out of the second box and I called the customer service rep and she said that even though one of the items in the Box was received it could take up to eight more days for the rest of the items to show as returned I think this is a bunch of bull crap.
HSN is affiliated with Comenity Bank and they will do everything they can to try to make you pay more for the item you ordered and destroy your credit in the process. Their whole payment system is designed to confuse the customer and get you to make more payments and if you don't they send it right to the credit bureau's... I'm actually in the process of suing this company! BE WARNED: DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - TOTAL RIP-OFFS!
I have used HSN.com and had great results. I bought a product and was given the option to pay in 5 payments. I also received coupons to do the same on 2 other products.

I am not happy with several of the products - Test your products and if they do not work correctly return them - Because You can not get vetch support team help
Computer or printer. They do not come with the software you ordered because of the software. So back it went. I will never order a computer or printer from them. It also cost me to ship it back

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER FROM HSN. My parents bought a computer for Aubrey for school and stated repeatedly, on the phone call, "I want to pay the total with my credit card. I DO NOT WANT PAYMENTS. I want to purchase it in full now!" The lady said, "ok. I can do that" and reassured her that's what happened. 2 months later we get a bill in the mail for the laptop. We call customer service and lady threatened to disconnect the call cuz we were getting frustrated that they WOULD NOT ACCEPT A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT TO PAY OFF IN FULL (like we originally wanted). They want a debit card for full amount you know cuz we have $500 just sitting in our debit acct for things like this.
I returned a package, which was lost and HSN refused to research the package and refused to provide the $60 I'd spent with them. Even thou, I've shopped with them for years. Unconscionable!

I bought a digi-land tablet and it came in defective. I had bought the warranty and since it was less than a year old, I had to go to the manufacturer who told told me they would repair it, not replace it and i would have to send it to them at my cost and include $12.00 for them to return it to me. I RECEIVED THIS PRODUCT DAMAGED AND I HAVE TO PAY THEM FOR SHIPPING. And i don't even get a new unit, i get a defective one that is repaired.
I could not get my order to go through, I called and the guy said it was because I some how had two accounts so he merged them, still did not work, I got customer service on the computer she said I did not have a password, which I explained I did, so she reset it and said it would work fine now, still did not work, I contacted them again, and again they did something and said it would work. Well this time I contacted them and told them to close my account after 5 hours and contacting them 5 times and no one would stay with me to make sure my order would go through I went to QVC and guess what my order went through without a problem! So good bye to HSN and hello to QVC!
HSN has a home run with the KitchenHQ line and its affable and ever-so-watchable professional Chef Massoud. I saw the show tonight with Callie Northagen - and what a show this compelling well paired duo presented.

Returned 3 items in one day, to the same place, Piney Flats, TN two of the items are in never-never land, the one cheap and DISGUSTING, bronzer I sent back got credited. Also, got a partial shipment of an item I ordered. No shipping documents were included, the additional item, the reason I ordered the product in the first place, was missing. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SUPPLIER. BAD KARMA
I BOUGHT. A SET OF TOSHIBA CORDFREE EAR BUDS TWO PACK. IN 6 MOUTHS BOTH PAIR WENT OUT. I DID NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY I FELT THEY WOULD LAST AT LEAST A YEAR. TOSHIBA OFFERS A ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY. I CALL HSN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR HELP WITH THE LIMITED WARRANTY THROUGH TOSHIBA AND THEY WOULD NOT HELP ME AT ALL. GO TO THERE WEB SITE THEY TOLD ME. I WENT TO THE SITE THEY TOLD ME AND FOUND NOTHING. THAT HAD TO DO WITH TOSHIBA/ HSN WARRANTY. I'LL NEVER BUY FROM HSN AGAIN. I HAVE THERE CREDIT CARD TOO. I'M THINKING ABOUT CANCELING IT. NO STARTS! I have a Hsn credit card and used it to make one large purchase for 500.00 I Paid it off and added Curtis stone cookware for 199.00 and a face steamer for 50.00. I got two other small cheap items but returned them. Which if I had not returned it still would not add up to what I ended up paying. Anyway I got the 500.00 dollar purchase paid off. I continued to pay my balance off of the two items I added. Well I ended up paying over 550.00 on these two items when it should have only been like 250.00 max... Ofcourse I contacted them to ask why I have paid so much and I got No reason to why. I kept explaining that I'm confused and make it MAKE SINCE to me... They got very rude with me and still did not explain it. They say you get flex pay with the HSN credit card, Yeah freaking right! I would have saved hundreds if I would have just used my debt card and I told them that. This card is a SCAM! Do not get the HSN credit card it will cost triple the price of their junky products. I'm still wanting to find out what had happened if anyone has advice that would be great! Customer service is Iffy. They are all over the place with knowledge and customer service. HSN is nothing but a televised infomercial that lies and misleads products. Beware, stay away. Amazon, Walmart, and Heck even Wish makes better products. Plus you know you won't be overcharged, and the return will not be a hassle or cost an arm and a leg. SHAME ON YOU HSN. MONEY HUNGRY LIERS!
I was very frustrated with my entire experience from purchasing, having order canceled, to the very poor customer service.
I ordered a Nokia Lumia 925 on 3/13, I had the option of purchasing from another site for around the same sale price. Estimated delivery was 3-7 business days.
On 3/18 (5 days later) I receive a notice that my order was cancelled, saying little more than that's too bad for you. The sale price is no longer offered on any site. I write an email to their customer service.
3/19 with no reply to my email, I call their customer support to see if they would do anything to remedy their mistake. Their customer service rep blames it on 3 party vendors having a truck accident or warehouse mistake. After that she offers me $5 spendable cash on their site. I found this unacceptable. She could not offer more without supervisor. Another 5 minutes on hold the supervisor was able to offer me $10 spendable cash or the item ever became available again they might be able to offer it at that price.
The order process was mediocre - coupons not working, extremely poor communication after purchase, and horrid customer service. They have taken too many hours of my life and will not be getting a second chance.
Just to inform everyone buying a large item on the 18 month interest free plan and trying to pay flex payments in full each month from HSN is a joke. We bought a 65" TV for Christmas on their 18 month plan and my husband bought several items on flex pay. I thought I was paying in full for the flex pay total for the month, and that next months flex pay payment would pay them in full and I would just pay the TV off in two equal payments the next month. Easy enough right? Wrong! I look at February's bill and I have interest charged from the flex pay total which I thought I paid in full. I called and HSN told me I had to pay $74 toward the TV that had no interest for 18 months! They told me this was told to us when we bought it. It was not! Nor was it on our statement. So every payment I make, $74 comes off the top to go toward a TV that has 0% interest for 18 months. Does that make sense? And anything else goes toward the balance that is drawing interest! I told them I know exactly why it wasn't explained when we bought the TV. No one in their right mind would deal with them. I told them that's why I prefer QVC. Wish my husband had listened.
Twice, I have ordered one item from HSN. The second time, I only ordered from them because I couldn't find my desired product elsewhere. The first time, I ordered one item and approved payment thru PayPal for one item. They sent and billed for 3 items. The second time, I made sure I didn't order anything recurring - only one item/one time payment - and they sent and charged for four. They have different billing names they use to somehow fool PayPal. HSN sends an email confirmation right after you order, showing the correct number and the correct payment - and then within 24 hrs- they send about 3 more emails, using a slightly different corporate name - like HSN1 or HSN LLC. When you are busy and glance at emails, you think it's just part of the order confirmation, shipping, tracking process that every legitimate company uses. But no - they are actually creating as many additional orders as they think they can get away with. I have blocked them on PayPal now, and have sent a dispute to PayPal. Getting thru to HSN customer service online or in person is a never ending circle to nowhere. Do NOT order from this company.
Answer: They tell u how long u hv to activate that phone! It's called 'pay attention'. I've been with them over 15 yrs. I do a lot of shopping online. Can't beat the returns or customer service. Watch ur items for 30 day price decrease. They refund the difference! I hv a blast getting $$ back.
