See title. Didn't work. Poor design/software. Hate it. Anger. Rage. Frustration. Wasted time, worry about completing time sensitive application that requires some ITS info

These companies are asking for too much personal information which can and does end up in the wrong hands too often. This should be an option not a must with government or any other agencies.

I'm not very sure of myself when it comes to new digital technology and cause pushing the wrong key can easy wipe out all the information I spent hours putting in!

At first I had difficulty getting a response. But once I got link for video verification process it became easy, efficient and satisfying. Especially with the agent who assisted me.

I established my account in 2024 and have accessed IRS and soc.Security sites several times since. The basic set-up takes a bit of time, but it really pays off later.

Be prepared, not easy & you have to bare your life details... Can site be trusted with data? He's an example of my issues, finished input but informed I had to enter at least 100 characters...

With so much hackers and scammers all around us, I am most thankful that IRS made this ID. Me available to authenticate our documents. It's crazy that hackers can file for other people.

FIVE HOURS of submitting every official document under the sun, to have them summarily REJECTED without explanation. NEW photos of documents REJECTED again! All for a $4.00 discount. NEVER do business with these inane, INCOMPETENT, preposterous fools!

It, sucked. Your at it again with 100 letters are you kidding? It's midnight and I'm 85 years old. You have me so frustrated now that I don't even want to finish this.

Using ID.me on two applications. Both initially rejected my pw then somehow reminded me to try again (maybe it was an email?). When I put in the exact pw again, I got in. I am not confident in this process.

It was hell getting them to verify me. Now they won't let me update my phone number. Why is access to our vital records being run by this evil greedy for profit corporation?
