I reside in Mexico. With your system I cannot receive calls only texts. Further, you do not accept a Skype paid for US telephohe number and finaloly I cannot change my current Skype number. The one listed *******282 is invalid and my new one is *******766.
I spent literally days wading through your sign up process unsucessfuly, Not until today with assissistance of your technician we finally were successful.this took over two hours.
Your system is just plain terrible. With the current system that ends the 31st of January 2025 it takes less than a minute to sign in and it is user friendly where yours is definitely not.

A changed phone companies and got a new phone number now. I can't access anything to change anything. I've gone through the multiple steps changing passwords.I'm trying to get in, but it doesn't allow me.

The website really does give you easy access to the benefits, discounts and services of veterans. I wish they would give us a bit more though like maybe an extra percent on cash back or maybe a slightly higher discount because all the current cash back and discount currently reduces is the tax for the purchase. I don't feel like there was a reduction in price in the first place.
I expected to stop in frustration. But I needed a simple record from the IRS and wondered if I could get an account. It was not only paced and clear, it is easier than my insurance company or bank or health website.
Like I said, before I was a little leery of completing it once they took my Social Security number and then had to take ID pictures. Don't always know what to trust.
This app is so dumb and a waste of time, have to enter information that they already have numerous times for what reason, the selfie thing takes crappy selfies and never works and they are asking for IDs and information that the IRS and other people that use this website already have so why are we doing this it is so dumb a waste of freaking time and effort for no reason. I mean we already have to enter 25 passwords and go through 50 verifications and captchas and we still have to enter all of our ID information our driver's license and social security number and everything else once we finally get through the two-step verification and all that process so what is the point of adding more s*** to do! I would give zero Stars if it was an option this is so dumb I'm so sick of spending half a day verifying who I am!
It took 2 hours to get the correct pictures to be accepted. 3 hours later the specific service was temporarily unavailable. Typical incompetent government experience. Absolutely disgusting!
Had no problem with signing up for the service, has a few steps to get there but they have to make sure that it is really YOU they're communicating with!
Way too complicated and the Ai system they use is not capable of performing its function. Good luck trying to get the system to recognize satisfactory photos.

Was fine Except that you insisted on doing this;( and then I had to com up with at least 100 letters and It doesn't except your last name when it's spelled correctly so it's always wrong 😑
I was in a frustrating loop for hours, attempting to create an account and have my info verified. FINALLY I got an email from ID. Me, telling me I had successfully created my account and my info was verified. Then, when I attempted to actually use it, I got an error screen which said ONLY, "Some of your information does not match the information on file." On file WHERE? WHICH information? It wouldn't tell me. And there was no getting around this screen. It just said "Click here to start over." Well, it was possible I had typed something incorrectly, but remember -- this message appeared when I tried to LOG IN. So what could have been wrong at that point? No idea and no way to find out. I thought there might be a delay in the verification, so I restarted the computer and tried again an hour later. Same thing. And then it took me another half hour to figure out how to delete my account and remove all my sensitive personal data from ID. Me. I ended up having to fill out the NJ Senior Freeze application by hand instead of online, and then drive it to the post office. If I had just done that in the first place, I would have saved almost three annoying hours. Do not sign up for this service unless you absolutely have to.
IRS uses ID ME to sign into your online IRS account. There were multiple steps to verify who I was to access it initially. It was tedious; several times, I had to start over due to the web pages loading or not, and I had to jump through obstacles to access the information they needed to verify me. I loved that ID ME constantly communicated with me throughout the entire process via email notifications when I uploaded the ID documents, when a document was not accepted, what the next steps were, and when a live person was available to video chat. That helped because, honestly, how the process was going didn't look like it would work. ONCE on a call, Robert S was very professional, kind, patient, and thorough. I had been trying to access my tax records for a while now, so it felt terrific to get access, but the process was even better due to the customer service I received.
Well I was trying trying to log with other sources
But its hard to in as they were asking various things to veryfy my identity but its still couldn't, When I take id me its very easy To log in as only two authentication got through. Last year also I Used your portal. Therefore I highly recommend ID me is the best.

This is the 4th time I have tried to straighten out my account. They are impossible to work with. They e-mail me that it is fixed but it is not. It's time to contact Mr. Trump and his people at DOGE
I went through all the rigmarole & jumped through all of their ridiculous hoops only to NOT be able to login to ssa.gov after my identity was supposedly successfully verified. MESS.
