My first time using this site and each step was extremely simple. I was worried about it accepting the photos of my driver's licence, but it took a very clear photo and accepted it within seconds, unlike other ID verifiers I've used in the past where they just kept rejecting the photo over and over.
Quick and easy I thought it was going to take a long time but it literally only took about 10 minutes and I had already spoke to somebody and showed them my certain requirements and got all the way done with it so I was very pleased because of the quick and easy task at hand
This service was injected into my benefits claim deadline, I cleared it, but the had a non functional completion algorithm with the State a sent me in an endless loop, missing my claim deadline. This is the most reckless and arrogant and damaging incompetence I have seen from such a service and I am sure they will avoid responsibility. Should have been a Negative stars rating.
I took a lot of time to gather documents and upload them. I had to wait for an online representative to connect with me and verify my documents. After the call I was sitting there with a blank screen which never took me to the irs website. I mailed my taxes instead.
When I was going through the application, the instructions was clear and reasonable. It takes a lot of time to complete so that way can get things right. Yet, it needs patience to read and carefully put the correct information. In the other hand the time I was doing it was late night and when it shown me the next step for a video call, I was surprise but the guy took his time to verify my information and was very helpful. That shown me that ID.com has the commitment to give service at any time. That's all I can said.
I needed to be verified via video and the process was smooth and easy. I didn't have many issues and the ones I had were resolved quickly. Everything seemed very trust worthy and professional. I had no issues with them!
I couldn't get into my account because I lost access to my old email and phone number. But I emailed them and they helped me update all my info so that now I can access my account and everything is updated... I would recommend for sure.
Tried to correct a bad physical address. Because it wasn't my present address the assistant refused to understand a human could have lived at more than 1 location in their lifetime and just kept telling me to go change my profile ( present address). Still trying to get ahold of a human.
