I was nervous about providing my personal information online, in fear of fraud and or identity theft, the staff/agent put my worries at ease, the invitation for video call was provided before the 2-3 period, the agent was personable while remaining professional and provided reassurance throughout process. The call itself was less than 4 minutes.
I love ID Me for accessing my government accounts. You only need to remember one password and it is so secure. ID ME is so easy and convenient to use.
I uploaded my docs and recieved a message for 3 Mins to get doc Approval. I waited 37 mins for approval. I had to leave the session. I had to log back in the following day. This is a very poor experience. It was a Sunday that I uploaded docs. If there was not anyonme available on Sundays or for whatever the reason THE USER SHOULD BE MADE AWARE, so they can come back when the docs can be approved.
Forced to use this subpar service to gain access to our own info. Another taxpayer funded monopoly. We shouldn't have to use a single point of contact for every interaction with government
Quickly got a text to upload photos through browser without apps or downloads took the photos and quick and browser opened would take a few more with ID.me again.
The experience was terrible. It was slow and very time consuming. Upload was difficult. Then after getting it created I can't get logged back into the account.
Well satisfied with the help from IDme, I've used this application in the past and it is very trustworthy. I very strongly recommend it to everyone, it's fast and very easy to use.
This was a nice experience the lady was super nice and helpfull i was recommended by my sister in law and it was super easy and quick to do will be definitely using it again soon or later
A very difficult process to setup one's ID.me. Too many steps. Needing to upload personal documents and personal details, makes one feel what the HACKERS need to get into your personal account
As a non technical person, I really had no real problems setting up an account. Directions were easy to follow, and everything went smoothly and quickly.
From beginning to end please have patience because it is a difficult process to understand and do.
I spent the better half of a month getting everything "perfect" the way they wanted it.
This whole process the government wants can be streamlined a lot easier and better. One star is really too much!
When I use this, the government agency sent me notification that they had not received verification and I lost a benefit temporarily because of this, so it seems a little pointless and a big time consumption without any benefit
It was good the only problem was that the mic was cutting out. I don't know if it was my WiFi or the other person. But besides that I think it went good.

Using I.D. Me is really quick. I use it to sign into IRS. Being that it has been some time of signing into IRS...I didn't have to worry about remembering my password.
Lack of customer service and refusal to provide support ends in denial/postponement of benefits. Why would anyone do business with someone that can not be gotten a hold off? They hit a huge windfall by getting in with TWC. But I would never use them
The ID. Me was pretty easy to understand. The only confusing part for me was the video selfie. The loading bar should load at you are successful or not. The way it bounced was confusing if I was doing it correctly
I needed to access my account on the IRS web site and had to use this "service". They REQUIRED me to do a video for ID purposes. At one point, it looked like I could avoid this by linking to my Google account but that just helped them get more info about me. They still required me to do the video. If you read their "privacy policy" basically they'll share your info with whoever they want to. Hate this ongoing behavior by all the tech "services". They wonder why we want the government to break them up and limit their power over us (huge eyeroll!).
