After ID.me gave their blessing to the imposter, and aided in the imposter's illegal activities, which caused harm to me and my property. ID.me. Allowed my imposter to take control over my ID.me account and my identity, by allowing the imposter the change to change the email and phone number associated to my ID.me account and never questioned the email used buy a female trying to steal my identity and also dumb founded ID.me made no attempt to contact me at any of the credentuals provided before making the changes. After the four monyhs and countless attempts to inform ID.me I finally convinced ID.me to close the account and allow no one in till i can verify my info, they sent an email to the imposter. Before launching the investigation againg protecting the imposter from prosecution. There is no other way to contact ID.me except through email. After countless attempts ID.me finally responded. Several days later having convinced ID.me to at the very least shut down the account until my identity can be verified, this way no one uses it. As far as i am concerned ID.me is directly responsible for the harm that occurred to me and my property. I am opposed to ID.me have access to any thing associated to my identity. Is directly responsible for the harm to me and my property. I am apposed and unsupportive of ID.me having access to any thing involving my identity.

I thought that by selecting to verify my identity through a phone call I was going to wait long time, but it was really easy and fast
My first time experience with ID.ME was amazing, from the beginning to the ending was a wonderful and positive experience
It was miserable. ID.ME needs to much better think from the average person who does not use Zoom for everyday meetings how to make the process work better. Their Support team was more like do it or else rather than how can I help you do this so that we both are satisfied and I basically beat my head against a brick wall because I can not give them access to my laptop's video camera. If they had taken me step by step into Windows 10 and Google Chrome and worked with me, I am sure I could have done it, but at the present stage, I still have no idea how to do it. They also dump you into the Waiting Room for the Video Chat which I finally figured out how to use my cell phone to do by copying and pasting their incoming e-mail's link into an e-mail to my cell phone. I do not send normal e-mail to my cell phone, only to my laptop. I have suggested that they modify their ID.ME that appears on the screen to add WAITING ROOM so that people don't think that they have waited so long that something must not be right and hang up like I did. I did not realize I was in the WAITING ROOM until I saw the e-mail on my laptpp that said return to the Waiting Room. From that point on, everything went very smoothly and the Video Chat itself was so profoundly simple that it was a piece of cake.
We were able to talk with the person on the video call and were able to get some information that was needed
