The process was smooth but had many steps. I don't feel like I'd want my ID verified more easily though. It should be thorough, and it was.
The pin number did not work for me. Unfortunately the id number was 6 digits...The IRS requires a 5 digit number. My tax return got kicked back.

The photo app was slow to start and the down loading of the photos was if you use a smart phone. Other than that it went okay.
