My experience with ID. Me was fairly simple. There was a couple times I had issues with different functions and referencing different pages and sites. I think that is the result of being in my uppers 40s during a time of technological breakthroughs.

The process was alittle complicated. I had a verification problem because my DD214 was old and hard to read. I was pleased they had another option to show your license if it has your armed forces indicated. Which saved me alot of time to not have to get another DD214. Other than that it wasn't bad
Terrible process with no result. Time consuming, upsetting, unclear procedures which ultimately - though I followed what I was supposed to didn't result in my getting the needed transcript so I had to find another way to do it.
