First appointment was at a location where the clerk just decided to close up shop for the day at lunchtime. No one called to say my appointment was cancelled. There were six of us waiting (all with appointments) and one poor woman had driven two and half hours to get there. After waiting on hold for over an hour, someone at Identigo finally answered and just said "sorry, we have no idea where they are, would you like to reschedule somewhere else?" I found another location and got fingerprinted, but now I can't find where my fingerprints are. I call the contact number and am told to press "8" to speak to a representative, then am quickly told no one answered that extension and get sent back to main menu. I literally have NO idea where my fingerprints are being sent (they were not requested by an employer, but are needed for a license) and no idea how to get a human to talk to me. Will they be emailed to me? I guess I will just keeping hitting different numbers and hope someone will eventually answer and give me some clue. And the website is useless.
Wish I could leave zero stars. First time using this place of business and will be my LAST.

The lady at the front desk, from the very second I walked in, was rude and had an attitude for absolutely no reason at all for the entire time I was there and throughout the entire process. I watched her treat everyone else who walked in after me the same way. No customer service whatsoever. Colored lady with really short hair. She acted as if everyone who walks in should know how to do her job for her. I walked in, told her I scheduled an appointment online, she asked "for what service," I told her "finger printing and background check." She responded with, "but for what?" With the nastiest tone and attitude towards me. She is then the one to assist me with the finger printing process. She gave no instructions on how to do anything and god forbid you ask a question or seem confused. Because I was unaware of finger placement or what was needed of myself, she continued to catch an attitude. She eventually left me in the room to figure it out myself, which at that point I had rathered that because I was done dealing with her. I finished the finger scans and the payment process popped up. I went in to ask if there was something she needed to do with this, she kept asking if I had an authorization code (as if I knew what that meant), again, with her nasty attitude. Told her I was paying myself. Took my card, processed payment, handed me my receipt and never said another word. I snatched my receipt and left.
I'm usually pretty good about just brushing this kind of thing off and going about my day, but the service I received was just ridiculous and so uncalled for. I called customer service but I doubt they'll do anything or call me back. How is this company still in business? They have such terrible reviews.
My husband has been working during this pandemic all types of hours with only one day off Sunday, he's working for JB Hunt/ Homedepot, so he's essential. He can't make an appointment cause he don't know when his day is done, so he only can go during the walk-in hours 5pm-7pm the Edison, NJ office. They've turned him away 3 TIMES with 3 different excuses; I'm here by myself, it's too late(@ 6:15 they told my husband he was too late) &, just this Wednesday@ 5:00pm they told him appointment only, but this is the walk-ins hours it say it on the website. My husband is TRYING to get his TWIC. This branch needs to be closed down. There's no supervisor, for complaints. Please if anyone know of any websites I could lodge a formal complaint to please contact me.
I went to their office on N. Atlantic in Cape Canaveral Fl. They instantly renewed my TSA gave me a new number on the spot and were a pleasure to work with.
Extremely rude staff. I left feeling upset and frustrated by the way I was treated during my TSA PreCheck interview. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Been waiting weeks to get this appt and lo and behold, I get an emailed cancellation 12 hours before I'm supposed to arrive with NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHY. The number they give me to call and "reschedule" does not work so I go online and the closest appt. To me is over a week and 75 miles away! BS!
This company does not clearly outline where the documents will be sent. I have been MONTHS for an FEIN from IRS all to the fault of these uncomprehensive services I now have went an ENTIRE tax Season without ANY paying clients. THANK YOU INDENTOGO for sending my fingerprints to teh wrong place., What else could I have paid you for?
I lost my hazmat endorsement on my commercial drivers license because of them. They claimed there was a problem with my payment for the background check. After several calls to their national number, without being able to speak with customer service, I screen shot the bank statement showing the payment, and sent it to one of the employees at our local branch. I never received any communication from them at all, but a week later there was a refund, for the background check they claimed I didn't pay for,on my bank statement. I was fortunate enough to get the attention of one of our state representatives. He listened to my story, and secured an extension of my hazmat, and I was able to return to work after a week off without pay. I have since paid Identogo again and am now hoping they will finish my background check before the extension runs out. I also had to retake the hazmat test at DMV cost $ 11.00, then had to get a temporary paper license showing the hazmat endorsement cost $11.00. To sum it up, while they did refund my money for their mistake, there was no explanation or apology much less any help with the $ 22.00 spent at the DMV or the week of work I missed. Identogo has no customer service because they don't have to. They hold a federal contract for doing all hazmat background checks. If you want the hazmat endorsement you have to use them.
The location in Denver off of Cherry St is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had. The person taking the fingerprints was rude, condescending, told me I had fake nails, and blamed me for not getting good fingerprints. She then asked why I wasn't interacting with her and if I was listening. This is a SERVICE and I am a CUSTOMER. Awful customer service!
Terrible customer service. Can't get ahold of anyone after multiple voicemails. They owe me a refund after I paid and showed up for my appointment and they were unable to fulfill the service.
Answer: To date, given that they took my money, haven't provided the service and won't respond to my queries, it looks suspicious.
Answer: I was forced to. The company I was getting my fingerprints for had no other options. Believe me, they will know how Identogo treats their "customers".

Answer: When I called to report that I was stood up for my appointment, the woman was VERY nice and said they could probably waive the fee for my replacement appointment. Of course, the woman at the office I went to was much more like the other reviews I've read here. Now, what I did to get through and speak to a person was to just randomly pick numbers on their phone tree system until they tell you you've "exceeded the allowable attempts." Then you will be connected to a person. Both times I've spoken with anyone, it took a bit of a minute but not too long. I am in Texas, in case that makes a difference.
