I had a most unpleasant experience today with the staff at the Cherry Hill office at 57 Haddonfield Rd, Cherry Hill, NJ. There are two doors. The right one was locked, so I entered through the left one. At this point, there was this woman who asked me what time was my appointment (very first question). I told her 4:30. She looks at her list and tells me that my appointment is cancelled. Surprised, I asked her why? And she tells me she is short staffed. There was only her and nobody else to do the work. I was nonplussed. I asked her if she cancelled my appointment then why did she not send me a text or email? She says she doesn't know and tells me to leave. Then she asks me "are you here for finger print"? I say "No I am here for TSA pre check". Luckily, I see an adjoining room which happened to be the TSA pre-check room. Ignoring her, I go into that room. I am asked to sit in the waiting room. This woman (the first one) follows me and starts pacing the room for a few seconds and then leaves, muttering "... smart $#*!." I could not hear the whole thing.
All this unpleasantness could have been avoided if she had asked me " Are you here for finger print or TSA pre check?". I did not know there were other services. I hope I never have to go to that office again. In all fairness, I have to say the TSA Precheck staff was pleasant.
First, why make 1:30 appointments and repeatedly send notices to arrive early, if they absolutely refuse to even speak to you, or even acknowledge you, if you arrive before 1:30--AS THEY SUGGESTED! Also, they act as if it is an affront if you actually walk in the door. The literature suggest early arrival in case you have questions, etc. However, they are unable to answer any questions! There is a rehearsed script, and the answer to any question is I DON'T KNOW. I want precheck specifically because I have a metal prosthesis -- how dare I ask a question about how precheck works with that--they don't know. We arrived early--AGAIN AS INSTRUCTED--and asked to use the restroom and were rudely told "It's out there" but were not give a key to used the locked restroom. Yes, there's a restroom but you can't use it because we won't unlock it. Identogo's hiring manager should be fired for hiring the Dastardly Duo in the Poughkeepsie office.
After scheduling appointments online a week prior, my husband, son and I visited the IdentoGO branch on Park Ten Blvd in SATX. Although our appointments were 08:20AM, 08:30AM & 08:40AM, we were greeted cordially upon arrival at 08:00AM and expeditiously assisted by Irene, who captured our fingerprints electronically for our License-to-Carry applications with DPS, retrieved payment for the service and took our photos! It was a pleasant experience for the three of us!
As a physician, I had to go through IdentoGo to get fingerprinted in the state of Pennsylvania for credentialing at Lehigh Valley Health System. Most places accept fingerprints done officially at any State Police or FBI location. However, the required I travel to Pennsylvania and do my fingerprints at a PA IdentoGo location. This required me to drive 10 hours round trip to get this done. So, I went. When I sent, I followed their instructions and a young gentleman helped me get the fingerprints done. When I asked about payment he said, "You have vouchers, so no payment is due." Months later, the fingerprints were never processed. NO ONE called me or emailed me to let me know. Apparently the vouchers given to me were OUT OF DATE. So instead of doing the logical thing and calling or emailing me, they just sat on the fingerprints and never processed them. Are you kidding me? I tried to get hold of a human 20 times over a week. Everytime I pushed the right prompt only to get disconnected. I finally reached the Colorado IdentoGo offices who transferred me. When I finally got hold of someone she said "your vouchers they gave you were expired so we didn't process your fingerprints." I then paid over the phone and they processed them. Took another few weeks. This company is absolutely WORTHLESS.
I made a appointment and arrived to a note on the door saying "system is down". Never received a email, or phone call/text. Made a second appointment downtown two days later and the same experience. Calling the place is a joke, your on hold for 15 minutes,! Then told call back later, and it doesn't matter what time you call, it's the same. Use their jacked up website is even a bigger joke than calling. Third time was a charm, I got my finger prints done. I'm using MACHS for the Missouri Nursing Board. I had them done on July 1,2020. And today is July 15,2020 with no results. The system says " being processed"? I can't work without them and had to pass up several lucrative job offers because of this crap company. All my other paperwork is completed and has been processed by the board for weeks. Missouri, highway patrol, FBI, TSA, Hazmat, get rid of these idiots please!... update-Today it's July 28, anD yesterday I finally got my results. What was the long delay? I paid $21.50 for "mosiers" and found out I needed It done specifically for the Board of Nirsing? I made numerous phone calls trying to find out the problem. Had to take a second test and pay and additional $41.50? I specifically told them from the beginning what my test was for. I got ripped off, lost jobs, while sitting on my $#*! waiting to go back to work. I hate this company!
Slow worker, taking extra long lunch, keeps texting and talking about her personal issues instead of doing her work.
They helped me recover my lost receipt send it to me through email if you need fingerprints this is the place you want to have good customer service
Was physically attacked at Binghamton Chenango St location by an employee that was upset I was using my phone that another employee asked me to look up information with.
Answer: To date, given that they took my money, haven't provided the service and won't respond to my queries, it looks suspicious.
Answer: I was forced to. The company I was getting my fingerprints for had no other options. Believe me, they will know how Identogo treats their "customers".
Answer: Your are lucky if you receive them at all. They take money and give nothing in return.
Answer: I would not believe a word they tell you. These people are lairs and crooks
Answer: When I called to report that I was stood up for my appointment, the woman was VERY nice and said they could probably waive the fee for my replacement appointment. Of course, the woman at the office I went to was much more like the other reviews I've read here. Now, what I did to get through and speak to a person was to just randomly pick numbers on their phone tree system until they tell you you've "exceeded the allowable attempts." Then you will be connected to a person. Both times I've spoken with anyone, it took a bit of a minute but not too long. I am in Texas, in case that makes a difference.
