I would say that most of the items I have purchased from JFN are good, especially the shoes. The dresses and the tops are another thing entirely. Both of the dresses I purchased were not as pictured, the fabric is not what you see or the picture is very misleading and the sizes are unpredictable. Although I order a size Medium, what size they are when they arrive is a crap shoot.
The jeans are good though, stick with pants and shoes and you'll do alright I believe.

The product was definitely not as expected, quality of the material as well as the sizing and cut was terrible. When I tried to obtain a refund, the process was cumbersome. When I finally got instructions on how to return, they mention I was responsible for shipping back to China. This truned out to be almost as expensive as the garment! So I decided to forget about it and donated the garment to Goodwill.

Not very happy. I saw the sweater on sale with a no shipping charge but later when I went back to pay for it I was charged $14.99 for shipping. Are you hand delivering it? Also I had put a sweatshirt in the cart. I wasn't finished shopping but had to leave for a medical appointment. When I came back today, the cat sweatshirt was higher and also had added shipping. I perfer honesty upfront so I won't be buying again

I bought a party dress for my birthday at the JustFashionNow store.
The dress arrived in 20 days, very fast, the dress is very beautiful and has amazing shine, the value is very cheap, I am delighted. I wore the dress for my birthday dinner, my friends and family complimented and said that I looked beautiful, I am very happy and satisfied. I will buy again on the website soon, the service, shipping and price are very good, are to be congratulated, thank you for the service.

During ordering I couldn't find where to insert my 15% discount code of JFN150 OFF. Is this just a gimmick and doesnt really apply? I havent used your company before so am a little disappointed.the item I received doesn't look like the item I ordered and Getting a refund is a nightmare. I won't be using this organisation again. It took weeks before I got the product. I think literally it is coming from "slow boat from China?" I wasn't in a hurry, but I almost forgot about the order. I was sent emails about order & when it was mailed.

The top that arrived was too small, though I used their measurement chart. Also, the real top did not look like the fabric in the photo. When I wanted to return it, I was told I could but it would cost so much to send it back that it wouldn't be worth it. I decided not to bother and not to shop with them again.

I was sent several blouses in the wrong size. I admit that I might have ordered the one blouse in a XXL because that was the largest size available in that style (and it does fit), but the blouse that was a small should never have happened. If all the other blouses were a 3X, one would think someone would have caught that and make a phone call to me see if that was correct.

Truly, by FAR, the worst customer service experience. They are a true scam. Forget returns, as they go to China. I spent $40 trying to return to China some items that they shipped and after months, the package got rejected and sent back. I've lost $80 for the product PLUS $40 in shipping back. The reason I shipped back was their products were cut for child sizes. I ordered size Large and they shipped tops that wouldn't fit my 10 year old. After months of back and forth, they refuse to credit me, they refuse to let me speak with a supervisor, it's a scam.

My 1st purchase, I ordered 3 different articles. Two were very nice, fit according to size and washed well. The "green " article didn't fit well, was too large and the shorts didn't hang well. I was offered a total refund, but would have to wait probably 2-3 months for the return to be mailed to China, accepted and the payment to be returned to my account from China. The second option was a return of the article locally and have a return of 15% of the price. I chose the second option, but since the purchase was mailed locally why couldn't I return it there for a full refund.

I love the presentation that you give for each of your clothing items. Also, I appreciate the number of discounts I can get. I also love the styles that you present, and the fact that you are reliable. I have found your clothing to be exactly what you present. Big plusses all around.

Nice items, good price. I did not realize the item was imported so I expected to get it sooner. But I ordered it on the 9th and received it on the 29th, so 3 weeks is not bad. No tracking specifics to follow exact locations, but I did receive messages assuring that the item was in transit and it got more specific the last 3 days before delivery.

The stock is very cute, but the quality of photoshopping of different colors on items is sketchy. I wonder about the printing quality of the items. Many items not available, and I'm skeptical of the "notify of arrival" thing is legit--just another way to grab an email.

I got the 3X and these leggings did not fit me well. The waistband is sturdy, so if your own waist is larger than the not-stretched waistband, the leggings will feel binding at the waist. My waist is 36" and the 3 leggings waists were 32-35". The fabric is very stretchy, but the leggings were baggy on me all the way down the legs, and my legs are not thin. The leggings were 2-3" too long on me, which with other fabrics would be an easy alteration, but not with this very stretchy lightweight fabric.

When I received my order and tried them on, all of them blouses and tops, Some of the sizing was not what your size chart showed. Some of the larges were too small and some of the smalls were too large. This fashion line is Not consistent with the size chart and I'm unhappy with the way they fit. Sherry Carlson

The top I ordered was perfect. My 2nd item was a dress. I ordered according to the chart & it's too big. To make it fit, it has to be taken up at the shoulders, taken in under the arms. In the picture, I thought it came to the knee, but it's mid calf.
