They were pretty but none of the 3 items fit me. So I tried to return them. My cost for the items was around $45.00. Bbbut the shipping to return them was $29.00. Too much. So I kept them and I'm giving them to someone else they will fit.

The picture of the product was in no way indicative of the actual product received! Yes, it did look like picture on the website, but in no way reflected the description given. I found the materials used to make the shoes very subpar; flimsy casing on a cheap, plastic sole! When trying to return the product for refund, I was given a choice to pay shipping and customs pricing to China, or take a 15% cash refund, to avoid the ordeal; shipping and taxes paid NOT INCLUDED! What an insult!

Try to send it back the page it took me to win around and around and around. Had to put in my name my email and then push here go to the Sunbeck place and I ended up with add name Email push year for Sun back please it's impossible to send them back. Get your money back. Nope never again

I received the 5 items of my order in 5 different shipments from different places, over a period of a week, one of which was Canada. I was displeased with the quality of all the items. I had not even ordered one of the items I was sent. When I requested a full refund, I was told I would have to return everything to China, pay duty and postage, etc. I asked why I couldn't return the items to Canada instead of China. Answer was NO. Instead I was offered 20% refund, which comes to about $25. This company has a guarantee to make money regardless because it will cost you much more to return items under their terms. Really reprehensible.

Ordered a pair of shoes. It took forever to get them. I needed to exchange for a smaller size. Used the label the co provided to return, had to pay $23.50 to ship to China! The package came back to me. I contacted the Co to let them know I used the label they provided but the package came back to me and I expected them to pay for the shipping for the return since I have already paid double for the product now. They said it wasn't their fault and the only thing they could do is offer me 20% off any additional purchase. Total rip off!

This has been a terrible shopping I'mbery disappointed. With all three items. The sizes were very inaccurate. One dress I ordered a size 2X, and received a size 4X labeled dress that was actually smaller than a real size 2X. The shirt was also not accurately sized…too small. I reached out to return items, but got no response.

As long as it fits when I get it, I will be very happy, and I will recommend your company to others.

I buy this werbsite a couple of shirts that were very comfortable, I bought black. They fit really well and look so professional while being casual. They go with everything, I also bought a couple of dresses and they fit me well too

I ordered a dress and sandals. Paid $55 total. The dressed arrived and the material has no stretch and is very thin. I swear it is made from a bedsheet. The dress also arrived with a hole in the pocket. The sandals fit but feel like cardboard. I can get better sandals at the dollar store.

The dresses were made in poor quality it wasn't made evenly the pockets hung down too low and the size didn't fit very well only one of the dresses was made nicely and that was the gray dress that looks green,

I was disappointed with the quality of most of the items I picked. Only one item was okay. The other items looked so cheap. I was going to return them but since the company said I was responsible for the shipping it wouldn't be worth it. I feel like I wasted my money. Will not be ordering again.

Your camera work is amazing and makes your cheap clothing look really good. But your clothing is cheaply made, cheap fabric and most look nothing like the clothing in the website. I ordered a sweater from this company that, from its picture, looked lush with nubby knitting. The product I got was a thin, cheap-looking polyester blouse that was nothing like the picture.

I ordered leggings that appears to also be thick and nubby knitted. They product I got were, again, thin, cheap material.

I don't understand why you are still able to sell your products in this country.

I have had a terrible experience. I couldn't find the address to send the items back to get a refund. I have been trying to get this done within the time limit but have been delayed. Why don't you post the return address? Why are you making it so difficult. I am not going to drop this if I cannot get my money back.

I wish I had checked this site before ordering from this company. JustFashionNow's website stated that the maximum delivery time would be 20 days. I received the order 80 days after purchase. The white jeans I ordered didn't have a button hole to fasten the jeans closed. When I wrote the company they told me that the jeans weren't defective and I should cut a hole myself. If I wanted to send the jeans back I would have to pay for shipping to China. Dealing with this company was beyond frustrating. I will never buy from them again.
