Clothing and shoes are unique. People whom I don't know and friends will compliment me on the cuteness of dresses and shoes. I like how lightweight and well made all the garments I have purchased. No loose threads or buttons that need to be cut or resewn for sturdiness. Webswiote is easy to use and inviting. Only concoern I have is that delivery of items ordered takes so long to receive, And a couple of items I ordered were backlogged and I had to wait longer for items. I am still waiting for receipt of summer top.

Easy to use site with good prices; First package was poorly wrapped and shoes were misshapened but not otherwise hurt. The rest of the order was received in good shape.
1. Most important: This is a company based in CHINA, not the USA, so besides the onerous return policy (you must take pictures of the product and upload it onto their site-, i. E. you and how it does fit you), you MUST RETURN ALL ITEMS TO CHINA! That means that they will force you to pay the postage, custom fees/paperwork to send everything back TO CHINA.
2. What you receive is NOT what is pictured. The pictures look like they come from Vogue with quality material and what you get is like a cheap Kmart knock-off with poor quality material.
3.The sizes are small. Their size chart says one thing; however, the clothing that is sent is smaller, so while the clothing is marked as one size, the real size as it fits you is SMALLER. Even if you order larger sizes, it is still too tight. Forget it if you have a full chest size. I ordered 2 sizes larger because I had read that the sizes run small, and I figured that I could take them in.
3. This is an Asian company - not disclosed on their website - but you can see Asian characters that pop up on digital paperwork. This may be the root of the sizing issue.
4. There are numerous complaints against this company for these same reasons with the Better Business Bureau. See online.
5. Do not order from this company for any significant piece of clothing.
After ordering, which you have to register for first by providing your email and a password, I received an email order confirmation right after it was submitted. An order number was provided. When I tried to log in to check my order the site said my email address was not recognized in their system. What? I replied to their order confirmation email explaining and asking how my email address couldn't be recognized when they had sent me an email? I got a polite reply "sorry you forgot your password", which I did not. I emailed back and explained/complained. Got another email reply from them that I had entered my email address incorrectly when I registered and "sorry, but you cannot change or cancel now". Said I added a "j" on the end of my email. Again, what? How could that be when they had emailed me within seconds after receiving my order? After reading reviews (unfortunately too late) I called my credit card company and explained and am disputing charges since they claim in writing that order will be processed in 3 to 5 business days and it had been 7 and I had received no email that order had been shipped. I can now log into my account with them but there is nothing there. No order to shows up. Checked their return policy and you have to access the return information on your order page. Obviously I can't do that if there's no order showing up in my account. Received an email today that the order has shipped. I probably won't win this one but you have to try. BUYER BEWARE! Also, reputable companies don't usually charge your credit card until items ship.

I ordered 7 items and was only an keep 5, due to quality issues and fit issues. This company and others like them that advertise low prices on FB and PINTEREST make it impossible for you to find out they are shipping from China until you have already purchased the items, and that is when you find out you will have to return to China. I spent $178. And I needed to and did return the 5 items immediately with emails alerting them on the day of the return with a picture of the customs slip and return label, per their instructions. That was in January. All through the next 6 months, I would track my return and email them for progress reports with the response that they had not received the return yet. Finally in June, I got my return back with a yellow sticker on it reading "Late return". Of course they now claim they did not receive it, but who, pray tell put the yellow sticker on it? And they are offering me 25% of my original purchase. DO JOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

My coat was missing from the box of delivered items. Of course they did not refund my purchase nor replace the missing item. Their merchandise are very cheesy and low quality. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. The quality of the merchandise is poor to lousy. The order took a month for delivery it and when it finally came it was in multiple shipments. I wanted to return two items; I followed the process, was told someone would contact me in several days; and that did not happen. When I realized there I had been no contact I resubmitted my return request and was told it was past the 15 days. When I told them I had submitted the request earlier; they claimed there was not record, thus no return/refund was available.

It was easy to find the items from which I would choose. There was a diversity of styles and colors - lots to choose from. It was also easy to find which items came in my size. Once I had chosen the item I preferred, it was very easy to find the check-out and the procedure was trouble free. Afterwards, however, the program asked if I wanted to buy it again. I mistook this to imply that the first order had not gone through. So I ordered it again. Luckily, my mistake was picked up by Customer Service and I corrected my error. Although the prices at Just Fashion Now are extremely reasonable, since I live in another country, the exchange rate makes it more expensive for me to buy American and the shipping cost from Just Fashion is very expensive. I prefer online companies that use the postal service but maybe the American Postal Service is not as reliable as in my country. My item arrived quickly and the quality was just wonderful. The size was as advertised. I only wished I had more money to buy several more items. Positive experience all around and EASY.

I ordered 6 items and 4 turned up and they were shoddy I am trying to return them and the customer service team dont reply and i pursued it and they offered me a 15% return of the £150 i spent. The pants and shirts are beautiful, of good quality, the package took only two weeks to arrive, very good customer service and I am very happy, I will buy it again on this website.
I asked for some t shirts for a friend's bachelorette party and everything went great, the sizes of all of them fit very well, I will browse here again for other clothes for me.

Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
