Dress is not as advertised. Computer edition shows darts from waist down. Dress is one big piece of fabric, no darts. Will not orde4cagain from this site
Prices are competitive; quality is good BUT if you do have the need to return, beware that your package came from and needs to be returned to CHINA. You are responsible for return fees so they can get costly for out of the country returns because of customs fees, etc. Just Fashion Now knows this so when you request a return shipping label, they offer to refund you 15% of the cost of the returned items instead of sending them back. I ordered 5 items - 4 received; 2 of which are too big and I need to return. Those two items costed me about $80.00 - I will be refunded under $10.00. I don't know the exact cost to return to China, but I can tell you that my boss ordered 3 dresses (to wear to a wedding and couldn't decide which so she ordered the 3 she liked returning what she didn't keep if anything). The items were shipped from the UK. The 3 dresses cost $1,000.00. I had to fill out out all kinds of forms on Fedex, including customs forms, all at a cost of OVER $400 TO RETURN THE DRESSES. Knowing that I was scared to go forward with requesting the return label and decided to cut my losses. Needless to say, had I known I was ordering from China, I would have probably not ordered. So this applies to any online ordering, PLEASE find out where your items are shipping from BEFORE your place an order in case they need to be returned.
No where on the receipt does it say shipping out of the country, all it says is customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
The order I made in this online clothing store arrived on time, I could see its status at all times, and when my dress arrived I was delighted, the color, the fabric for me was perfect.
I just really like their product and its quality. The fast shipping of the clothing the quality is awsome and the bags are very cute! Customer assistance is great!
The material sucks and the sizes are screwy. Everything is from China, big red flag! In China, an American 2x is actually an American Large. All cheap polyester material.

Good variety of items however still waiting for my items cancelled out of stock tried to replacement have not heard anything. Still waiting for 3rd item.
The tops i ordered looked nice but one if the tops sewing quality was very bad, they were not hemed around the sleeves and the thread was very poor quality.
Item is not as nice as it appeared online. Quality is not very good. I want to return the item, but received message that I would have to return it to CHINA! That is rediculous!
The dress, the blazer and the sandals were not like the picture on the media. The shirts were ok and I am satisfied with them, but the resto was a total disappointment. Thank you.

It was easy, I hope the products are so prety are they are in the internet.
This is by far the worst online site scam ever! This is by far the worst 140,00 $ CA I ever spent!
I ordered 7 pieces of clothes (long sleeves cardigans, sweatshirts, hoodie) and 1 pillow case.
ALL of the 7 clothes are EXTREMELY cheap. First you think it is low-priced and you feel like buying. Then, you realize nothing that was delivered to you can actually be worn. Not one item is like presented on their website photos- This is horrendous false representation: the cuts are not the same at all/not the same look whatsoever, the materials are such bad quality (the hoodie was literally falling apart as I was pulling it out of the delivery bag) and the colours are faded and not even the same as what you ordered. I didn't know clothes could be such bad quality!
They told me they could reimburse me if I ship back the items to China and the items are in good condition when they verify them. Sounded like a fair deal to pay a little to ship it but be reimbursed the full amount. Foolish I was when Canada Post told me it would cost at least 160,00$ CA to ship it back and probably get it confiscated at the China borders because of Covid. That would make no sense to pay more than I already paid to get it shipped from Canada to China so now I am stuck with it. I resent an email to their customer service and you may guess their response.!
What I learn from this: It is worth paying a little bit more and NOT from China to get "wearable" clothes because the ones they sell are atrocious in real life. Beware of "free shipping" and do not trust the quality of their online pictures, this is where the scam lies!

I like thedesign of the shoes, but the size is not correct to what I ordered. They are several size to small. I afraid that the other shoes I order are going to be to small as well.

Sizes of different items differ. There is the corresponding detailed measurements for the specific size in the product detailed. You could compare them with your measurements.
Articles arrived. The soles of the shoes are of hard plastic and too slippery to walk on mall floors. One top was fine. The other top was tooo big on the shoulders and too tight on the hips.

Answer: DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews and be aware that many people, including me, have been sent sub-standard items & had little or no luck in getting money refunded. They are a company who do not supply goods as described in the adverts. Stay away from Justfashion. Just saying!
Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
