I was excited when I saw the perfect sweater and socks on JustFashionNow to send my daughter for Christmas. I know the package arrived because she said it did.
What I could not understand was why she promised to send a picture but never did. In fact she never mentioned it again. This was not like her.
I looked this place up online and found several critical reviews. Thinking the worst, I asked my daughter about it. She hated to admit that I had wasted my money but she did. She still has not sent a picture because she did not want me to feel bad about this.
What I do know is that the beautiful cardigan I ordered was not the advertised knitted cardigan at all. It was a shirt - and a poor one at that. (I never did ask her about the socks I ordered as well).
My daughter is embarrassed... and I am mad. Total waste of money. And now, when I complain... too bad... "you're past the 15 day return deadline". No understanding here at all. No consideration of the circumstance. And no courtesy of a reply from the manager who I appealed to.
BE CAREFUL OF THIS PLACE! YOU MAY NOT GET WHAT YOU THINK YOU ARE BUYING.

Returns not good. All else was fine. Igot noting else to say. You can only return if you pay the price to ship to China and tjeir ph. Number does not work.

I bought three products and got a third of the products in a completely different size than I ordered.
When I asked for a refund because only a third was shipped (according to their site) and in the wrong size they just said no refunds. Waited two weeks. Sent me notice that they shipped the rest (though I specifically said don't bother, just give me my money back). AND the highlight was when I said I wasn't going to accept this and I still want my money back they said they didn't care whether I collected the package or not, they will not send me a refund no matter what.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM JUSTFASHIONNOW!

When I received my order from this website, I put everything on to test the quality and it is nice, the fit of the dress is good as I ordered a size up to my normal size!

A great service on the internet to buy clothes, I had a little problem and it was solved quickly, it was worth the wait for such a cute dress, if I recommend it, I will surely use it again.

BEWARE OF THESE POP UP FASHION ADS THAT TELL YOU THEY WILL GET TO YOU IN 2 DAYS AND LEAVE YOU NO PHNE NUMBERS. THEY SUCKER PUNCHED ME. AND DON'T TRUST THE GOOD REVIEWS. THEY ARE LYING IMPOSTERS.

Absolutely, positively the worst. I bought about 7 pairs of shoes in one order and every single one of them had design flaws that made them unwearable. When you contact them for a refund they say they don't give refunds, they prefer to give a credit. But I'll never order from them again. You can ship it back to them in China and you pay the shipping and in a few months you will get the difference. Or you can accept a small discount on your purchase. I imagine they use slave labor so I hope someone doesn't get beaten for this but the shoes are unwearable. I bought a sandal that had a strap from the strap around the ankle to between the toes. Only problem was, that strap was waaaaay too long. And other shoes the strap around the ankle was ridiculously short, so you couldn't possibly buckle it. They made a crappy product, you buy it and they keep most of your money, if you are one of the few who follow through with trying to contact them over and over. Everyone else, its free and clear money to them. A total scam.

I ordered 2X and all were too small even though that is the size I normally wear. I requested a refund as returns were too much of a hassle. I ordered a 3X which fit better but was still tight.

I love this online store I never shop in person anymore and it is just amazing but I want more clothes because I see the same and shop online every week with my friends and we want to see more.

Thank you. Online shopping is an easy shopping experience compared to looking arounds the shops. However at the moment this is not possible anyway due to lockdown laws.

Package delivery began in China(I was not told it was shipping from there)
Tracking was through a 3rd party tracking company. Information was minimal.
Once the package finally hit the U.S.(in L. A) the messages looked like USPS messages.
But the package was addressed INCORRECTLY, and was declared undeliverable, return to sender.
When I contacted the local post office they told me they couldn't track the package unless they had the USPS tracking number(which was NOT SHARED with the customer)
I had to call customer support at the 3rd party tracking company to get the USPS number.
I was able to catch the local post office, and they found the package in a bin of stuff being prepared to return to sender the following day. I gave them the correct address, and they delivered it the next day(MORE THAN 3 WEEKS AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER).
I would not go through the risk of this kind of treatment again... Way too much work & angst on my part.
