First time on the site... super easy to order, pictures look great, but the quality in real life is different. When care instructions are shown on the website, they are not trustworthy. One item that looks like it is made from the same type of fabric as another item has different care instructions. Returning 30% of the order.

Some prices a little high and the quality of the fabric is poor. The sizing is off. The items look nicer in the photo then in person. The return policy is horrible. The wait time was inadequate. These sizes are for bigger people not petite like me. Bought a t-shirt size small and it fits like a dress.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered a pair of shoes that took nearly 2 months to arrive even though the estimated date was 3 weeks from purchase. When they finally got here they weren't marked with a size and were at least 1-2 sizes bigger than ordered. The shoe laces were so long that you couldn't even tie them short enough to not be tripping on the loops. I contacted customer service and requested that they pay the return shipping since they sent the wrong size. They spent most of the time implying that I was lying and offered to simply refund me 15% of the purchase price (which would be about $2) and told me to " use this fund to alter the cloth". You also have to get it back to them in 14 days which, considering it took them 2 months, seems unfair. They're in China so I'm not even sure I could get it back that fast and the shipping would be more than the refund I would get.

Manipulating the online process was easy.
The wait time for delivery was too long.
Directions for returning merchandise was not easily understood on my part. Material feels good. The blouse did not look or fit like it appeared on display. I'm short and I had to pay to have it altered in order to at least give me the look I saw on display but it really didn't work. I'm going to try to wear it for the fourth but after that, I'll take it to the Goodwill. This is the reason I'm so afraid of online ordering. I ordered my size, XL. Need to learn more about the online ordering as it relates to sizing.

It was very hard trying to find out the shoe size. 35 & 39 I took a chance on buying a pair of shoes and I'm not sure what size I ordered. I would have bought more shoes but I'm not sure what size to order. I hope a 39 work out for me. Signed Confused- The clothing is not true to size everything was too small and the shoe sizes are confusing. I will be returning all of the items. Signed Disappointed.

Ordering was fairly easy. Getting the order was not. I ordered 2 items on 5/9/22. I got one item. I'm still waiting to receive the other which is over a month ago now. I did receive other items since then but trying to converse with the chat line person, not so easy. Also the products look great on the pictures, but the quality and fit when received, not so great.

I loved your inventory and ordered two articles. I planned to order more but I wanted to see my order first for approval and fit. Both were x-large, one top is too small and the other is way too large. Your exchange policy did not work for me because by the time I received my order and decided to exchange I didn't make the 30 day exchange. You were going to get back to me, but I haven't heard anything on this, so I guess I'm stuck with a top that I cannot wear. Also I didn't like the top when it did arrive because it was so very different from the ad picture. I certainly will not order again from your service. Judith

I am in love with the dress I bought here. The dress is very flattering for my curves and makes me feel like a princess. It is long and can be altered and the lace detail makes it perfect. The material has some stretch and is true to size, this boutique offers excellent customer service with quick responses and updates to your order. I received my dress within a few business days. Quick and easy! I love my dress, plan to order more.

Returning to list of products after you have seen your cart was difficult to get to.
Also, your overall list of products should be shown at top of every page so you can view other articles you might be interested in, I. E. shoes, purses etc., but I could not get to them. I was mainly on dress page but had to use "search" for blouses to view those articles.

Cute clothes. Easy to order website, but I didn't realize this was an international order and takes longer to arrive expected. Also, the shoes didn't fit great. They were very hard to get on and too loose around the ball of my foot. Had I been in a store, I wouldn't have bought them, but it's too much trouble to send them back.

Items/correspondence regarding returns promised in specific time frames were never received on time. Items were not sized appropriately: "small" apparel was huge. Workmanship was shoddy. I asked to return products--no response for a long time. When I did receive a response, it was that you couldn't find matching item numbers, I would need to pay for return postage, and ultimately, the best bet was to receive 10% of the original item. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I ordered a dress with jacket. Delivery took longer than they say-I even paid for express. It took over 3 weeks to receive. I ordered a size US 12 (3XL) which gave measurements of 41.7 bust & 42.9 inches in length. I can't even get my arm through the jacket and the dress was too short (above my knee) and I am only 5'2". It looks like a dress for a pre-teen or younger. Of course I can't return it because it is over the 15 day guarantee. I read some reviews and was hesitant in ordering now I wish I had trusted my gut feeling.

Placed my order 6 weeks ago. They took money from pay pal, which I put on my credit card. Haven't received clothes. When I e-mail them, they say "been a delay, it will be this week",. I want to know why this company is still in business! I've never been cheated like this, and I WILL NOT LET THIS GO. They have no phone number, nor any explanations. This company should have a big red flag. I could have someone hand make the clothes I ordered, and wouldn't have taken 1/2 the time.

I really would never buy another thing from this place. The material's are horrible and they really don't fit true to the size they say their suppose to be! Dealing with customer service is a horror! Everything comes from China you can't get your money back and you can't afford to send it back to China. What a joke this Company is!

Cute clothes on the site. I paid for express delivery... made absolutely no difference. They kept moving out shipment timeframes. I cancelled remaining delivery items which they refunded. But would not refund the express delivery charge. It has been over a month. I finally received a very inexpensive necklace... which they sent signature required... REALLY? A dress that was shipped has yet materialized. Just not worth the hassle.

Several of the items did not fit me and I decided to return them, then discovered they need to be sent to China! And costs may include customs. When I asked for information for a return I was given only a city name. As clever as the designs are, it is not worth it to shop here. I was a fool to pick out 5 objects.

I ordered a dress that size was too small, I tried to returned it, they said it will be easy to send me another one with the right size which was M, never got anything. I sent another email they said to check with in the mail but nothing it had been more then a month since that happen not a good website to order things!

My Experience was good. It took a while to receive the products, but they came eventually.
I have two complaints.
1) I thought I was paying in Canadian dollars, but I was charged US exchange on top.
2) The dress size was way too big. It definitely was not the large that I ordered. All the other tops in large fit well.
