I booked a round trip ticket from NY to Düsseldorf via British airways. I had to cancel that ticket after a week of purchase(still have 29days to fly). They charged me $300 for cancelation plus $150 for their service. If your chance of traveling isn't 100% Don't book ticket from this guys!
My name is Samir. I booked flight from RAK To Malaga Ryanair. Agent' s name Mohammed Gadal had no idea what I am talking. Ryanair flights from Morocco need printed boarding pass and I don't have access since Ryanair system recognize Justfly not my email. I ended up calling and chat and they did not send me the actual boarding pass. I have to pay 120 Euros. Avoid Ryanair through Justfly.
I've paid $972 for a flight, and upon returning to catch the next flight home it was a bus ride... The booking was changed and neither the agent (just fly) or the airling communicated nothing to me of what was going on. Placed a call to just fly and 2 of their agent telling me there's nothing they can do I just need to call the airline. And, I try to explain to him that I called the airline and they told me the have an issue with that but I need to have the travel agent (just fly) handle the situation. But ehen i called again to just fly the agent keep telling me I need to call the airline because the airline is the one that get the money when I booked the ticket.

I will never booked through just fly again, I caught Covid and I was trying to be a responsible citizen and cancel my flight to just get a PARTIAL refund. Apparently I didn't purchase it in time and even though I have two positive test results, they said I'm only eligible to get the $33 back I spent on the insurance plan, after they continue to spam me with emails about how it was absolutely necessary. It's disgusting and vile, how can they expect anyone to respect the rules and guidelines if they only apply to a certain window of time. Absolutely no one can predict when they will get sick.
We have just returned from Toronto Canada and the way justfly booked our trip cost us an extra $500+ us.
We flew Boston-Toronto roundtrip to surprise a friend for their 50th birthday. It was just a 24 hour stay. We took a room next to Pierson airport to make this trip smooth and easy.
We arrived back at Pierson for our return flight, but could not figure out where to check in. Turns out, our flight back was from a DIFFERENT airport! Because of traffic conditions in Toronto, there was no way for us to make the flight on time. What the heck! We didn't even know there was another airport! We had picked Pierson in our search!
We wound up having to book another flight which cost us $780cdn which is close to $580 usd.
Never again will we use Justly.com.
Irrate customers!
I found very easly a multicity flight from Chicago to Havana via Mexico.
Multicity option is very efficient and the engine remembered my results, so it was easy to check from day to day what is the price.
As well one can set a fare alert
My experience has been similar to others. I was lured by the very low price. I booked three months ago and was immediately told of some "problem" with the reservation. I called and was told it was all clear. Then, I received several emails trying to sell me flight Insurance or otherwise telling me to prepare for the flight. With 4 days to go, I decided to check my reservations with the airlines, They were cancelled. Justfy held my money for three months. They refunded it last week but did not inform me of the refund or that my flight was canceled. I rebooked with the airline at FOUR times the original cost. When I called to complain they hung up on me once and then refused to show me proof that they forwarded my reservation and payment to the airline. I hope there is a class action. This is a shady practice.
We researched just-fly, and there were more bad reviews than good! We called the costumer service and they were denying every bad review. Some people were saying they charged them for the tickets before they confirmed, and others were saying that they charged extra fees without warning the consumers!
DO NOT TRUST!
I found them by using KAYAK. HORRIBLE customer service. After getting my ticket, I tried to pick seats. JUSTFLY charged $14.95 to "assist" in getting my seat. I received no notification that they would charge extra, especially since I chose seats on American Airlines website. THEN after billing me, my seats were never given. Called them and they offered refund. Never came. I had to reach out to KAYAK for their assistance. Finally got refund after about a month. Due to COVID 19 just got email that they would be willing to give a voucher as we can't fly. They said the voucher will be given "sometime soon in the future" but that they would charge $25.00 for this service. NO voucher immediately but billed the $25.00 immediately. I would be willing to bet when I do get the voucher and I try to use it they will charge another fee to book. DO NOT USE JUSTFLY! I have always used Hotwire and they are wonderful! KAYAK needs to dump them on their site if they want to be a reputable site to use.
I called justfly.com on Wed 11 March 2020 to cancel my flight to Paris as AIR FRANCE send me an email about no fees on flights to France as Coronavirus increased and Canada government suggested to void traveling, with 2 kids I called justfly.com all morning from 9 am to 12 pm then when talking to someone and asking to cancel the person told me he needed to check before answering and that he will call me back: never called back! I went online and cancelled to not loose my full amount but all airline fees were deducted from my refund. This is not acceptable as all gouvernement suggest us not to travel and spread the virus and Trump was closing all borders to European. Please do not buy with this website they are never answering and do not deal with problems if issues arise with your trip.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
