Not happy to pay Justfly more than I'm paying the airline in order to book seats. Airline charges $12/seat and Justfly charges $13.95/seat. Ridiculous! There was no notice of the extra fees to book seats when I booked the flight (which would have led me to a different decision since I am traveling with young children and cannot risk being seated apart from them).
Moreover, their service people do not speak English well and so I spent a long time on the phone explaining my simple issue. I kept hearing canned responses rather than an actual answer to my question. Ultimately the service person told me to call the airline, when she knew full well the airline will not help me since I booked the tickets through Justfly. Not happy.
I'm flying in 3 days and I don't even have my latest flights yet. They keep changing them and asking me to call them back because they can't figure it out with the airline. This is a nightmare

This site had the cheapest ticket options and flexible dates -- things I'm looking for in a ticket purchasing service. I also appreciate their 4 hour cancellation policy and they give lots of other insurance options, too.

I've been using Justfly for the past year and not once did I experience an unsatisfactory flight. Their agents are also one of the friendliest I've ever talked to. Travel enthusiasts should try them at least once!
This is the worse booking site ever found in life. Trying over a two months now to book an international flight, each time I tried, error message would always pop up: one flight is missing, it's really an absolute mess.
I wasted a whole lots of time conversing fruitlessly with the customer service and flight reservation unit for assistances.
I will never recommend them!
By far, the worst third party travel agency. Extremely hard to contact, no response, and still no refund to my account after 4.5 months. I am so thankful United tried to do the best they can considering everything was set up through just fly.

The experience was like any other online transaction, nothing better nothing worse. Not sure what else to add here. It says I need to type 100 characters, so here it is- I'm just typing, and one less star for making me do this.
I have always got my flights issues sorted out by Justfly when it comes to cost, availability and schedules. I fly almost every week, both locally and internationally. Justfly has always been my last resort anytime I needed to travel urgently, with pocket friendly fares and convenient schedules. Another advantage Justfly affords me is the opportunity to rent cars and make hotel reservations at discounted rates. Its almost like a bundle which has always paid off. I get the rates cheaper than the airlines themselves... you can't beat that. No hidden fees is another attraction with Justfly. What you see is what you get at checkout before putting in your card details. These are the most reasons why I go with Justfly anytime, anyday, anywhere.
I have, unsuccessfully, tried to contact a costumer representative for weeks, invested over 8 hours of wait time on the phone for a call that is never answered, yet as soon as I attempt to reach an agent for a new booking I get an answer in no longer than 3-5 min. Since they never let me cancel the flight (even though I did it within 24 hours in order to get my refund) I cancelled the flight through the airline directly, but sadly the money was returned to them and not me. The flight date has passed and my $451 are nowhere to be seen. Please don't use this page ever!
JustFly made booking my trip so much easier. The multi-city feature was so convenient with finding flights for the holiday season to multiple cities -- making visiting family and friends so worth it! I tried using other sites to compare, but JustFly had the cleanest format, most user-friendly, and best price finds of all. I will definitely use this site again!
Avoid this company, they issued incorrect tickets, in our case not including carry on luggage, and didn't do anything to correct it prior to my flights. It's taken several hours on their website trying to resolve with no resolution in sight. Until proven otherwise, I have to believe they do this on purpose as an extra money making scheme. Plus, no email or phone contacts, can only wait for hours and hours on their chat. Not sure how many hours of effort they expect me to put into fixing their mistake, maybe they think I'm working for them? Sure feels like I am.
Purchased ticket through Justfly and one page it gave me one amount. On the next page, the total was almost $300 more! I immediately called about and then said they would issue a refund in less than 10 days. It's been over a month and still haven't received the refund. I'm going back to CheapOAir. Never again with this company.
For all-around service, I recommend this website. Their assistance is undisputed and I don't care about the negative things people say about 'em online, I base my review on my own experience and so far? We had, like, zero problems with Justfly: they always seem to be able to deliver and I/we trust them 100%
What a blessing - such a capable agent when nothing was possible -no websites were working and my son was so sick, has been to hell and back - they recommended evacuation - the guy stayed on the line with me until my son was safely organized to avoid Hurricane Irma. Nice job people - never heard of you before today and you will be my go-to booking site. One very grateful mom.
Justfly offers the basic needs of a traveler. Flights, hotels and even car hires. I like using their services because they have many options and the booking process is pretty fast. Would recommend using this company.

Only issue: As I was filling out all the necessary information to book the ticket when I would click submit a pop-up window would show up saying ticket no longer exists at that price. Happened 3 times before it finally successfully booked.
! Booked my reservation two months ago taking children to see their grandmother for Christmas, but the flight was subsequently cancelled for no reason. In my hurry to book the flight i added a 10 hour overnight lay over. I did not notice the difference until i checked itinerary today. When called the airline they said that was 25$ fine per ticket but they would gladly change ticket, unfortunately since i purchased ticket via Justfly they would have to do it. After 45 minutes on the phone with several Justfly technicians promising change is in the process, the last escalation to a Carl told me it would be 200$ per ticket penalty + any difference in flight prices! I can actually buy this ticket directly from the airline today for less than 2400 $ paid Justfly. Really!

Charged to reserve seat. Send confirmation stated that seats requested are not guaranteed. Called Korean Airline, it says this particular economy class cannot reserve seats in advance.
Called Customer Service, they did not help, instead just read the policy over the phone.! Not helpful, very poor customer service. Info is not very clear. Should have done thorough research before booking. You paid for what you get.
Will not book through Justfly again.
Booked 3 months in advanced to save money and ended up having to book a new flight for double the price (+$1,500) 3 weeks before vacation. All due to a change by the airline for which JustFly could not offer any alternative solution other than cancelling with 90% refund.

They straight up cancelled one of my reservations and tried to charge me more the second time. They are very dishonest. Do not book with justfly. Their customer service is even worse. Again I repeat, do not book with them. Worst experience I have ever had with a booking agency. I'm definitely telling all my friends to stay away. Whoever is reading this should too. They will give you the run around.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
