First time and last time user
First time user and last time today. Last time user today. Very unhappy with choices, their website was not user friendly. I decided to use justfly because they offered 24 hour cancellations. However, it is not FREE. You can cancel but with fees, so why offer 24 hr cancellation I booked a flight, and 2 hrs later, I needed to change the flight times and paid extra $19 for extended cancellation but it didn't help, I still incurred fees, on top of paying extra for extended cancellations. What a rip off, also, tried to just change the flight times online and went through the steps to do so but search came up with "sooty no flights available". How convenient. Don't use just fly. Stick with who you know, go directly to the airline website.
I have used justfly for several flights within the past 2-3 years. I was typically happy with their available flights, however I recently booked a flight and was overcharged by the airline after processing. Within minutes I called customer service. I was able to speak to someone relatively quickly, however I was told my only option was to accept the increased charges (which were over $150) or pay a $75 cancellation fee, which they would not waive, and rebook my flight. The poor customer service has deterred me from ever using their site again and I would recommend using a more reputable site
This site made buying an airline ticket easy. Everything was on one page, unlike buying through the airline. Each section was clearly defined and formatted in an aesthetically-pleasing manner. I'll definitely use this site again!
I needed an immediate travel arrangement which was very expensive. Unfortunately the entire trip was a disaster because of flight delays due to weather. None of which was your fault. Thank you for the arrangement
I wanted to change my flight within minutes of booking. The only option was cancellation. I got charged $75. That charge should have been voided. I simply chose the wrong flight. I was very dissatisfied.
Justfly.com is very convenient to use and they lay down options to meet customers preferences. I have compared its prices with its competitors and they have the lowest price among all. I luv using this!
Had to cancel my ticket. First they said it was fine, now they are unwilling to help. Charged me an additional 250. On top of it the actual airline said that Justfly never filed a claim with them, eventhough Justfly told me that they filed a claim. Liars and cheaters shame on the people who work at this place.
We booked through Justfly in 11/21. Our flight from Dublin to LAX was cancelled in 12/21 and we were never notified. We only found out 3 days before the flight when we tried to check on our flight. Justfly appears to have no idea our flight is cancelled. We had to find another flight at higher price
My flight was changed and I had to call them to find out how I could get to my destination.
They gave me two options. One, to fly at a later date or to get a refund which takes 8 weeks.
I chose to book at a later date.
However. My airline stated they would cover any flight i wanted due to the last minute change.
Justfly withheld this information from me. Now will not let me book the flight I want.
If I could give this site 0 stars I would.
This website is a straight sham. I booked 2 tickets for my mom and sister to attend my uncle's funeral in London. Less than 5 hours after I made the reservation, I tried to cancel because I was notified about the passing of another relative. Anywhere else on planet earth a cancellation that soon or within 24 hours after a reservation is not an issue or with an expense of minor fees at most. After speaking to the customer representative, she informed me that there will be cost of $19/passenger for the cancellation... Ok... No problem. WRONG!
I was transferred to the cancellation agent who informed me that it would cost $300 to cancel my reservation! I tried to explain that was not the information I received and that $300 to cancel a 5hour old reservation was ridiculous! I asked to speak to a supervisor and after being left on hold for 5 mins was told that there was none available but if there was, they would tell me the same thing.
Very very bad company. They just steal money from hard working people.
It is a terrible experience... I really cried to their lies. You buy a ticket with a price and you get a bill with other price? Very big difference? Bad Bad Bad. I would not recommend it to any one and I am after them I won't give up. I will make suite against them till everyone stay away from them..
I bought a ticket through them when Delta Airlines was offering full refunds for cancellations. Just fly refused to refund me my money when I had to cancel my flight. The only reason I bought through them was because for some reason Delta did not have the seats available anymore, but Just Fly did. Unfortunately, they first refused to give me a refund or future flight credit. After I questioned why they were not honoring the no cancellation fee that Delta was offering, they gave me a credit for future flights. I have been trying to rebook with this so called credit and they can never find a flight available. I have tried calling several times and I'm either put on an eternal hold or they ask to call back unless you're flying in the next 72 hours. Their prices are not cheaper than purchasing through the airline itself. Do not buy through them. It is not worth the hassle.
I have always purchase tickets through this website and it was fine, but unfortunately I purchase tickets from an airline that went out of business. I was never notified. We went to the airport and were not able to fly. This occurred during the holidays.
When selecting the flight through Kayak, it says it has included price for seating and carry on baggage. Until the booking is complete, it will not say that the prices has to be paid again at the airlines. Once booking is complete it says that we do not collect baggage or any other fees that is part of the airlines.
The price charged by the JustFly for the ticket is more than the airlines provide at their site. If you are in a hurry, this is what happens and they take advantage of the people in hurry and a very bad predator model in the airlines booking. I am not sure why they are still kept in the business.
It was within a hour from making my flight purchase that I realized I had selected the wrong return date. I called customer service and was able to cancel and repurchase the correct flight all within a few moments. I think it was all in the timing and if I had waiting any longer then the terms of my purchase wouldn't have allowed me to make the change so easily and quickly. Customer service was very nice and concise. I'll fly with justfly again!
For a refund that has been issued by Spirit Airlines to Just Fly on December 30,2021 where I purchased tickets from. Spirit Airlines gave me a copy of the payment receipt made to Just Fly. I had called Just Fly so that they can issue the refund to me: the first time I was on hold for 45 minutes. I had to hang up, as I had to go to an appointment. The second time (I am on hold as of writing for two hours now!). This is simply unacceptable. I am still holding to find out how much longer it will take, or maybe they just want customers to give up.
Justfly is terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone. I previously booked a ticket from Chicago to Amsterdam through justfly. They set me with a layover in JFK airport. My flight was delayed 3 hours due to plane maintenance, I missed my connecting flight and was stranded in the airport for 18 hours and after spending 5 hours talking to various customer service representatives (the airlines and justfly) eventually came out of my own pocket for another ticket to fly international from JFK to Amsterdam. Worst experience ever.
Would not recommend if they direct you to a Frontier flight. You are unable to by luggage through them, and then later if you try to do it through Frontier, they have you booked through someone else, so requires phone call to then have account switched from the third party (JustFly)... You get the idea, not worth it, book direct with the airline.
I bought tickets for a specific date. The tickets came out with the wrong date. I tried to get a refund within the window of time. I literally couldn't get anyone to help for hours. Now I'm in a long battle to get my money back.
Don't waste your Money and time on these fake people. Everything about them is terrible. As soon as they take your money that's about everything you ever get from them. We almost missed an important event just because they didn't care to do their job. I had to put pressure on the airline personally to issue us tickets a day to our flight for a trip we fully paid for a month in advance. Justfly wasn't anywhere to help. They would put us on hold for hours and then disconnect the call.
WILL NEVER EVER BOOK WITH JUSTFLY.COM.
I advise anyone to always deal with the airline directly. Don't incur extra charges for nothing.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
