Emergency flights

In times of emergency flights, this site will be the best go-to. I bought my ticket here when my dad got a heart attack in his home in Ontario, CA. The cheap flights really help those people in tight budgets.

3 days after I posted my recent negative experience, Justfly corrected the double charges. Therefore, I am changing the rating. I used them multiple times, the website is easy to use, the price tends to be better than other alternatives.

Read speak and understand English

Terrible service, our itinerary we received was not what we ordered. I had to repeat myself over 6 times and they still got it wrong. I was put on hold for over 15 minutes waiting for a manager. The worst service that I have received from any customer service.

Stream lined flight search and reservation
July 26, 2017

Weeding through the flight schedules was easy. Determining what perks I needed was a challenge for, seat reservation, baggage, wifi, over head compartment fees, carry on bag size etc. Once I understood the process the second booking was a breeze.

It was below average I ask to change my ticket so I can line up with my vacation time. They refused I did tell them I made a mistake and didn't catch it til after the flight was booked still refused so now my flight is longer then I need and I will have to be back at work. Really upset

I was on the phone with them for 1.4 hours booking a flight, and after giving them all my information and credit card, they could not get a confirmation number from the airline as it was no longer available. Then they tried a different flight, after holding for the confirmation, that flight was ALSO unavailable. UGH, can't go through this again.

Instant booking

I was busy working and my intuition thought me to check on the fight ticket that I've been trying to get for the past three months. I googled the search for the destination I wanted. The search came with an interesting price. At first I tried two other websites, I did not like what they had to offer. JustFly was my third choice, and it happened to be the best one, the price was good and the service outstanding and quick! Thanks to JustFly, I will use your service again in the future

STOLE MY MONEY

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! 1st time booking with them and they are a scam. I went on my trip, changed my ticket during my trip which was surprisingly easy. I agreed to the change charges, HOWEVER, they charged my credit card once $150 and then TWICE $349, rather than only once for this charge. One $349 charge was listed by Justfly.com and the second $349 as Agent Fee. I called three times and sat on the phone for an hour. No one would help me. On the third call he said it was only a temporary hold. Not true. I emailed my statement as they said to do, no response. They robbed me of $349.

If you want to book cheap, maybe have your reservation paid for then cancelled at the last minute with absolutely not recourse or notice (happened to me twice) and then get stuck last minute holding the bag at the mercy of the airlines, use these guys. They lied to me three times, charged my card for upgraded flights, then I come to find out they cannot upgrade flights at last minute so I got stuck in a cattle car for a 14 hour flight. They JustPlayedSupid which is what they should be called. They do not have to honor your reservation. They can cancel your itinerary at the last minute without recourse when they do not make enough on a booking. Buyer beware.

Deplorable customer service, I was lied to, over charged and hung up on by a supervisor. Company refused to take responsibility and fix their mistake. Charged me $700 for tickets and $75 for a cancellation fee for which I didn't even want to do. I called the airline directly and they were appalled. Also, prices on justfly say they are the best but the airline directly beat their price by over $75 and were MUCH better to work with

Site kept freezing up. I had to put info in more than once. Last nite I tried to reserve the same flights and after going thru the process, I received an email from Justfly that my reservation was declined by the airline, no reason listed. So I called customer service and learned it was because the return flight price had increased by the time I completed my reservation. Today I go back on the Justfly site and schedule the same flights for less with no problem.

Flight to Nashville Tenn.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, they screwed up my flights to return home, I spent the last day of my vacation on the phone for 5 hours, and I get a 25.00 credit. I f you want to improve, show me what you can do for me with the Nashville trip.

Do not use them!
A. The posted on the credit card 2 transactions that were not authorized
D. You will need to wait and hope that they will provide the the money back...
C. You will wait about 30/45 minutes if you try to call the main phone line
D. You will experience rude customers service that will brush you off with no intention to help.
Buy your ticket form someone else.

I will keep this short and unsweetened!
Terrible customer service during this COVID-19 scare.
Will not assist in canceling or changing flights.
I even bought the insurance policy only to identify that it was a scam.
Absolutely a nightmare time just to save a few bucks. I learned a lesson. You get what you pay for.

Horrible site. Several times it bumped up the price after I bought a ticket. The 4 hr guarantee is a joke! No one answers the phone. I was on hold literally for 4 hrs trying to cancel the flight that almost doubled after I purchased it. Will never use again I deleted the app.

I booked a flight recently and changed my mind due to the virus issue. A full refund would have been great but I've would have accepted a voucher for a later date flight. JustFly told me I was out of luck and I lost $$$. I'm visiting elderly parents and cant take the risk.

Misleading Advertised Price
May 27, 2017

I often book my flights with OneTravel, but on this occasion their price for the flight I needed was $419.60 and JustFly had the same flight advertised at $389.60 including taxes and fees. So, I trusted the JustFly quote and booked my flight with them. However, when I received the email confirmation, I was surprised to see that I was actually charged $419.60 -- the same as OneTravel. I immediately phoned JustFly Customer Service to complain, and they advised me to send email to *******@JustFly.com to ask for a refund of the extra charges -- $30.00 per person, or $60.00 for the two tickets. I even attached a screen shot of the JustFly advertised price ($389.60). That was three days (5/24) ago, and so far I have not received any reply from JustFly.

Great Service
June 3, 2017

Great service in cancelling my flight within the allotted time. I found out that I would not be able to sit with my 5 year old daughter on a "Basic Economy" flight with United Airlines. You were able to cancel it for me. I am now waiting for my bank account to be refunded.
