We will NEVER use JustFly again. Tried to rebook flights from covid cancelations and spent nearly 3 weeks getting the run around from their reps in Egypt. By far the worst experience we've ever had with any company.
There was apparently a problem with my connecting flight. When I called the airline I was told that it was through the booking agency. It was truly impossible to connect to the booking agency and I ended up just canceling my flight. Justfly still stole 100 dollars from me. I would not recommend them.
Bought tickets, got charged extra amounts, then got message 2 days later saying flight itinery was changed, just fixing it is going to cost more money. Definitely not ever using this scam service again!

My return flights were cancelled and I was not notified, I had to call the airlines myself because I was not receiving updates. After FINALLY reaching JustFly after weeks I was told I would have travel credit, not even 5 minutes later it was revoked. JustFly basically wanted me to pay full price for tickets I already paid for! Worst customer service and I can't wait until the day they're $#*! down. $#*! Justfly, believe me I'm saving you money and a headache. STAY AWAY!

This agency is biggest scam. And making fools passenger by offering low price. Due to covid all the airline are refunded/refunding passengers money. But this agency have their guideline. Agency refused to refund my money blaming airline, but I directly talked to airline, Airline ready to refund but wanted refund application by justfly not the passenger. JUSTFLY DOES NOT FIL REFUND APPLICATION. The costumer care is the worst at all in the world. DO NOT BOOK TICKET THROTH THIS AGENCY.
It has been a year now and Just Fly's automated service is still telling me the they are processing my refund that they themselves admit I am due. Impossible to get beyond automated services to find out what is going on while they hold on to my $1800+.
This company is the worst and only trying to manipulate the disrupted situation to abuse the customers. They wanted to keep the money of tickets purchased last year during pandemic and refused to refund or re-book. This company lacks of ethic business. I will never purchase a ticket with this company.
I have used these guys for a a few trip over the past years and the service has been OK. But since January, they obviously have gotten themselves into a huge hole, either by selling tickets too cheaply or overbooking or both. Airlines have canceled all sorts of flights and changed departure dates and times recently due to Covid restrictions being lifted. Just fly is not equipped to handle these changes. The bottom line is they no longer answer the phone and email and website re-booking is impossible after numerous itinerary changes. At this point it's a scam and I would urge anyone to stay far away from Justfly. I would not be surprised if they will soon be facing multiple lawsuits, or just go belly up.

The customer service people will not refund me over $5000 because their agent needs to call the airlines and they won't. They refuse to connect me to their agent center or their manager and they refuse to put in the request for me! I've spoken to them 4 times in the last 2 days, multiple holds and call backs. They took my money and won't give it back or do anything about it. FRUSTRATING AND RIDICULUS! HORRIBLE!
I just booked two airline tickets through justfly. In my haste I didn't realize that the airline changed the flight date to offer a better fare until I hit enter and looked at the confirmation with the wrong day. I immediately cancelled the fare to rebook with the correct date when they slapped a 150 dollar fee to my credit card. Assuming this had to be an error since I literally cancelled within a minute, I called them. After waiting an excessive amount of time I finally reached a rude representative that would not only refuse to remove the 150 dollars but Mr Costello also refused to let me speak with his supervisor rafter numerous requests. I would never book anything with justfly again, and would caution others. Their customer service was deplorable and their prices were no better than any other website. Buyer beware!
Waiting for a refund for a flight that was cancelled in May of 2020 (almost a year ago) - get a different story EVERY time I call and actually get a live person on the phone... which is extremely difficult. Has been the most frustrating experience.
This company is terrible. They are pretty much a scam and steal your money. They change flight times on you all the time and when you try to cancel to go with a company that is trust worthy they refuse to refund you. They said that's what the travel insurance is for and the travel insurance finds every way possible to not help or pay you back. Worst company ever. Would not recommend justfly.com or the travel insurance. They are thieves.
Their customer service has sent me on rabbit trails with no help to rebook using my travel credit. Their system is unhelpful and they are keeping my $700 without doing any real work to try to improve my customer satisfaction. I've worked with three of their employees and none of them can give me straight answers.
