This company is a scam I went on the website and theu charged me without my knowledge I checked my email and called them when i saw they booked a random flight for me and my family, and they tried to tell me they wouldn't give me my money back. I have reached out to the airline and am reaching out to the Attorney General in my state. As well as contacting a lawyer. I suggest that of you have had a bad experience you do the same.
Agents were laughing and making mockery of my situation(I could hear them in the background) even though payment had been processed and $274 USD had been charged to my card but they claimed only $252 USD went through when I can clearly see what was charged on my account. No confirmation email was sent, as well as flight details with the booking number until I had to follow up almost 24 hrs later. They do not have a customer service department with humans. The booking experts tell you they would be transferring you to customer service but you end up on an automated machine line where you have no one to assist you with your issue. This is my first time trying to buy a ticket through them and the experience has been utterly horrible! I do not recommend using Justfly if you are a frequent traveller. The worst service I have ever experienced in my years of flying! If I had the option, my rating could have been NO STAR!
I bought a ticket with just fly to go for my dads funeral. My sister had a medical emergency and had to leave earlier than intended, So I needed to add my nephew to my booking as a travelor. They were unable to make the requested changes So the agent adviced us to cancel the original ticket for my daughter and I, and book another ticket for myself, my daughter and nephew. He guaranteed us a refund of the initial ticket. Shock on us! After booking the second flight, They refuted those claims and have refused to refund me my money from initial reservation. Please dont not trust justfly. Worst agency ever. They ate daylight robbers. They are fraud. I have cancelled tickets with Kayak, booking.com, cheapflight and got my refunds. But these people here are thieves. I was on hold for over an hour, three days in a row. Worst customer service ever. I rate them as negative -100. The worst.

I recently used this service for my flight out of State, While the tickets were fine, we had issues at the airport and my original flight had to be cancelled due to issues with the plane, we tried to contact JustFly to verify my return flight information. The airlines made an announcement that all of our flights had been cancelled. When we called customer service, we had been placed on hold with an estimated time wait of 20 minutes.
After sitting on hold for almost 2 hours, we called them back on another phone, here they had closed and left us on hold. We attempted to call customer service the next morning and got more of the same. I will not use this search engine again.

When I was choosing the date, the program remembered the date I didn't want. In order to change the date, I had to buy new tickets and pay a very high price for the change. It's the same with changing the name of my companion. JustFly says that I cannot change my name and they send me to have it done by the company I fly with, and there they tell me that only those who sold the ticket can do it. In the end, I will have to cancel the tickets I bought from them and buy new plane tickets again. Never in my life has a vacation cost more. For me, you are scammers and I will never buy plane tickets from you.

Booked yesteday. Still no ticket. Tried to use chat via their website, and nobody ever answered. What gives? I have never had to wait for my ticket after I paid. I checked their cancellation terms and they charge $50 on top of whatever the airline charges to cancel a flight. What? To cancel a flight that hadn't even booked yet? I think someone setup a website that is nothing more than a frontend search engine. If you book with them, they manually book the ticket later through Kayak, the airline website, or some other ligitimate ticketing site. I'm not sure why I even tried justfly.com, but I will definitely never be back. Why would anyone deliberately use this website? What's the point? Where's the value? After about a 15 minute wait, I was connected to someone via chat on their website. Mahmoud Higgy told me "I see that your booking is still in progress as we are waiting for the airline to confirm the reservation. This is completely normal and you should receive a confirmation email within the next 48 hours." LOL, you get your confirmation within 3 days of booking your flight. OMG! If it didn't happen to me, I wouldn't believe it.

My name is Samir. I booked flight from RAK To Malaga Ryanair. Agent' s name Mohammed Gadal had no idea what I am talking. Ryanair flights from Morocco need printed boarding pass and I don't have access since Ryanair system recognize Justfly not my email. I ended up calling and chat and they did not send me the actual boarding pass. I have to pay 120 Euros. Avoid Ryanair through Justfly.
I am a customer of just fly, recently I bought tow tickets to Algeria on March 2023, payed it in full, to travel in July.view weeks later I received an email saying your flight change you need to approve it, after I review my flight changes I approved it.When I checked it in June in Delta airlines they said your tickets are not valid, when I called Just fly customer service I was told I have to pay $150 to validate the tickets cause the price has changed knowing that I payed the tickets fully. How come you change the price after months it was payed all!that's very unprofessional

I booked through just fly as they were a few dollars less that booking directly form united airlines. What a mistake. I paid the extra fee to change my flight if needed. When I went to change my flight to a flight that was actully cheeper i was told that i should have read the fine print. They charged me $150.00 handleing fee which the airlines never charge if you book main cabin. Which is what i booked but just fly still chrged it. And eve though the new ticket was over $100.00 less than the oroiginal ticket they charged me $90.00 more per ticket with no real explanation other than that is what it costs if you book with them. DO NOT USE JUST FLY BOOK DIRECTLY THROUGH THE AIRLINES YOU WILL BE FAR BETTER. I LOST A LOT OF MONEY DONT LET THIS BE YOU.
