It was a nightmare! Scam. They offer seat selection for added $$ fees and don't have an arrangement with airlines to do so. We had no secured seats for any of our international and domestic flights. They never confirmed or informed us of our status. The online support was awful. They hang upon you when you are put on hold. A real mess don't book with them EVER. No savings!
You sent an email suggesting deals on flights. I requested a flight from Jacksonville. FL to Denver. All the so call bargain flights involved transferring three times and a four hour flight suddenly 15 hours?
I'm a traveling instructor and usually, when I book flights, I avoid the airlines themselves. As long as you know what you're doing, you won't be wasting cash. I've tried Justfly before and it was fine. Customer service can be a bit slow depending on the day of the week (it's difficult to call them on Fridays) but other than that, everything is fine.
I booked a flight for international after 30 mins I spoke to my husband and I accidentally booked a different origin. I'd Been on the phone for the last several hours and no one answer your call. I had to cancel our flight instead because otherwise they will charge me the full amount after 24 hrs of booking! They are thieves! Charging a $75 per person in less than 2hrs is totally bull$#*!! They will not give you refund! Never ever I will book in this site! No consideration at all! If I can give them a -0 definitely I will!
So far I've used Justfly.com twice this month to book flights. I don't fly very often, but had been loyal to Southwest. However, unless you can get the Fly Anywhere rate, SW is just too expensive these days. Anyway, I found this site to be very easy to use both in searching for a flight and in purchasing my tickets. Lets be honest, we all want the best flight for the cheapest price so long as the flight meets our schedule.
Having a question during the online booking we called customer service at least twice and never could get a real answer. I ended up paying more for a baggage fee than advertised on the site because I had to make that selection after the flight purchase directly with the airline instead of what was advertised on justfly.
I was trying to evaluate different flight options for a last minute trip across the country. JustFly made it easy to see what choices I had available and ranked them by a bunch of criteria. Very impressed and happy with how my trip turned out!
Saw one of those "call in only" deals, had me on the line almost an hour, just to tell me it was no longer available after they took all my info. Then, told they could try to match very closely, and an extra fee was charged from my account the next day. Now, have to dispute the incorrect charge with my bank, because can't get a supervisor on the line - no help from JustFly. Never using them again.
I thought the whole experience was very easy and simple. It was my first time buying a plane ticket and I am glad I chose JustFly. I liked how there were flight upgrades at check out that one can choose if you want to get a seat assignment. All in all I will be using JustFly again for future travel.
Avoid JustFly at all costs. They provide terrible customer service, are hard to reach and charge for basic services - such as seat reservations and cancelling trips. I wish I had read and paid attention to online reviews prior to being directed to them from Kayak. They should be ashamed of their business practices.
Had to cancel an international trip. The airline charged $200 and they topped it with another $250 charge even though the lady on the phone who initiated the cancellation did not refer to the additional $250. So book with them knowing that any change of plans will likely mean a much lighter wallet.
My experience was almost perfect but flights for my trip did increase by over $100 while I was waiting to book. I think if your emails on flight deals included a chart/graph of price fluctuations to customers so they understand where prices are heading (up or down) they would be more inclined to make a better decision and get a better deal. I also think this would put you steps ahead of your competition. Wish you the best of luck.
I have been told 3 times that I would get a refund in 6-8 weeks on my credit card! It did not happen. I have been waiting since 2/28/17. They are con artists, don't believe them. How this company can continue to operate is beyond me. They are thieves!
Delta is refunding my plane tickets purchase through Justfly but Justfly wants me to pay them $50 for my refund on my cancelled trip. Horrible customer service during this time and I will never book a flight with them again!
Purchased a ticket that was refunded by AA (American Airlines was great btw). The refund went to Justfly instead of me because apparently Justfly took my money and then used their credit card to pay for the flight, so AA refunded them the money. I have called now 6 times to get my refunded money. I have spent close to 10 hours on the phone with Justfly. The recent CS agent just hung up on me. It has been over 2 months and they still haven't issued a refund. They literally have stolen my money and won't give it back.
This doesn't include the hassle that you will go through if any changes need to be made for your flight, either on your end or the airlines. Because they are an intermediary nothing happens. Stay away, stay away, stay away. Hands down the worst company I have dealt with in my life.
I made the arrangements for my 92 year old mother (who does not own a computer. I am using my email). The process went smoothly, but on other sites, there is an option to pick seniors and a place to request wheel chair assistance. Also a way to pay for baggage on line. I didn't see any of that with JustFly. I called and requested the wheelchair assistance and had another question and the call center service was very good.

As the workers on the site do not speak reasonably good English, much of the problem lies in their inability to state things clearly. They also cannot understand or follow instructions very well.
I used them for the first time and clearly will never use them again. This is one to stay away from. Go direct to the airlines, they are much better.
This company doesn't even deserve a star. They totally screwed up my fathers flight after the booking "went quick and easy" - because they gladly took my money. However, they changed his flights and then cancelled the flight two days before his flight home. It was impossible to get anyone on their 1-800 # and at one point I literally was on hold for over 8 hours. Worst company ever!
Using Justly was a waste of time and money. At the last minute, they changed our flight and left us with an additional 3 hour lay over in which I had to spend one and a half hours on the phone to confirm the change. People very unfriendly, difficult to understand. In the end, did not save any time or money. Would never use this again.

Do not book with this company ever unless you like wasting time and money. I booked flights with them today and have also cancelled them today after getting confirmation from the airline about my booking which was different to what I had paid for. As a 'courtesy' they agreed to refund the cost of seat reservations that the airline also charged. This whole fiasco has taken up 2 hours of my life, increased my blood pressure and cost me $125 to cancel.
