Do not book with these ppl! They did not tell me the airline schedule changed which made me not able to get my connecting flight. They are saying they emailed me multiple times. There's no email. They even confirm my itinerary with the wrong flight information the day before I traveled so I don't understand how they can say they didn't do anything wrong. They are trying to pass it off on the airline which is BS as they are the person I booked with!
Hurricane Irma wiped out St. Martin (and airport). I had to cancel my trip for obvious reasons. JustFly charge me $300 cancellation fee. I challenged the fee and asked for a refund considering the WELL DOCUMENTED situation. Got the run around about not their problem. I don't think the CSR even knew about the Hurricane or where St. Martin is. Still fighting for the refund. Poor way to treat customers in the face of horrible circumstances in the Caribbean. They will not get my business again.
I booked two tickets to Paris through JustFly. My booking number is 226-209-551. This was cancelled on the day of reservation (March 23,203). Justfly said that they will credit my credit card. Then I booked another flight from a different airline through justfly on the same date (March 23,2023). I am still waiting for my refund for the cancelled flight (October 2,2023). I called them many times and they promised a refund. The last time I contacted them, the representative gave me a run around as he said he cannot see my cancelled reservation. Just crooks! I will never book flights with them.
If I could, I would give this company a negative 100! Everyone I spoke to spoke very broken English and they were all very sorry for my troubles!
I had selected three seats at the advertised rate and had filled in the first passenger's information, it then asked for credit card info. I thought well, I will have to pay three times. Nope. I had just bought one ticket and the other two had been sold to someone else quicker than I was (so customer service told me). I could however by the other two tickets for a price higher by about $60 than what the airline was selling them for. Cancellation fee for the one ticket was $75. Buyer beware this totally feels like the old bait and switch routine.
Justfly is the worst third party travel company I've ever felt with. Trust me when I say you would be further ahead by booking directly with the airlines. If you want to change your reservation you will be charged over $200, no questions or $#*!s given. If you booked directly through, let's say Alaska Air you could change you ticket same day for $25.00, or if you booked with Southwest you can do stand by for free. Justfly gave me terrible customer service, unwilling to accommodate and LIST the WORST travel itinerary from airlines on their website to buy luring you into believing you are getting a good deal :( they are awful

This site basically sells you the same tickets you can go find yourself if you work at it but look out of you need any help after the sale. The airline cancelled our flight so we called the airline, they wont re-book or refund because the purchase was made through Justfly.com. Called Justfly.com and went through all the menus and finally found the right combinations that put me on hold for hours. The person how answered the call was nice but put me on hold because she had to call the airline. Came back several times to ask for another 5 minutes. After all that she said that she talked to the airline and I needed to PAY Justfly $35 to see IF the ticket could be refunded or rescheduled. Please note the IF. BE very careful using this service because if anything goes wrong no one will help you.
It was difficult to purchase tickets without the extra charges. The scrolling mechanism didn't work well and the seat choice part of the reservation was deceiving- it didn't tell me there was a fee for choosing seats until after I selected the seats. Then, it was impossible to change. So, I had to abandon the partially-finished order and start a whole new purchase. What should have taken 20 minutes took over an hour. I also had trouble scrolling past the extra charges for "upgrades," insurance, and free 24-hour cancellation.
I have used this for searches for multiple fare offers and it works well. Clearer than most. Dont like going from site to site once I want to view a fare. Offers are the same as if you searched each site so no price advantage, just convenient.
Booked through their site for my honeymoon to Europe. They changed the flights that and did not have a alternative. Then I called in three times and was told I would get a call back from a supervisor and NOTHING! Indians from India each time. I was also trying to upgrade to business and they never replied.
Then British airways delayed the flight a whole 24 hours causing us to miss our cruise in Amsterdam. NEVER got a call back from them even once offering to help or give any info. They are horrible. I would pay another 500 bucks a ticket NOT to use them ever again.! Don't go for price. Go for service! Just fly was not there in the Customer service department EVER!
All was perfect until I started receiving 100 pop ups! Nothing worse in the computer world than annoying pop ups! Have to figure out how to stop them! Now on to more positive... very easy site to follow and especially liked to pick seats at the beginning
No problem, only down side which isn't a big deal is before I logged in with my Ebates account price was $243 after I logged into Ebates it went up to $247 for the same flight. Again not a big deal. Besides that everything else was smooth.
Booked airline tickets and then non refundable car rental. 4 hours later they cancelled the tickets due to no suffix on a name, but the don't have a box for suffix. Can you believe that? They know it's a problem and just say tough luck.

I'm not really into buying stuff online. Because of fraud and all the problem it may cause. However one of my friend recommend me to buy my tickets from just fly because they have reasonable offer and you don't need to be worry about fraud or any other issues. Which was so true! Since then I'm always buying tickets form just fly and I recommended to all my family and friends!
No stars for this crappy company. They state that they are providing you with all the information you need for your trip, but it's not true. They changed our itinerary so we'd have a lengthier stay in China, which meant we'd be over the 24 hour no visa time line, but never let us know we'd need a transit visa. We were not allowed to board our trip home. We had to pay a bunch extra for a new ticket, and Justfly will not refund the unused portion of our tickets even though they never provided us with everything we needed to know for our trip.
The price for 2 tickets even after a 'booking' charge was still pretty good. However I had to cancel one of the tickets. The airline said they would give the credit back to me, with a use by date but I had to go through Just Fly. I called Just Fly. Their policy is "we can't do that". If the airline is willing to do it why can't Just Fly? If you absolutely are positive that nothing will change Just Fly is an average booking agent, I have used them before. If something changes I feel your pain.
Agents were laughing and making mockery of my situation(I could hear them in the background) even though payment had been processed and $274 USD had been charged to my card but they claimed only $252 USD went through when I can clearly see what was charged on my account. No confirmation email was sent, as well as flight details with the booking number until I had to follow up almost 24 hrs later. They do not have a customer service department with humans. The booking experts tell you they would be transferring you to customer service but you end up on an automated machine line where you have no one to assist you with your issue. This is my first time trying to buy a ticket through them and the experience has been utterly horrible! I do not recommend using Justfly if you are a frequent traveller. The worst service I have ever experienced in my years of flying! If I had the option, my rating could have been NO STAR!
Prices are cheap, true BUT their customer service is awful. No matter what time of the day or night you call, you get the Philippines. I have a simple and easy to understand name but I had to phonetically spell my name 5 times and she still got it wrong. Which means, my airlines ticket had my name wrong. I called to inform them of the error to which they demanded $75.00 for correcting one letter. ONE LETTER! So because she doesn't understand English that well, I have to pay an extra amount to make it right?
They are the worst place to get an airline. Do not be fooled by their low prices! They didn't charge my card for three days and then called me and told me I owed them an extra $100 because my flight price went up.

Tried to resolve an issue with my itinerary (one THEY initiated!) for 2 months, finally had to get Amex involved to dispute the charge. Although they kept saying they would call me back, no one ever did. I will NEVER use them again.
Pretty good and fast. Very easy to use and find the places where you want to go. From hotels, cars, restaurants. That is everything. One of the best applications for all those who like to travel. I have been using it for 5 years and I have never had a problem. I love it this app
