I missed my flight last year December because of New York unneccesary Trump traffic and even though I had left like four hours ahead of time my flight left before I could get to JFK and I was only 20 minutes away yet in the middle of a whole stream of unmoving traffic. Called this agency to inform them my dilemma and how they could assist me get another flight and they declined. I called the next day to ask about my ticket a very unprofessional rep told me my ticket was valid for a whole year and she never gave me any other info until I called last week ready to use my ticket again and they started telling me how I should have paid some fee and how I should have activated my ticket credit in order for it to be valid for a year and they told me it was no longer valid for a year. A whole $780.00 wasted just like that because somebody in their office did not give me the right info. For those wondering why there are so many bad reviews is because of what people have gone through. It does not mean if you were served properly others were too. I would not recommend this agency in a million years. STAY AWAY FROM JUSTFLY! AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE! They are scammers!

ANYONE/EVERYONE DONT EVER BOOK WITH. COM! They messed up my flight I was supoee to be booked with Delta to fet to the airport and was told my flight was switch to United which was unacceptable, they would not admit to the mistake or do NOTHING for my inconvience, theyre customer service is horrible, charged my credit card TWICE and was promised a call back which never happend. JUST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THEM. So anyone out there looking to bo do yourself a favor and DO NOT book with them!
I purchased my flight ticket back on February 9th 2023 from Los Angeles to Toulouse for the weeks of July 14th to July 30th. I received a confirmation email and receipt. When I first tried to check in online in LA, there was some issues. The airline kept saying that the travel agency had cancelled the flight. I went online again and was able to check in through another tool. I went to the airport the next day and the airline helped me get my ticket to the right city.
For the return ticket, I tried to check in online again 24 hours in advance with the airline and it didn't work. I was unable to fix the problem online and didn't get through to anyone. The next day, on my flight day, I showed up to the airport, to the airline register and gave them my passport with all of the confirmation numbers from justfly.com but it was not working! I was not on the system and therefore I was not able to take my flight to go back to work and go to the doctor appointment of my 3years old boy who has asphma. I have contacted justfly on the phone and they told me that they were not responsible, that the flight was cancelled by me!? Although I have never receive a cancel confirmation nor a refund of my payment. Note that I have provided to them all the proof showing my eligibility to take my flight.
To put it simply, they robbed me of several thousand dollars! Is it how they make money and proposed cheaper flight? By robbing few people like me? It's a scandal! I particularly need to bring my son to the doctor as he has asthma!
I have read on the better business bureau that this site charges hundreds of dollars for name changes that are THEIR fault! DO NOT GO WITH THIS SITE. I was charged $200 dollars to change ONE word!
When I purchase my ticket, I was happy for my rate, But I am hoping when the time of my departure there's no problem of my flight and during my boarding.
This is the worse site ever. I submitted a refund on 7 December. They said 6 to 8 weeks. We are already at the 10th week and I still didn't receive anything. Moreover, when I issued the refund, I discovered that in addition to the Airline regular refund fee, they take 200 usd, as a JUSTFLY REFUND FEE (OF COURSE NOT MENTIONED WHEN TICKET WAS ISSUED). I had no choice but to agree to that, otherwise the whole ticket fare would be lost. Then once I clicked on accept, I was surprised to receive a message from my bank stating that I was automatically charged 200 usd. THEY CHARGED ME WITH THE REFUND FEE BEFORE PROCESSING THE REFUND, WHICH MEANS THEY HAD THE GUTS TO STEEL ME TWICE!
When I called their call center and their answer was very vague like "start checking with your bank starting tomorrow", which I have been doing everyday hopelessly. As for their customer care email, they don't even bother to answer, except the first one with an automated email answer.
DON'T EVER BUY FROM JUSTFLY. EXPEDIA ARE 1000 TIMES MORE PROFESSIONAL, AND AT LEAST THEY ARE NOT THIEVES!
Turns out JustFly have bad programming algorithm for managing multiple leg flights and doesn't update if any change from the airlines, but somehow they still appear on most online booking sites as cheap tickets provider.
Ruined my trip and my week off from work, I planned to accompany my

On a business trip now she is staying alone in Frankfurt. I had to cancel my trip could not sort out with their customer support.
We are at the airport, wife is boarding a different airline on direct flight, my self check in didn't work, me staying in a line at Help Desk for hours, they could not find a first leg of flight, and then... the errors started unfolding.
1. I shall have a trip from Toronto to Frankfurt with connecting flight in Geneva as per SwissAir confirmation number on the ticket.
2. But, it turns out I had a layover in Montreal as well for almost 2 hours, and that info is not on the ticket anywhere. I could just buy another ticket from another source if I would see that earlier.
3. Turns out from Montreal my seats is oversold, that just now became a second leg of a 3 leg flight.
4. Calling JustFly, turns out Lufthansa cancelled my seat reservation - or oversold my seat... Lufthansa is not mentioned anywhere on the ticket. They also telling me to get back to the agency who toke my money.
5. No replacement flights in next two days, cannot get out from Toronto,
6. Wife is already in the air, me on the phone for next 3 hours - at the airport.
7. I ended up cancelling the entire trip, hoping that a $19 cancellation insurance is good enough for a full refund, as they promised a refund may arrive in 4 to 6 weeks.
Me sitting at home and calling now VISA to report them as well this my story.
Everything is ok I just don't like long layover but it was the best they could do for the money I am paying got a good price.
