JustFly did not answer my repeated phone calls June 17,2019 to re-book a CVG to PHX flight after I missed my 6am flight due to I75 closure on my way to the airport.
I was forced to buy another ticket to fly in and did not receive a refund

Easy to find the right flight option and make a selection and the check out was simple as well.
