They charge you to perform certain tasks that you can take care of for free by going straight to the airlines website, e.g. seat selection, cancel flight. I had the unfortunate circumstance where I had to cancel a flight. The law requires airlines to allow for free cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. I logged in to cancel before 24 hours but Justfly said they charge $75 per ticket to cancel, while offering no other options. I agreed to the $150 charge (2 tickets) because I didn't want to get past the 24 hour period and have to pay for the whole thing. I found out later, I could have cancelled directly with the airline for free. I tried to call, but customer service is conveniently unreachable. Choose a different travel service, or go direct to the airlines to buy your tickets.
Thanks to this site, we found great cheap tickets for our vacation. Would recommend again! It was also nice to be able to call and talk to a real representative (not an automated voice mail) to resolve a question we had. Good job!
After I booked my daughter's and my flight from Nashville to Amsterdam I read some horrible reviews and was a little nervous. Everything was perfect in both directions. I highly recommend Justfly and will definitely use this company again for future travels :)
Their customer service is the worst that I have ever experienced. It is not worth it. We are traveling with 3 other families. 2 used Expedia and one used Orbitz when our flight was unexpectedly changed by the airline both Expedia and Orbitz were on it and offered those families vouchers for the trouble as it ruined some of our travel plans. Justfly did nothing, not even work with the airline for the change. I had to call and deal with the airline myself and rearrange my flights with no help from justfly. All I got from justfly was horrible customer service and lots of time on hold. DO NOT USE, I would recommend Expedia or Orbitz over them.
Saw several negative reviews, but we had the opposite encounter. Was great flight and people at justfly were easy to chat with. They were quick to answer questions, and they were very helpful. I would definitely use them again.
Justfly.com offers "upgrades", for example to buy seats, and even allows the purchaser to "select" seats on a plane diagram; however, it's a complete trick. The buyer pays for the seats through Justfly.com but the airlines do not honor the selection. In fact, they never receive information about seat purchases. When requesting a refund for the trick seats, Justfly.com offered to cancel the reservation for $75. Do not use this discount website, they are dishonest and charge more in the end than one would have paid going direct with the airline.
I would never book any flights with Justfly ever again. These people will give you the runaround and never answer their phone, never respond to customer requests. If you are lucky and get through they will get rid of you ASAP and accomplish nothing.
The website was user friendly and navigable. I was able to choose my flights, seats, meal preference, and even cancellation insurance. I liked how I could sign up for periodic updates with great flight prices.
I'd give zero I could with my experience with justfly. They rip off people and there's no solution. The representative sits somewhere in India and keeps repeating same thing like a robot instead of help. I bought a ticket with cancellation and refundable option which I paid extra. I had to cancel my ticket and I was charged for $77 and I was told that my money is not refundable but I can use my left over credit for the future reference. I said okay and now I'm trying to use my credit and the prices is three times more than just regular price. I called the customer service and his manager they were useless keep repeating that if I want to use my credit like $181 I need to buy $800 ticket meanwhile on the same website same ticket costs $ 200. It doesn't make sense to me charging my account for cancellation fee and I cannot use the same price just because I have my own cash money with the company. It's a rip off be aware!
I booked a spirit flight through justfly and purchased travel insurance through justfly. My flight was cancelled for no reason and spirit issued a refund to justfly. I have not gotten the refund from just fly yet and am out 400+ dollars. I have made a claim through the travel insurance and have not heard back in almost 2 weeks. I have emailed justfly twice and cannot get a hold of any actual human. I just want my money that was supposed to be refunded.
I have recently become comfortable with flying and booking my own airline tickets now thanks to Justfly.com. I love the features they offer such as searching for alternative dates with sliding prices that really helps and it's very helpful that I can sort the flights out either by shortest travel time or by cheapest price that really helps me too. Thanks Justfly.com for taking the anxiety away out of flying!
Justfly has to be the worst travel site on the web. They made a mistake on my booking and forced us to pay $125.00 in fees to change one letter in our name.
We spent 6 hours on the phone multiple times being transferred from one unhelpful outsourced employee to the next.
Avoid this company like the plague.
What a scam! That refund you think you already paid to be able to get is going to cost you more. And if you consider changing your flight plans instead... it's an option... it will cost you money hand over fist. Just go to a reputable company to begin with. Wish I had. This place is the worst!
Found site difficult to navigate around like there was an issue and my screen froze at one stage in which made it difficult to process my payment. An Australian currency conversion would have been helpful.

What a scam. I have liked Justfly in the past but when I just tried getting a refund for 2 tickets-mind you I paid $40 ea for their cancellation policy- and even though it was an emergency situation they didn't refund me. There is no way to talk to a real person either. After the ticket, and extra $70 just to ask for a refund, I have lost $800. Don't us Justfly!
I booked the wrong flight and realized 5 seconds after I did it, and when I tried to change it would not let me, called customer service and they transferred me to another department where I was placed on hold for 45 mins and I eventually hung up. I had to cancel and was charged $75! So I went to airline directly and booked exact flight justfly was offering and the cost was the same! I mean seriously why not allow changes within 24 hours or something like most companies do at no penalty?

Love how every flight was available to me to use my points and fly for free. I could pick flights based on times or point cost. Found round trip flight from Denver to Orlando for less than 20,000 points!
This company is such a SCAM! Charged my card and sent no confirmation. I was sent and email saying I would have it in 4 days. When I called after 4 days, they told me that I needed to pay $79 to get my confirmation number! Had to cancel my CC and reported fraud against the company. Unreal!
After purchasing a ticket from justfly, you're on your own. The company has a useless automated chat with no real life agent. I spent an hour trying to chat with someone, but no came on the chat. If you prefer to purchase a ticket from an online company, try Expedia or Hotwire, at least they have a customer service support with a phone number. Otherwise, the inability to make changes to your reservation, could end up ruining your entire trip
