We needed to edit my wife's name on the reservation to match her passport.
They could not help is the short answer. I called both airlines that we are booked with for international travel, they said the agency had to handle. They agency tried to charge me extra fees but said they could not guarantee it.
And no refunds for the flight because it is through an agency. So I said so we might get stuck in another country? He said you would have to buy another flight.
Mind you I have been dealing with this for 3 hours this morning so far on hold 90% of the time.
I asked where they were located the first time and they lied about their location of the call center which is in the Philippines btw. The hold music is burnt into my soul.
There is no solution but "Good luck" - trying telling that to my wife.
In order to get in touch with customer service you will have to wait at least 45 minutes. I have had a flight credit for a year and they have not been able to provide any reasonable solution. I have spoke with them more than a handful of times.
They have not answer meat all! Please Stay away from this company is a fraud. I emailed them nothing their email are not activated. Called their customer service lines for hours and nothing! Stay away please I will call my bank!
Very poor customer service, it took over 2 hours of waiting on the line to respond to me and denied my request for changing flight with the excuse that it takes minimum 24 hours for them to get the confirmation of booking from airlines!. They forced me to cancel my flight and charged me a large amount of cancellation fee instead of just changing my flight like all other booking agencies. When you call if you choose you are new customer and want to buy ticket they take your money in 2 minutes, if you want help after purchase good luck with that, hours of waiting for nothing. When I informed them that I was unhappy with their service and wanted to complain and asked for their address and contact details they refused. They only gave me an email address: *******@justfly.com.
I booked with flightHub and within minutes airline had my details.
I am going to make a formal complaint with Better Business Bureau and court if need be.
Stuck in Airport due to problem with booking and 2 hours on the phone waiting that I missed my international flight and after 2 hours of waiting they said sorry sir because this is considered " No Show" we cannot help you!
HORRIBLE customer service! Duplicate charge of almost $400, calling for two months and still no refund! I've spent well over 8 hours on the phone with CS for zero resolution. They have lied to me, refused to answer questions and put me on hold for "for just 5 minutes " every time I call, Who is running this company!?!? It is entirely the worst company that I have ever had the misfortune of doing businesses with.
Paid $34 for trip cancellation protection on a $250 flight. They told me they would rather refund me the $34 and cancel my cancellation protection than give me my $250. Customer service is all over the place. This company is a fraud and steals from people. They have no actual purchase protection or consumer protection. Buyer BEWARE. JustFly is a SCAM.
If I could give a 0 star, I would. They are utterly useless and misleading. I needed to cancel a flight I booked with them. I made an inquiry first to know if there will be any penalties. They said there would be a $200 modification request fee. I thought ok, it's not so bad. After I made the cancellation request, I was informed that there will be a $350 waiver fee from the Airlines on top of the $200. THEN, days after, I was informed that $350 had a $26.70 tax fees added to it. That's not even the "best part"! I then had to pay right away the $200 if I wanted to receive the refund, which will only arrive in 6 TO 8 WEEKS! So you're paying more money to HOPEFULLY receive a refund from the Airlines! Highway robbery in broad day light! OH, also, the seat request fees are paid for were non-refundable. So, you didn't get on the plane but you still had to pay for the seats... This whole thing is a joke! Listen to the reviews and save your money!

They did not give ANY REFUND. I have no way to email them and the agent on the phone said they charge handling fees for $150. Do not use them!
I don't remember how I ended up with JustFly since I started my search with Kayak. I was glad to find non-stop options at a good price. Booking was simple 'cause I didn't have to provide passport information, however, I found that the airline needed it when I was checking in online. Overall a good experience for what could have been a very expensive trip.
This was my first time using Justfly and my experience was smooth and simple. One page booking. The final processing of the flight took a bit long, but the progress bar warms you it may take up to 60 seconds and I don't think the time exceeded that. I also didn't understand at first that by choosing a seat on my flight I would be charged $12 extra each time, but once I saw that, I just cancelled the seat selection. Otherwise, a great experience.
One of the worst experiences I have had. So many hidden costs that are not listed on the booking page. When I called, the representative was very un-helpful and would not budge. It charges $150 cancellation fee on top of any charges by the airline. Much better to go to Expedia or Orbitz that charge nothing of their own. Would not recommend JustFly to anyone.
Booked flights had to pay extreme cost fees for a change. Customer service is crappy. Airline changed schedule and never was contacted by them. The airline did and they yet to have the schedule change posted. Spelled my name incorrectly was told not to worry about it. Never use these people. Find your flights elsewhere.
I would highly recommend to anyone who wish to travel. The flights are reasonable and alternative dates are shown with price options. This makes it easier to adjust flights to get a cheaper ticket. Different airlines are also compared that you can see and make a better informed choice of carrier at a suitable price.
I easily found a low rate ticket with several available less then two weeks before departure date from San Francisco to Vancouver. I would use justfly again to find my next ticket and have told my friends to check out their rates before booking with others!
Before I buy anything I always compare prices, specially flight tickets, I usually open tons of different website to search the best one for me. Justfly is always my favorite because it has the best price, it's very easy to understand the information and specially it doesn't show a fake price like another websites do.
Do not book over this site. I made a reservation for a flight that leaves at 0730 CST on a certain day and they sent me confirmation for a same day flight leaving at 19:30 CST.
By chance I took a snapshot of my reservation once it was completed and now I have evidence that they tried to screw me over $450.00. When I called them to dispute the confirmation some hindu guy with a name "Echo" (I doubt he understands that Echo was a woman) told me that they can't do anything about it. I will be talking to my attorney first thing Monday morning and make it my mission to crush them.
Booked flight 2 months prior. A week before our flight was told by justfly that theres no flights available til the end of the month. Very terrible service. Bunch of liars. Reassured by them few weeks prior that we will be able to get into our flight but never reissued our ticket.
I could find some cheaper flights here but the problem is you have to pay extra 20 bucks to change or cancel in 24 hours. Some other travel agency websites are free for 24 hours change / cancellation. Also be aware that some tickets have different airports for connecting flight.
I always buy flight tickets with justfly sometimes they have the best deals around I know is hard to find deals on Holidays and many airlines take advantage of it.
My only question is how do you guys have the ability to give better prizes then the original airlines?
Beware! Bought a couple of flight tickets over the phone and although I wanted to purchase them for another date, their agent suggested that if I could be flexible with the dates, there would be a free checked baggage included per traveler (otherwise it would cost me extra). So we went ahead, paid the tickets and then it turned out that it will cost me an extra 200 Euros if we want to have one checked baggage per person. I spoke with the manager and they say the agent didn't make a mistake because I was told that I should verify the free baggage allowance with the airline. It's a rip off! After I called them back they wanted me to pay $75 per person to cancel the tickets and they would have given me back my money in 10 business days. Sure. They were those who misinformed me and I should pay extra. Will never use them again!
