I took a chance on JustFly and I am regretting it. It appears that their customer serve rep in PEI may be misleading you.
According to them you have 4 hours to cancel or change your reservation. This may fly against some state laws that gives you 24 hours!
Complete breakdown of basic civility and customer service interactions. Completely dishonest employees and a faulty outdated booking system. Do yourself a favor and avoid this scam company like the plague!
This site has the best prices for airlines that I've seen in a long time! Easy to use and gives you many options to play with so you can find the best deal. Would recommend it to anyone looking to not spend a fortune.
Just really wish airlines would go back to letting you pick your seats for free blah.
What sets Justfly apart is the way they care about their customers. Once time, when my flight from Auckland to Ontario just landed, I received an email from the company asking how my flight was and asked me to rate it. It's a nice way to remind ensure their customer's satisfaction and I am glad I tried this site out.
I always use JustFly website to purchase my International Tickets. Very satisfied with prices and itinerary they offer. They are competent in offering the lowest affordable prices and flexible schedules on the market. My recent travel from Austin to Tel Aviv between July 6 and 15 2018 went so well. We just used JustFly which was a member of Kayak.com. We flew to Costa Rica and back. I picked the only two flights that were nonstop. My itinerary states nonstop there and back. Going we had Delta, which was fine. But coming back, we stopped in Guatemala from Costa Rica! I asked the airlines, Avianca, if this was some sort of emergency or if this was unusual. She told me that they don't have direct flights to LAX. It always stops in Guatemala!
I purchased 2 round trip tickets months in advance. Our departure went great and when we went to return we were informed at check in that Justfly.com canceled our tickets. We tried for over an hour to reach them at the airport. We received a message they would contact us in 72 hours. We were forced to purchase two tickets at the check in for over $650. After I returned and researched this company. I discovered this isn't the first time. Nor second……. They have a history of this type of issue. Please use SOMEONE ELSE!
Still haven't received a dime from them!

Justfly site was very easy to use when I book the flight. The ticket was less expensive comparatively to other sites I checked before. They had so many options on flight departures and arriving times, making it easy for me to choose a comfortable time for my flight. I had no problem at the airport with their ticket, everything went smoothly.

Nothing wrong with the website, but if you have even the smallest issue they are the antithesis of helpful. They'll keep you on hold until you hang up or they'll hang up on you and refuse to do basic services.
My flight had an airline initiated time change that didn't work for me. Normally this is no big deal, you can just get on another flight in the same class. There were plenty of seats available and the airline was willing to make the change, but legally it had to go through Justfly. Justfly refused to change me without enormous fees.
I went back and forth with them on multiple calls for hours and they either pretended to put in a request that they never did, or just kept me on hold (literally for over an hour) until you hang up, or they just straight hang up on you.
I booked with JustFly last summer after my friend referred it to me. At first I was hesitant, but when I started booking my flight, it felt so easy. I didn't even have to call customer support.
I went on with my trip to Edmonton. It was a three day trip and I never encountered any hassle with their services.
Sure, my heart belongs to FlightHub, but I may just give JustFly a high score once I book with them in the future.
Was very disappointed with my booking through this website. They allow you to select seats which are not actually guaranteed. The assigned seats do not appear on the carrier website while JustFly.com charged for the seats selection while booking.
Airline company confirmed that my reservation is with no seats assigned and additional fees should be paid in order to choose seats.
Long story short, the cost of the tickets will be very expensive for us. I recommend to everyone to avoid this website.
This company stole money out of my account, I booked flights to Cancun & they removed the funds from my bank & never booked the flights. Then they told me the flights were booked up & full when they were not. I had to book with another company & all I could reach were computer generated bots. There is no customer care or customer support. Stay away from this company & these people.They are nothing hut a scam!
I spent so much time going back and forth with the travel agent about my flight. I wish I would have just stopped there! I was charged TWICE for over $1,000! When I called back to see what was going on, the travel agent claimed they had not charged me. I booked in February and it is now nearly July. I'm still missing $1,000 and JustFly has been no help at all. I will NEVER use their service again and I hope you don't either.
The site is easy to use and quickly identifies and sorts an array of possible flight options. The first couple of times, I compared results with several other airfare ticket websites, and reached the same conclusion: JustFly doesn't seem to miss any combination of airlines and flights to reach my destination. Except, Southwest is not included on any of the airfare search sites. I've used it enough now that I just go straight to JustFly. I had seen the same flights on the other sites at around the same price, but it took longer to find them.
I love to travel, but I do not want to spend too much on travel expenses. I've always wanted to visit Saskatoon, but I can't seem to find the right travel package for my budget.
Then, I got a chance to check JustFly. They offered special packages in North America. I booked a flight last July and finally went to Saskatoon on the first week of August. It was fun and the experience was made even better with the convenient flight booking through JustFly.
After booking I was pleased with overall deal. Within 30 seconds, I received a note from the airline indicating that because of the price I got, we will be limited on carry on baggage and there is no guarantee we will be seated together. As I will be travelling with two children, this is very disappointing. Will need to go early to airport and plead my case I guess...

Pathetic company. They toss you from rep to rep, refuse to provide any proof of any payment going through. They tell you to call back in a month if there is no refund showing up. A month later you call and the same thing is said to you. Each time you call you sit on hold for 2.5 hours before someone picks up the phone.
I would never, ever, use this company to book anything. Don't ever give them your credit card info.
Justfly books their flights through another agency. To change a flight they have to get approval not only from the airline but also through a second agency. They are not allowed to call the airline so the request just sits in email and there is nothing Justfly can do. I called the airline and they said its no problem (change is due to airline cancelling the flight entirely), but Justfly cannot process the change. Have been waiting 2 full weeks now for the change to be made.
Will never book again! This is a nightmare.
I am going through pathetic, horrible communication with justfly support team. They guaranteed (and i have email) some refund amount and later they paid only part of it. When asked, they said, their staff made a typo error and i need to pay for it!
Please go for some other booking site. I want to give -ve star for this.

I have never experienced this customer service. I paid cancellation insurance and tried to rescheduled my flight. Now the rescheduling flight is more than double of the ticket price. They do not recognize if you are sick, dying or any reason to cancel scheduled flight the fees are a must and they cost more than purchasing new ticket. Scam artists this is what JustFly is. They outsource their customer support overseas and it takes couple hours of nerve breaking transfers from agent to agent to get someone to speak. After 3 hours I am about to hung up because I cannot handle this any more. When they charge your credit card they send 20 transactions from $1 to couple of $100 so they are trying to scam you and confuse you. They do this on purpose to you because this way you do not know what you paid and what you did not pay.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
