JustFly is the cheapest website I could find. I have looked in many places and this one is far the best. Other websites do have similar features as JustFly but it was just faster and easier to navigate with my eyes. Everything is very clear, not many unnecessary ads, quick responses. This was my first time using JustFly and I will definitely look for my next flight in here. I have recommended it to my friends as well.
After paying for flight, I went to make seat selection, and there were only seats available that had a cost associated with it. If this is the policy, it would have been good to have that communicated before purchase. I felt tricked. I clicked on to your site from Kayak. The price wasn't too bad with seats added--it was just an unpleasant surprise.
This is the agency that counts more for the ticket than it costs. Then you will be deceived and stolen by them. They don't care about the call numbers. The whole bunch of fools. Best buy a ticket straight at the airlines you fly will be cheaper and without nerves
All I say is, if Justfly is messing with you with the fake charges, wrong booking and they are not resolving your issue. Then call your bank to dispute the charges! I got mine fixed in 10 day. As a customer it's our right & your bank will help you.
I booked a flight this morning. I must have accidentally clicked on the wrong date. As I was sure that I won't change the flight, I did not request the 24hour cancellation insurance. At the end a window indicated "check your itinerary and book". I clicked on it to see my itinerary and to confirm the right date and time. Instead, it booked my flight. I noticed that I was a day off and called the helpline within less than 60 seconds. They told me that changing the date would be too expensive and I am better off paying a $35 cancellation fee and re-booking. What a rip-off! There is no way that within 60 seconds my booking was already processed and could not be reverted, yet they want to make money, so they told me there is nothing they can do. Sure, clicking the wrong date was my fault, but every airline allows 24-hour cancellation for free. Never again will I use their site/services!
This company is worst I have ever seen there customer services is call center where they put you on hold hoping you will hang up so they can blame you if you call. Girls sound like asian brothel. Very polite, but they can't do nothing. This company is abusing oversea worker to cover up the faud travel insurance and booking. Pay little extra its worth it.
This time it was fine. But last time with my wife purchase it was hell. Have to call and put on hold for long period. Even talked to supervisor but always, the answer thats our policy which BS as far as customer service is concerned. Fyi, was asia-pacific regional director for a CA based company with branch office in PI before my retirement.
JustFly did all the hard work of finding the flights and the multiple options, and all I had to do was pick the one that worked for me and put in my info! It makes this side of traveling almost as thrilling as the destination. Will book with them again!
The worse service I've ever used. I usually go through Cheap flight and I've never had an issue. No one helped me, barley spoke English, lied and told me their were no supervisor or manager. Laughed on the phone, very rude. When I spoke to a manager they didn't help either, I will never go through this company again. Ever.
I have never had such a terrible experience while booking a trip. These thieves don't advertise any of their additional fees. They would not refund me despite my flight destination being DESTROYED by the hurricanes. They would only give me a credit (after a hefty unadvertised cancellation fee). The credit could only be used to go to the initial destination which is so ridiculous (any other airline company allows you to use the credit wherever but this website is such a scam). The destination no longer exists; I will never be able to use this credit. I also had purchased flight insurance which apparently does NOTHING. Their entire operation is shady. I would advise anyone and everyone to avoid this website at all cost. Book through regular airline sites and you will not lose money and be ripped off. Shame on justfly.

I booked this flight with Justfly on United Airlines on a November 22,2017 and had to cancel a day later. I got a partial refund of 235.20 in the form of a credit for one year. This week I tried booking a flight for the same rout. I was put on hold for a long time, while my call was transferred to a special department. While I was on hold, I checked Expedia to see what it would cost to fly the same route And the same date. The United airlines ticket was $102. After a long wait an agent came on line and finally gave me a price of $437 which would include my credit of $235.20 plus another $202 in cash. That would be 4 times higher ticket cost then buying it myself on Expedia. I hung up the phone with disgust. I will never deal with Justfly again, and I hope the rest of you out there will do the same.

This website justfly. Com booking airlines are cheating and stolen my money no response terrible customers services I booked around trip to Việt Nam! With Singapore airlines now I just have departures confirm no return back called them just put me at waitlisted been over a month with no response anything please keep away this justify.com
I got overcharged $500 by Justly.com, and it is impossible to get any help from them. No one to talk to. When you call their number, you get the proverbial run around by the computer; and you never can talk to any agent who could understand your problem and help you mend it. Being charged for seats $800 is ridiculous!
I called the number for assistance shown while trying to book my flight. Your representative didn't speak English so I could understand what she was saying. When I asked her to clarify, she said I had to call Customer Services and she hung up.
I love how reliable their customer service representatives are. When they say they will call you back, don't leave your phone because they definitely will. I had to change my flight departure date and they did everything for me, all I did was wait.
I had a concern about a fly. Made call to justfly and received call from them. Spoken to more than ten person about the problem and none of them told me if it could resolved. Even after the date has pass still no respond.
Trying to cancel my booking the same day cause I found a cheaper price, but thet are trying to charge me $75 for every passenger, and there's 6 of us. It should be 100% refund with in 24 hours. And not just that on our way back it says on our booking that our flight for united airlines has free carry on bag, but when we're checking in the airline is charging $35 each carry on. Tried to call them but never answer. I will for sure not use this website to book flights. NEVER AGAIN Never book on Just Fly. I'm still calling them and no one is answering me. I've been trying to call since friday and no answer.
First time booking with just fly... very easy band cheaper! Found the so easy to it through no problems until! Would recommend this company to other people trying to book flights aren't extortionate prices
Bad customer service. Been on hold for 31 min and get disconnected. After 28 min on the second call my issue still not resolved. Then I was waiting for supervisor for 14 min.
After talking to Vic(ID#6031) for another 18 min, explaining him, asking for help he start read their policy with robotized voice, which absolutely doesn't apply for my situation.

Just fly made a mistake when writing my husband name, they added my second name to his booking, I kindly asked them to correct the mistake by simple removing my name from his name, they just said they can't do nothing about it, now because this negligent company we are loosing our money
