Have to cancel flights to Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel because of the Israel-Hamas war. Delta already agreed to full refund, but have to come to Justfly to finish the process. Guess what, no one picked up the phone when call *******015. Online agent asked me to wait two and half hours on Monday early afternoon. Have to wait for 30-min on Tuesday to finally access the agent online. The agent replied very slow, I was asked to wait for 5-7 minutes each time to go to the next step. Suddenly, another agent jumped in and asked what he can help me. After an hour, I had to go over the whole process again. This is the worst customer service experience.
But I wanted to change my coming back time and u charge $150 which I think is ridiculously because I called the very next day when I saw it. If it was still available I didn't see a problem. I understand the cheap prices but u need to accommodate your customers a little bit better.
The positive reviews on this site are most likely submitted through the company because there is NO WAY anyone has had a positive experience with this horrible, disrespectful, greedy, dishonourable company. I never write negative reviews but will post warnings on every appropriate site out there in order to warn people away from dealing with them.
Nightmare! Liars! Will waist your time. Stay away! After an hour on the phone to book flight for 3 passengers. They tel me they are getting an error message and I should call the airlines. This is after respelling the 3 passenger names at least 10 times each!

We've been trying to call to use our credits for our next trip and received no response. This is such a scam. We even paid for a refund package when booking the flights but didn't get any refund. They gave us a credit instead. But it's so hard to contact them to use our credit for the next flights. They've been ruining our planning vacation! We literally lost $1000 for this scam service!
I booked a flight to Maui. I received the confirmation. Everything was good. Days later I went to check my flights and my return flight was gone! It looks like I am stuck in Waikiki and Justfly is not answering my calls.
Hawaiian airlines will not help me because I didn't book directly with them.
She purchased economy ticket which allows one check in baggage, the confirmation says it is basic economy, now she has to pay extra $150. She contacted justly customer service and representative said basic economy and economy is same and was rude and hung up on her.
I am very very disappointed with just fly and never ever booking ticket with them again.

I have been watching my flight for several months and was going to book directly with the airlines, however, justfly.com was easier to use, the layout provided me with flight information that made sense and gave me the option to fly into one airport and fly out of another airport. I was also able to upgrade my flight for a lesser fee than with the airlines directly. I have used several different booking sites and I recommend justfly.com over all of them.
The site does not allow for finding fares for a group flying to a location together and individuals returning on different dates. The site did not give the escalating cost of fares with the different scales of fares. Economy basic, Economy... or the cost of carry on or checked baggage. This resulted in added costs for my family having to fly under stressful time. (Mother died and had to travel quickly.) Adding to the fact there was not a way to check for bereavement discounts or other services without going to specific airline websites.
Horrible website a problem with the system and they penalized us for that. Made us pay 1500 more to be able to get a new flight from Vienna back to St Louis. They were not helpful at all. Stay away from them I will never use them again. Insurance wouldn't help us, because they said that circumstance was not one of the things covered by insurance. So we are just out 1500 bucks.
I had no complications at all purchasing my ticket. Took under 5 minutes to have everything completed & all of my flight/ booking information was emailed to me in a matter of minutes after completing the transaction.

COVID-19 is here and everyone is taking precautions to stay safe. I bought a ticket through Justfly.com. The airlines have cancelled flights. When I called to cancel with them, I am being charged for cancellation and I'm told I'll receive only $400 of over$1000 I paid for my flight ticket? I feel cheated. I did not create COVID -19 nor airline cancellations. I will be talking to my lawyer. I expect a full refund, with no conditions. This is unacceptable.

Talked to someone who said she would call back because they wanted me to confirm what identification my 14 year old daughter would need. They never called back but eventually I did it on my own online

I booked a ticket for the 10/15, and after the billing went through, they changed my return date without notice, and had the nerve to try and deny. I know what days I was traveling. I made no mistake. This was the second time they did this. And they book you with Frontier, which has no customer service support. Complete rip off. Then the said that the Frontier will credit. Not true. They stole money, now I have to go to small claims court. Never again these 3rd parties
This company is unbelievable. They canceled a flight within minutes several weeks ago after requiring payment and long line registration process. They still have not reimbursed the $550 but claim they have.
Their customer service is bare bones with long wait times on the phone and few customer reps.
Online Customer service is mostly automated with irrelevant info that don't address your issues.
The service reps mansplain their "process" without addressing the refunding issue in coherent way and they don't have managers available to talk on the same day.
We will never ever use this company again.
