Great prices!

I am grateful that Justfly have flights priced at affordable prices. I was able to find three tickets for Charlotte to Baltimore one way for under $200. I also love to fly with Delta. Thank you Justly!

Never use this site!

Justfly is sneaky and engages in unethical practices. I bought 2 tickets and one of the first names on the ticket got misspelled. They absolutely refused to change the spelling of the name unless I paid them a $75 dollars. Everyone I spoke to spoke minimal English. They were rude and unhelpful.

Second, the advertised price was bogus. When I went to purchase the ticket a popup said the price listed had increased. If that was the case why was it advertised at a lower price?!
I will never ever use the site again and I urge everyone to avoid getting swindled.

Thieves

My mother was supposed to fly to Honduras and happen to be that my brother was rushed into the Hospital with a stroke. My brother died three day after and she could not leave on the day of her fly. I called them and read through their policy and they said that in their policy that a person with an emergency of this type is able to get the full money back guarantee. They charged me $150 on top of the money of the purchased ticket for late fees that justfly told me that i was going to get back. It has been three months and all they are doing its playing game saying that they have never received anything. I sent it to *******@justfly.com. This company is base on thieves and not on peoples needs. I can find better deals at cheapoair.com

I will never book through Justfly again unless they change their policies to be more consumer friendly! I realized as soon as I got my itinerary that one of the flights I booked on line was not the one that I thought that I had. Thinking that they would be subject to the 24 hour rule which would allow change/cancellation with no charge, I went on and changed my flight to the one I wanted right away, Nothing said that the federal rule would not apply or anything about being charged a $150 per ticket. I was shocked when I got my credit card and saw the $300 fee. I called customer service and they were rude and obnoxious and said that I should have read the small print (which I am still not sure where I would find). This is deceptive and not good business and buyers should beware and go elsewhere unless they change their policies.

My go-to flight agent

I fly internationally at least 2-3 times each year and I have used Justfly for at least 10 years. I always find the best deals on Justfly. I'm talking about the most convenient and logistically sensible for the price. No two stop overs with minimum to impossible times for layovers - those have to be cheap! I have found non stop from the west coast USA to London, UK for amazing prices well undercutting all others. If the airlines make changes Justfly gives plenty of notice and the changes tend to be minimal. So far the flights have all gone smoothly without incident. Thank you Justfly!

Scam company
July 16, 2021

I have booked my flight 3 days so far, they charged my credit card and they didn't send me a confirmation email. They took the money and the customer service they don't reply and once they reply they say wait another 24 hours. Every call about 3 hours long and sometimes they disconnect me. I will sue them and I have records all the calls. They said we can't do anything for you you have to wait and they give me false information. Just scam

My flight was cancelled due to the COVID-19. Airline email me told me I can get refund from my travel agent(JustFly). JustFly refused to process refund. People from customer service are very rude. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they said all supervisors are not available. I call them at least 5 times and they were not willing to help. So be aware of this website. Many people had bad experience with them

They Lie

Worst company ever. I found a flight online but their website wouldn't allow me to click and buy it at the advertised price. I called their 800 number and the customer service rep did NOT disclose that it would cost more. Their fee was 28% of the airfare. Don't use them.

Justfly is the worst travel agent on Earth. Avoid them at all costs. Even when the airlines cancel yourflight, they dishonestly claim that "because of airline restrictions," we cannot issue you a refund and will give you travel credits. Travel credits are a scam and rarely if ever, can be used. I lost $2000 on these thieves last year because of their travel credits.

If it looks too cheap to be true, it most likely is. Had to cancel son's flight last Christmas. Trying to book now for the summer. Nothing but problems. Emails after rebooking confirmation saying "urgent, call us". Phone calls in the middle of the night. Justify is not worth the headache.

A leg of my wife's return flight from Asia has been canceled and they make it virtually to speak with their people or get information on the changes they made. I will look for every opportunity to spread their incompetence and shame. I can only assume they are a sham company!

Quick and easy

The best deal i could find comparing > 10 sites. The booking process was easy, and i liked that i could compare different dates - if your somewhat flexibles it is important to know if 1 day earlier would be much cheaper! No problems with the payment details and quick confirmation e-mail!

I booked international flight and after few days got email that my flight automatically changed to different flight which will take 7 hrs more. Also justFly provided me the option for refund request if I don't want the new option.

So I decided to for refund option and book with different Airline. But once I click the refund option nothing is happening, just say that call this number (You can directly call us at *******015). But there is no one to receive the call.

We got tickets from this site for our trip to India, which was during Dec'17. While returning back from Delhi to SFO, we were told that our names were not on the list for the flight. Justfly.com cheated us. They gave us very cheap tickets to India, but when we returned back, we were not allowed to take the flight as the flights did not have our names with them, So we had to come back on our own, by buying extremely expensive tickets.

Customer service reps misinformed me and withheld information about reservation change fees and the window of time I had to change my booking. As a result, I wasted $778 on a flight that couldn't be changed for less than $1600 due to JustFly's policies. In other words, twice as much as the total cost of my original ticket. I will always book directly with the airline as opposed to this third party from now on, and I hope you take this advice and do the same.

Be aware of Justfly.com. This is my first time booking with them and I must say I had to cancel my reservation with them after several attempts to make small adjustment to my flight time (wanted to change from an afternoon to evening so as to book a short flight). Justfly was quick to make new reservation but once it's for an adjustment to existing booking there was no customer service agent available - I was placed on hold for over 1-hr several times. It was very frustrated because I had a multi-city international travel reservation. Normally I not a complainer but for all the years I have used booking agent, my experience with Justly is the worst. Figured I would share this experience with you all so you can be careful. Thank you.

BEWARE!

This company sucks. I had to change my departure date to the day before. When they did that, they down graded my next leg from first class to main cabin and then they couldn't fix it nor would they refund me the difference in price. 3 hours on the phone and it cost me an additional $770 with Alaska to get my seat back. Justfly.com left me on hold for an hour and a half before I finally hung up. Terrible customer service and incompetent agents.

I purchased the cancellation insurance for a flight to Monrovia, West Africa and because of the Delta Variant of Covid-19, this country is prohibited from traveling too. I also have health issues which prohibits travel to this country and I was denied repeatedly even with a doctor's letter. The cancellation insurance is a scam. You won't be able to cancel your travel plans for any reason. Despicable company!

I use Just Fly quite a bit. However last Thursday I attempted to purchase a ticket. Although it stated my booking was confirmed I never got an email confirmation. I waited a few days and noticed the ticket never went through. Today I had to get back online to purchase a new ticket and unfortunately the prices went up about 60$ which was very frustrating. When I was at my check out I experienced payment issues because Just Fly could not read my card. Finally after an hour my ticket went through.
