Just fly is great with flights however they use a car rental company that is called Green Motion. This car rental company wants to put a 500 dollar hold on a major credit card. When you present a debit card that says Visa on it... they require a 25 dollar a day insurance. The total cost was 1000. 00 for 2 weeks and they guaranteed us a car that seats 7. In actuality it sets 4. Budget is willing to rent a van for the same amount of time for 639.00. I am complaining about just fly because they denied booking this although all my confirmations come from them and even the agent from the car rental told them that they booked it. Furthermore they use a car rental that steals money and doesn't provide the right car. I will never use Just Fly for car rental or this company that steals money from people ever again. The whole experience was beyond disappointing.
Only giving 1 star because it's not an option to give 0 stars. The dates on my flight were mixed up, so I went to see if I could modify/ change the flight dates, or cancel to receive a credit. I was told I was eligible to cancel to receive the credit so I made the phone call with customer service to sort it out. Not only did I waste over 45 minutes waiting, I was told that YES I was eligible for the credit for my $143 flight, but when I I go to use the credit I would be charged $149 to actually use the credit bc that's how much the fees were. This site is an absolute SCAM. Avoid at all costs. Book directly with your flight even if it costs a little more because if absolutely anything goes wrong you are screwed with this company

Do not book with them specially going to Africa. They will show you a nice trip, take your money and later wait few more days and change your trip knowing that you cannot cancel it any longer. Then you call customer service and get the same lady who talks to you like you are a dummy and keep saying that it is the flight you booked. I have both emails and both trips so I know what I paid for.
Then you asked for a refund and they say 6 to 8 weeks so you can't go anywhere else.
That lady Whatever her name was is not nice at all. And she lies on top of that stating that I booked the flight this way.
This just fly company is a rip off. How can you schedule someone to stay overnight in a country they don't know with a child and not give them the choice to go somewhere else. And I am pregnant and Togo is not secured at all with the fight they had.
Absolutely awful website. After multiple times of being unsuccessful in getting a flight I finally got one and got emails with my flight confirmation from the airlines then 4 hours later I was emailed that the trip had been cancelled because the prices for the flights have changed. I literally have the flight with the confirmation email and prices and it all got cancelled bc the prices "changed"... and the people on the phone told me too bad.

Also they charge 75$ per person to cancel your flight within 24 hours. This is the worst experience I've ever had booking a flight.
I book a one way ticket to Canada through Justfly.com for Westjet. Ticket said eligible for seat choice. A week later I got email from Justfly Saying that "you are eligible to request seat". So I follow the link and pick my seat. Website did not ask me to put credit card or authorize for paying for seat request. I thought it free and come with flight ticket. I found out that they charge me $38 extra through the credit card that I used to book my flight. So they just keep my credit on file and charged whatever they want. I called them request refund for seat choice they said can not refund. I called airline Westjet they pull out my reservation, told me that my ticket is premium ticket and eligible for seat choice at no cost. This is ripped off and my credit card information is not safe since it can be charge without I authorize. Then I want to change my flight it cost handling fee ridiculous, plus extra change fee while airline does not charge change fee. Be aware for this website.
The search tool has a lot of useful filters to really restrict to exactly your criteria. The site works fairly smoothly and while sometimes searches are slow, usually not as slow as some other sites.
My only complaint is that I could not entirely exclude certain airlines from consideration: When you have the option enabled to consider mixed airlines for your trip, it does not respect the airlines you have unchecked and shows options for them regardless. It does properly filter them out if you disable the mixed airlines option though.
My flight ticket was increased by $54 after i entered my credit card information. I've called and was put on hold for 73 minutes. Then the person who was assisting me said he was going to fix the issue and adjust the correct price. 73 minutes had passed while waiting then he simply hung up on me. I will never use Justfly.com EVER AGAIN!
If you are unsure of your dates of travel and they could change for any reason whatsoever, for example getting sent on an unexpected deployment while serving in the military, you will not be able to change or cancel your flight. They are not interested in helping you in any way. That having been said the customer service representatives in Ethiopia were very kind.
I will never use justfly.com again. I noticed there was a wrong middle name on my granddaughters name so called right away to have that changed. Their agent Carla said I would have to cancel the reservation with a $75 fee per ticket cancellation fee. Justfly.com does not offer 24 hours to cancel the tickets purchased even for a simple mistake. They said it was in there policy... (it is my opinion now I need to make sure to read everything on their site).
I have used priceline.com many times before and one time I needed to cancel because of a problem on one of my reservations. They helped me on the phone with no charge and then book the new one for me on the spot and seemed to feel sorry for my issue.
Customer service to me is very very important along with looking after ones customers... So I will be sure to use priceline.com in future.
Just Fly will not tell you of baggage fees, they refer you to the airline which will tell you no baggage fee for international flights where in you will be hit with 95 x 2 directions at online check-in. Never again with Just Fly.
I will also fault Kayak for this as I had no idea I was not dealing directly with the airline when I booked the flight through Kayak's links. You may make a few dishonest bucks this way but you've just lost a customer permanently.
