I had a great time during my journey to finding the building. I appreciated that checking in for my flight was no hassle whatsoever! The building's lobby area was small but it was a good small given there is less noise so it's perfect for those nervous ones. And beverages were provided so that was a plus. The overall experience was very wonderful and I will look forward to my future travels! :)
My experience with Justfly has been an awesome experience. They gave me on time updates about my flights prices so I know I was getting the best possible price for my dates of travel. This site also offers a purchase plan so I could pay over time. I recommend this site to all my family and friends.
Booking the flight was easy but the next day when I logon to view my banking activity I see an additional charge for $11.95. I call justfly and was told I was charged that amount for selecting a seat! No mention of the charge on the website they just add it-I won't be using justfly after this!
Those in need of a quick flight ticket comparison and booking need not look for other websites because JustFly has all the services needed. I was able to buy an Economy Class ticket to Croatia last week and will be flying tomorrow morning.
The process was very clear and short! Travel rates are very good. Did not like that you were asked to pay for seat selection. A seat is guaranteed since you paid the fare and should not be selected at an extra cost.
Had to cancel a prior trip and got Just Fly credit for cost. Unable to use credit online. After waiting two hours on phone, I found that I would be charged nearly the amount of the credit in two separate "processing fees".
I tried to place an order a couple of times yesterday, but for some reason, they could not process it. After having tried a few other booking companies, I came back to JustFly this afternoon, and was glad it worked this time.
I have book quite a few times with Justfly before, I can remembered booked my ticket and accidentally selected the wrong date, immediately call Customer service and was credited. Justfly is my go for travel ticket. Yes I would recommend this company.
I find it strange how Justfly offers these really low fares, and by low I mean $50 airline tickets. It's really surprising how this site doesn't have as many users as, say, Expedia or Travelocity. Would highly recommend to anyone I meet.
My recent flight purchase through JustFly was to Toronto, CN. Although I don't love air Canada, that has nothing to do with Justfly.com. Finding an affordable and convenient flight was easy. I will and have used Justfly.com again for future travel purchases.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
