My name was backwards on my ticket, so I called just fly.com, the customer service representative told me that I would have to buy a new ticket because it was a name change... Had to call the airline my self at no charge... Justfly reps are f... d up! Not cool

Their search engine sucks. They made reservation only half way through and when we called sorry system took nearby airport. How will the nearby airport is 700 miles and they were not able to help cancel flight and not refunding the charges they took.I would give 0, there is no option

We will never use thus company again. We called them in order to buy 2 flight tickets to our honeymoon. The gentlemen over the phone advised that it's includes 2 check in baggage per person, after we paid we checked our flight tickets which it shows only one, when we try to recall the "supervisor" hung up the phone to me when I asked her to listen to the records again and give us what we have promised.

I tried checking different websites for cheap flight to Toronto and Justfly has the cheapest offer and the flight time is very satisfactory compared to other sites that there are several hours of stopover.

I like it by my tickets in justly is always on time good price and never have any problems.

Good experience w online purchase. Drawback was when I called to ask about seat preferences. Long wait time. Representative had heavy foreign accent, hard. To understand. She didn't have access to seat information so had to call the airline directly before completing the ticket purchase.

I've been traveling to Norfolk to visit my Sailor daughter and her family the last three years. I always worry about the price increases. I was thrilled when I made my reservations. I saved over $100.00 by using your site.

Only thing Id complain about is that when I tried to go online and review my purchase and trip, it was difficult. The only way I could view my trip was if I went back into my email. Perhaps providing more specific directions for creating an online account would be helpful.
