Just called justfly.com to change reservation dates, was told that it would cost me $475 per person to change the flight from July 3 to Aug 19... my original tickets were $472.
After I accused the company of trying to "rape my wallet", I was hung up on by "Carlos".
Worst company EVER to deal with. Avoid at all costs!
It seems I am not the only one either...
The Better Business Bureau says they have received numerous complaints about the exact same thing...

Justfly is cheaters, robbers, fraudsters. They just want to make money. Their ill precises have robbed money from many innocent people.
I booked a ticket and on the confirmation page they gave an interface to select the seats and i did it and surprisingly there is charge of 400$. I called within few hours of booking to cancel this and never know about it. They couldn't cancel it, their customer care says read our 100 page terms & condition we would have mentioned there. Can't they just put a message saying there are charges for seat selection. Most of the flights give that option for free.
They are trapping customers. I cancelled my whole ticket with a penalty even within 10 hours of booking. It's always better to be away from such agents.
Be careful booking through this company. They scammed us out of $4,200. Make sure to read the fine print and know you will not be reimbursed for anything. They also have business hours so the are not able to help 24/7. There are many other 3rd party companies that won't steal your money.
I'm not giving this company 1 star even - you have to select at least one star. They book flights that are not possible to complete. They schedule flight transfers to different airports without informing you, and they don't inform you that you'll have to pay to make the transfer. Faulty product doesn't work. Cost us and additional $500 because JustFly wouldn't help us.
I needed to make a quick weekend visit to family from DC to Boston and the best price options were on JustFly. It was a very last minute trip (in fact, I only bought the ticket a few hours before flying). JustFly made it easy and pain free!
The DAY before our flight left to go from LA to Paris, they changed our departing airport. Instead of being about 20 miles away from home, our departing airport was now nearly 100 miles away. Would not have been a big deal if we could have driven there and parked, but our return airport was the original departing airport, and that would have meant that the car would have been at the wrong airport, 80 miles from where we landed.
Further, we paid an additional fee of $68 to select our seats. When they changed our flight, they changed our seats. Our group was entirely split up, and all of us managed to get middle seats on an international flight, despite paying to avoid this.
This all happened despite paying for the $244 CSA Travel Protection.
Selected specific flights and went thru the payment process. Received a pop up that stated price HS increased to $200+ dollars. Found out that I am returning a whole day later with TWO layovers, one for 12 hours and another for 14 hours. Their system did not indicated that my itinerary changed when I got charged more. When asked to correct, they want to charge me another $140 to fly back from first layover.
I purchased tickets to Rio for Carnival and of course it has been posponed three time due to Covid. I have been trying since January to cancel my flights to no avail and keep getting the same run around. I was on the phone with customer service for three hours after waiting two hours to talk to someone. Their website options are not sufficient to do what you need to do. I paid $500 for insurance only to be told by them that I could not get a refund. If I could give them minus points... I would since they are crooks and stole several thousand dollars from me! Will complain to whomever I can about this site.
My parents booked a ticket for 3 people traveling to Lisbon via telephone, after waiting more than 48 hours to receive the ticket via email nothing came through. We began calling to learn they spelled our last name wrong (our last name is part of our email address as well) they were more than willing to correct the email address and send the tickets with our last name spelled WRONG. After many phone calls 3 representatives told us, and i quote "your $2800 ticket is unusable and you will NOT be getting a refund" Absolutely pathetic excuse of a company. HOW do they exist?
The email sent with the slightest change in flight times are expressed in such a way that instead of just telling us the change, we must contact the airlines to learn about the change. Created unnecessary hysteria and a waste of my time reaching out to airline.

To start off I spent nearly FOUR WEEKS trying to track down my refund for two transactions. No one would deal with me or they half would then fake a hang up and hour after hour I would have to either call back or wait hours online. FINALLY agent Kelsey 656 finally was able to get me one of my refunds back. She was polite and wonderful and needs a rage honestly. I am still waiting on my refund from the $119 dollar purchase around the same time. Can you please help me with this?

Was told the cost will be $75.00 per ticket. To change reservation it would even be like $200 a ticket. CSR agent would had no sympath what so ever. Never again will I use an on line booking company. They. Buy a block of tickets from the airline and can not negotiate with you.
Justfly is ok if you no forsure the ate you pick does not to be changed.

My wife and I booked 2 tickets to the UK towards the end of 2019, maybe the start of 2020 (To travel March of 2020). With everything going around with the pandemic, we asked for a refund which they denied and gave us credits to use by the end of 2020 (We called their lines for weeks and only got through to a live person once). UK was ground zero for the new strain - and so between strains we never had the chance to travel. We tried to get the credits extended, and even tried going through the Better Business Bureau to no avail - thats 1500 downs the drain. Justfly.com is a joke, they encourage travel during a pandemic.
Justfly.com has been so far best airplane, hotels as well as rental car shopping app. I travel every two weeks and only use Justfly.com to purchase my airline ticket as well as rental cars. In my opinion on this website or the app you will find most affordiable airline tickets. The app is self explanatory and easy to follow and use as well. I have been using Justfly.com for over three years now and I am not disappointed yet.
This is my 3rd time using justfly for travel. It is seamlessly simple and the price always beats anything on any other sites out there. The multi-city option is extremely useful too. This summer we had a bit of a snag when the airline cancelled our outbound flight- the representative was diligent in getting us rebooked and truly dedicated to making us happy. I highly recommend this travel partner.
I paid for round-trip tickets totaling over $3700 and had to cancel. I paid for insurance and and was able to cancel it with remaining credits of $2900 for future flights. However, now I'm trying to book that flight and the company is giving me a round around, different excuses and can't seem to rebook my flights with the credits. I've been calling them every 48 hrs for more than 45 days, I just need my refund at this point to book another flight with different airlines. I will never use justly.com again. They're incompetent and dishonest.
Tried to cancel my flight to get the refund and they kept me on hold past the refund period and then said too late. Credit card company is currently battling with them to get my money back. Steer clear, very unethical company.
My experience with Justfly to book flights has always been on point. I love this site! I will always book my flight through you guys as well as refer people who ask where the is the best site for booking flight, etc.
Was able to find the cheapest flight on the internet through just fly.com. Site is user friendly and it took less than 5 minutes to book my flight. Have used just fly in the past and will use again in the future.
I'm 54 years old and I've never written an online review, but the disservice I just received from JustFly is finally getting me to help others avoid a terrible company. My kids fly on their own all the time and I usually book through the airline itself. This time I thought I'd try to save some money, but I just lost everything because they booked the flight in my name rather than my child's. This was not an autofill mistake, as I am meticulous in filling out the reservation forms. I did make the mistake of not carefully reviewing the confirmation that Justfly sent out, but I've never had this type of problem beforelesson learned. Avoid this company at all cost!

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
