This is the worst service that I have ever used. There are hidden fees if you cancel even within 24 hours, and they do not return the fee you pay for a change flight option. If you don't select the option, you will be charged $75.00 to cancel a flight on the same day.
And try to find a cancel selection on the support page that actually takes you to a way to cancel. You get returned back to your itinerary and there is no way to cancel online.
Please save yourself a lot of trouble, and don't use Just Fly. This is a very bad company.
Booked flight itinerary for our group holiday. Booked another group on Orbitz at the same time. Ticketing from JustFly got all screwed up and I ended up spending over countless hours total spread over 6 weeks, speaking to over 10 people to get this ticketed correctly. Every single time, the agent or the supervisor keeps telling you to call back within next 24~48 hours, etc to just get you off from the line. Also, turns out that BBB has issued multiple warnings about JustFly and FlightHub. Never again!
I was going home to scotland for my mum's birthday, leaving Charleston, South Carolina. I got to the airport and found out my flight had changed. On the email that Justfly sent me at my time of booking it stated that there was no need to confirm, my flight was booked.
The airline changed the flight months before my departure and Justfly did not notify me. Well, not only did I not get to go home and celebrate my mum's birthday which was further stressful given that I am an only child, the company would not give me a refund or give me a replacement ticket. After spending countless hours and numerous days on hold, sporadically talking to Justfly representatives with next to no empathy for me and the situation Justfly created, I was given no refund or new ticket back home.

For the first and last time we decided to buy tickets with JustFly... my husband isn't very tech savvy however he was excited to book his own flight. He confused the arrival destination, it's a 6 hour difference. Once I received an email confirmation I realized the destination was wrong. If I wanted to change destination it was $200 per person when the tickets to other location were barely $100 more... then we I tried to cancel you want to charge me $150! Processing fee is outrageous... I called hour call center which was ZERO help as she said only option was to cancel with $150 fee! I don't understand why you couldn't just change destination and add the fee of the original flight ticket and not double the price because some got a little to excited and decided to boom his own flight smh. First and last time I'll ever purchase from this cite.
I tried to purchase a multi-city flight but as I was confirming the payment, the fare became unavailable. I closed my browser, tried a different browser but still could not purchase the ticket. I had to change my flight schedule and that was when I could do my booking. If the fare is unavailable, you should not have it in the search results - it is very confusing. I hope you can rectify this matter, thanks.
Booked a flight. Received a email stating I had to call to confirm or booking wasn't completed. Tried many times over 2 days. Never did get ahold of anyone. Called credit card and cancelled payment. Booked with airline. This is a terrible waste of time service!

When called no body pick up phone trying to call everyday but in vein. When called Turkish Air they say if you buy ticket direct airline we would refund immediately. It is bad experience never buy ticket from justfly.com. Very bad customer service Will never deal with justify.com
This was the first time I used justfly and I really enjoyed it. The prices were better than expedia. The comparison ticket prices were very helpful. All the information needed to make a sound decision was readily available. I highly recommend using Justfly and I will definitely use again.
I Purchased my international flight tickets from Justfly.com for 2 adults and 1 child and paid the seating selection fees on April 11th, 2017. One of my main reasons to purchase my tickets almost 4 months before my flights was to select Seating ahead of time because I have a child with special needs. Last week I logged in to airline website to check my reservation and seat status only to notice that there was no reference to my selected seats although they are showing my selection on the booking confirmation. I talk to airline company, they said they never received the seating assignment requests and recommended that I call the booking agent that I used to purchase my flight tickets. As of today, I called Justfly three times and Talk to different people but never got my seating assignment issue resolved. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone.
There should be a class action lawsuit against these guys. We got taken 1,100 by there shady and dishonest practice. We are pushing for damages to stop them from burgling other folks. Long story is... My wife bought a ticket to fly to Africa. She had to cancel because of a health emergency with our daughter. They told her I would be $150 rebooking fee plus the cost difference for the new ticket. When we went to rebook the ticket was the same price. I tried to book over and over again but the website would not fulfill the request. So she spent an hour arguing with customer service he wanted to charge her $800 because of what they said the price difference was when we were staring at their website which said it cost the same.
http://Justfly.com is a scam, a fraudulent company that will take your money and not issue plane tickets. I attempted to cancel my $8,000 booking within one hour and there was no place to cancel it on their website. When I called the only number available, a woman with a thick accent responded and said, "You have to pay $700" to cancel. She sent an email to me confirming the cancellation with a 3-page long disclaimer listing a hundred reasons why getting a refund is never possible. I never got my tickets nor a refund.
I am disputing the charges with my bank and I submitted a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission as well as to the BBB. I am in the process of starting a class-action law suit against them. Their scheming has to stop.
It seems fine until you need to change something then they are the most unhelpful people. It is unfortunate when changes need made but most companies would help you, I wasn't even asking for a refund just a change in itinerary
We booked a flight with JustFly to euro 5 tickets with insurence.On the way back we were late on flight form JFK to Buffalo, not our fault they were only 2 passports control window opened, and too many people with small children, we also have 3 of them and no one care about that. They paged us and one worker come to look for us but no one want let's us go.The plane left before 5 min we came.So the other one was scheduled in 8 hr.We rent a car and went home. Calling then 2 monts they refused to return money.
I was treated so well by all the crew. Always making sure I was comfortable throughout my flight. I'm disabled and the gentlemen that assisted me off the plane and to get my luggage were absolutely wonderful. They wouldn't let my daughter lift a finger to lift my broken suitcase. They carried it all the way to her car. It was broken during transit. Thank you for the spectacular customer service.

I generally book flights directly with an airline. For this trip, I couldn't find prices I liked, except on JustFly. I was leery - but I tried it. Got a great price, an immediate confirmation with e-ticket numbers, and a customer support number to call immediately in case there were any mistakes in the reservation. Not necessary, but glad it was there in case I had needed it!
Was not able to take flight, because of delays ended up having to purchase another flight. The line was extremely long because other customers had missed their flights as well. We waited in line for close to 2 hours. No other recourse was given but to purchase another ticket.

I booked a flight through Justfly and the price of ticket was $260.00. I got 2. Never was there anything stating there was extra fees. When I looked at statement after booking was done. I was charged $1420. 00. I looked at my credit card and 2 charges were from united and Justfly added on 4 of their own charges. 2 of only $1 and one for 305.90 and one for 274.00. I tried to call and complain and I was told it was confusing and they would have to investigate. They charged me a discounted rate of $98 to cancel the tickets. Will NEVER go through them again total Scam!
With the integration of nearby airports and multi-city tickets, it is a very convenient search model. I haven't found anything with lower prices. Would be great to include flexible days to find the best price around the exact search day instead of restarting the search with a different day.
I booked my flight to Seattle with the wrong return date... the site changed my travel dates and I didn't notice it until too late. I called back to change the return dates to the dates that I originally requested and was told that I had to pay a $75 per ticket cancellation fee. I finally got this reduced to $25 per ticket; however that's $75 for nothing! What terrible service... a bait and switch. And, after I quickly noticed - still no changes to be made without a hefty fee. I will never book through this site again! Stay away!

I have looked at flights for 3 months and this site gave me the flex flight I needed with almost no additional cost. No other site I visited would flex the airlines or, if they did offer it, it almost doubled the cost of my ticket. Loving this service!
