I found out within a few hours that I couldn't travel. I emailed immediately and expected my full refund as the ad stated. I was charged 75.00 per person ti cancel. Thats not what the add said! It was only a few hours. I feel cheated and will not ever use this booking agent again or recommend it!
I like the ease of this service, but I did find if you want to think about buying it, it can cost you. It was only 20 minutes later when I found the flights I needed to book and actually booked them and it cost me 300 dollars more. You really need to be ready to buy when you find something.
Horrible customer service and miss leading information. I was unable to fly out because A family death. Cancel my reservation had to pay a fee and at the end was not even able to use the ticket plus I was charge money just to cancel my flight. If that was the case I would have never call and just lose the ticket.
My entire return flight itenarary was non existent when I arrived at the airport as if Justfly's systems falsely booked mmt flight and the airlines wasn't notified. I had to be home that night urgently so my bookings really mattered and the airline had no record of them even though I had email confirmations nor did I receive shy cancellation emails for any flights from my booking. Luckily the airline was also servicing a nearby airport so they were able to book me into those sets of flight for my return home. My company will never again use Justfly.
I would recommend JustFly to anyone needing to book a flight. It was easy to navigate and informational. I was able to choose my seats immediately and have price schedules at hand for baggage, seating upgrades and meal plans.
I had a little misunderstanding with my reservation and my credit card and Debbie the customer service took good care of me and she handled my situation in a professional way and her voice tone was nice and respectful.
This was my first time to make a reservation thru a service and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was and how quick my reservations were confirmed - will definitely use again instead of going to carrier websites.
Bought the ticket, and wanted to make a change. I understood there might be a fee involved, but no change at all? Didn't even try to be accommodating. Referred me to the airline, who had already told me that they couldn't help me because I'd booked through these jokers. Whatever I saved on this ticket wasn't worth it. I don't know what their business actually is, but it's not being a travel agency.
I was very pleased with the ease of use and the low cost fares I was able to identify. However, there were limitations that were not revealed until after my purchase (and, yes, I did read the fine print).
My first choice when I travel. Just fly has good deals, and always the best prices. It's one of the company's that I would share with my friends and family. I would love to have them in my country/Europe.
Got a great deal and the website interface was extremely intuitive to use. Will probably book through JustFly again in the future and recommend my friends and family to use the site. Always used Kayak and Priceline but I liked JustFly's simplicity.
This company is the worst and only trying to manipulate the disrupted situation to abuse the customers. They wanted to keep the money of tickets purchased last year during pandemic and refused to refund or re-book. This company lacks of ethic business. I will never purchase a ticket with this company.
Justfly offered travel insurance for $150. USD. It turns out it was not travel insurance for sickness, emergency extraction or cancellations. It was insurance ONLY for failure to get on the plane due to illness etc. Non-refundable. Discovered this after making the purchase and an ad pops up offering travel insurance for sickness etc. ALSO charged for seat reservations the airlines offer for free if you book directly with them!
First I couldn't understand anything she was saying. N second they were disrespectful n acted like they were to good to talk to. I missed a flight because of my taxi driver car broke down. The one other time I missed my flight they just re scheduled it for the next day cost me 18.99$. There trying to charge me 405$ for a flight that was 255 I m the first place. I will never go threw them again n woodsy suggest them to anyone ever.
I wish I would have known about Justfly sooner :) ! I have dealt with other 3rd party travel companies and it's always a drawn out booking. This company was very fast and very convienent. Plus I received a confirmation email in like mins after I booked it... which p. S is great for all you last minute travelers.
Flight was easy to book and very cheap for where I am going. Cheapest I've found in awhile. Only thing that was confusing was the flight price said $549 + tax. At the end, it said $589 + tax and I am not sure where the extra $40 was added. Even with that $40 added, it was still a cheap flight and an easy process
These crooks play a game where they show you a flight - then jack the price up (from $300. To $1,300.) when you try to book it.
They not only did this but also sold me a flight which they did not confirm with me and wont issue a refund! Absolute crooks!
A bit pricey but found the times i wanted to fly out... kind of. Maybe would be better if i was able to mix and match which fight i wanted for the exact times or have at least have the option. But overall it was a nice experience and the website was easy to use.

I have already recommended Just Fly to family and friends. This site was easy to navigate and the customer service representative gave suggestions to book flights. I definitely plan on using this site for future trips.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k

The ticket purchased is for a total of $296.95 including $14.95 seat assignment fee. Please note that we do not confirm any bookings without passengers confirmation. This booking was made online where passenger information and credit card was added. Once all information is added, the system will only confirm a booking once you click on "confirm & book" From the remarks on file, you have called in one month after the selected the departure date which is why the ticket is no longer refundable.
