If you have an other option, don't merge Justfly.com, they sold me a ticket I couldn't use. I had to cancel and buy another ticket from booking.com. I lost a big chunk of money. It was my vocation saving. Thank you not thank you justfly.com NEVER AGAIN.

justfly.com is scam which sells fake tickets and cheats people. They sold 6 flights to us only one flight was not cancelled. They took $6000 from us and only returned a part of it. Never never buy tickets from Justfly.com!
This business is SCAM, I repeat do not book any reservations with them, they are liar, my flight has cancelled due to covid, as per the guideline I am eligible for full refund from airline, they had never refund my money, on the contrary they assign my registered number in block list. I am going to sue them big time.
We booked with them and then had a medical emergence (read heart attack). When we called, we paid an extra $150.00 to cancel two tickets and were told we would have a $658.00 credit. When we called to use the "credit" we were told there was a $150.00 booking fee change and our actual credit was $6.00!
We are asking for the transcript of the call because we would not have paid $150.00 for six dollars worth of credit. They are terrible and it was very hard to understand their customer service people.
I bought 4 plane tickets though just fly. I received an email saying the tickets had been canceled. Due to payment time frame. So I went to american airline and bought which was cheaper and I didn't have to pay for seat selection. Now I can't get a refund for tickets they canceled... if you find a good deal on just fly check with the airline and you will find the same deal but cheaper... no stars
No customer service! I bought two tickets one for me and one for my friend to fly. I also bought seat assignments. I found out that one seat assignment was missing even though I paid for it. No one would help or even talk to me about it. I tried calling in and online chat, no help! I am out $58. I will never use this company again.
I have booked multiple times through JustFly. The website is easy, and the flight prices are comparable to other sites. I have used other sites if I can get a cheaper flight. I had a glitch once and the customer service rep was able to rectify it for me without any major problems.
I booked a flight through kayak, through a travel company JustFly. I got my confirmation email, and then, almost a week later I noticed another email saying my flight was cancelled. I called them and they said it was off of my request, finally the said the airline didnt confirm the flight, so they cancelled it. No one ever contacted me about changing to one of the many other flights that day, so now Im stuck buying last minute expensive plane tickets. They offered nothing for the inconvenience, and my refund wont arrive for 10 business days. WOW!
I cancelled online booking in 24 hours and their website shows there would be $75.00 for cancellation fee. I called to confirm and was told by their customer service that I can get a discount and only need to be charged for total $50.00. However, I was finally charged $50.00 for THREE TIMES! I called their customer service again and they denied what they said in the beginning. I feel was totally cheated by them! They are trash trash trash company I have ever seen!
We booked through them a few days before the wedding and they changed the flight on us and refused to give us a refund. The information filled out was completely different to what my husband filled out (we checked everything right after). When we called they had two tickets with my husband's information. And we called again it was changed to his information AND my information, but with a few mistakes still. Do not use them. They are simply the worst. They refused to let us speak to a manager. I would not recommend these people.
I booked a round trip for my 17 yr old son to visit a family member. Flight was AA. We noticed 11 days before trip that the return flight said July 11th instead of June 11th. My son went on the website to change the date. The site stated it could cost 0-$125 to change. We had to change it, so he did. I was then charged another $275.00! Just to change one leg of this trip! I called and was basically told "sorry, you didn't read the fine print" this flight round trip initially only cost $224. After all taxes and fees. I now have paid $500 for a "discounted" flight. The costumer service rep had no clue who was her boss to transfer me, and said they "don't do refunds" nice.
I won't ever use this site again to book anything!

I was on the site and pursued purchasing plane tickets to Albuquerque. I double purchased tickets by mistake, I called customer service and the rep was so nice, understanding and helpful to correct my error. It was very relieved and had piece of mind. Thank you.
When I booked with AirAsia last year, my confirmation email arrived after 8 hours. When I contacted them about it they said something about customer traffic and stuff. Now, with Justfly, my ticket confirmation arrived in 18 minutes. Just compare 8 hours to 15 minutes. Wow.
On the way to Atlanta, I was assigned a middle seat but spacious enough so it was fine. On the way back, I was upgraded to extra leg room seat and put next to a woman who lived a block away from my home. We are now friends and shared a cab at midnight. So, I say A+ for the experience!

Currently in a long distance relationship and have had a great experience with Justfly for flights and car rentals. Only downfall is that there are no other flexibility options with flights past midnight on the day of booking. Have had experience booking national and international flights.
Booked from airline. But got notice from Just Fly when home from work. Same flights were $80 cheaper. Since you can cancel within 24 hours, you bet I cancelled and booked same trip with Just Fly. Then $80 is the baggage fee charged by the Airline.
They scammed me into thinking I had to purchase another flight. Their customer service is so horrible and was hung up twice, once by a supervisor. I am making it a mission of mine to tell everyone I know to not use this site. They had no problem taking my money and then cancelling my ticket, so I will make it a mission of mine to make sure they dont get anyone else's money.
I booked a ticket the Computer kicked the Date to next Wrong Date. I called immediately within 10 minutes when I received the email. I called they promised a full refund. They are withholding a cancellation fee (there glitch) and seat assignment fees.
