The website was very easy to navigate through and that is something that I like. But I would've love to have more options for morning flights to LA leaving out of Chicago.
I left a review somewhere else also. Although my purchase through them went smoothly, I got the price I was quoted, in less than 30 mins I had my flights itinerary. Round trip. Unfortunately purchasing my seat I was robbed. Yes robbed, the agent/s took the money I paid for my seat and pocketed it. Maybe they keep the money for the agency who knows. Either way someone over their benefited. This could have easily been a positive experience for me, but stealing from hardworking people who just needs/wants a getaway is low. I do not recommend using them unless your ok with being assigned a seat or paying the higher fee after booking. In the end you pay more anyway because you'll be paying twice. I ended up contacting The airline via email. Deciding to remain positive in this situation.

I tried to call Just fly to try and re arrange my flight less than 24 hours after booking and I stayed on hold for 2 hours and then the line disconnected. So horrible!

Justfly has the worst customer service I have ever experienced!(Yes, worse than phone providers.) I tried multiple times over multiple days to deal with a cancellation due to covid-19. Every time they either told me they could not do anything and immediately hung up, or my call was dropped immediately after entering my reservation code. I finally directly called the airlines, and they immediately resolved the issue. I will NEVER use this Justfly(or Flighthub) again-both are owned by the same company.

My husband is military and recieved a notification that he can not travel outside a 100 mile radius and no domestic flights. Yet I can not recieve a refund or credit at this time due to the corono19
User friendly I was able to book my flight to ROME with nor problem the only thing is CANADA AIR does not offer as much on their flights as delta for example internet.

Buying a ticket on justfly is not recommended, buy ticket direct to an airline because once you have a problem they will not help you, they will keep you on hold, doesn't matter to them how emergency your situation is. They don't care at all! So disgusted!

Horrible! I booked the tickets paid and thought that was it. After receiving my itinerary stating that the price was what I paid for I got a notification from my bank of all the changes and I noticed I was charged twice! Called and was on hold for 1 hour and 45min and never spoke with anyone! So I called back in the morning with the same hold time but someone answered. I was told that the extra charge was just a service charge and that the funds would be reversed back to the card in 48 hours which was not true! So now I'm on the phone with them for 2 hours and 48 min I actually screenshot my phone screen because this was horrible! I felt like they stole my money! They lied about the price! I booked flights for 4 ppl and we was not seated together and I'm thankful they was all of age to sit by themselves! Never again!

I called justfly.com on Wed 11 March 2020 to cancel my flight to Paris as AIR FRANCE send me an email about no fees on flights to France as Coronavirus increased and Canada government suggested to void traveling, with 2 kids I called justfly.com all morning from 9 am to 12 pm then when talking to someone and asking to cancel the person told me he needed to check before answering and that he will call me back: never called back! I went online and cancelled to not loose my full amount but all airline fees were deducted from my refund. This is not acceptable as all gouvernement suggest us not to travel and spread the virus and Trump was closing all borders to European. Please do not buy with this website they are never answering and do not deal with problems if issues arise with your trip.
I will never use Justfly ever again. I was unable to fly because of the coronavirus travel ban, and they refused to change my booking, even though the airline was waiving all the fees. Yeah, they're cheap, but if you have to change anything, you can't.
