It was just scammed 300$ by justfly. Do not buy through this site. They overcharged me. First time I reached customer support I spoke to someone who barely speaks English and wasn't able to supply answers whatsoever. They assured me I would be refunded which was just a big lie. Of course I was charged. Never managed to get hold of customer service since.
I didn't realize that I had inadvertently booked a "basic economy" ticket. Rep assisted me at canceling my first booking and successfully rebooked at a cheaper cost. Excellent customer service. Thank you!
I went on line to check direct flight from Prince George to Victoria through local airline. I clicked on Central Mountain Air it brought me to your site and I saw Pacific Coastal Airlines flights that were what I was looking for. Direct flight was $100.00 cheaper than with main airlines which were not direct..
I called into customer service and found it easier to just book the flight online myself. It was very hard to understand their customer service personnel because of her accent and it got frustrating so I hung up and just booked my flights myself
I have used Justfly for the past several years and to date I have had excellent service. When I called to inquire about scheduling issues I was greeted warmly by the person on the phone and they were able to resolve all my issues.
Very horrible experience with this company. They were a headache to work with to reschedule a flight that was canceled on their end. Hung up on me several times, did not provide correct information (different from what the airline said) and refused to give me my money back and accept my cancelation. Dealt with them from November to March until I had enough and demanded my money back.
Stay away if you want a reliable flight.
Very hard to reach to them and if you do no help,if you call air line direct they don't want to talk direct and ask you to call justfly for any change or issue.if you try contacting this agency need hours and once they chat with you no help feels like once you bought the ticket it is over now you deal with related problems it is much better to buy direct from air line imagine you stuck some where and need to call air line they will not talk directly and there is no way you will be able to talk to justfly agency
Booking online was simple. And I like that I could leave the page and return without having to start over. I left justfly window several times and surfed for better prices and everytime I return to JF pick up right where I left off.
I booked with Just fly and asked if they had AAA and bereavement discount. The Rep told me they don't do that, but after explaining that I would appreciate any discount they can offer, so I could go and bury my Father, I was told I would get $50 off which would bring the price to $803.64. I then told the Rep that, that was not a discount because I was currently on their site and the price was exactly what he was quoting me. He said, that the price included taxes and fees, but that was not what was on the website. I called and emailed them a couple of times. I did get responses, but no resolve. I then emailed them and voiced but disappointment that someone going through grief should not get more grief by anyone, or a non-sympathetic company. All this after emailing my invoice to them twice
Justfly is a rip off and they don't value their customers. They have hidden fees and charges. Their customer service sucks and they try to keep your money. Priceline is better. I had to change dates due to covid and they still charged me and wouldn't refund money. There's about 60 of us who travel once a month, but that is over because we will no longer use their services. I rate it as a 0
The site is good for cheaper prices and handling quick reservations. As long as you don't have any issues with your reservation and need no assistance, you are good. If you need any assistance, god help you. The website is of no help to resolve any issues post reservation and you have to reach an agent to get the issue resolved. Beware, it takes an average of 2-3 hours to get an agent on phone. No guarantee that the issue will be resolved by the agent you get after waiting for 3 hours on phone. They may say that, they do not have access to a specific airline system and they need to reach out to their superiors and none of those are available and you may be asked to call the next day. You would need to do the whole 3 hour call again. Bottom-line is, these guys are good as long as you don't need any support. But the moment you need any, you are up to a disaster.
My experience with JustFly was excellent. There were cancellations from the airline due to weather conditions and JustFly was right on top of everything. They notified me and kept me up to date. I was able to fly the next day and everything was booked already.
Flights were nice and pleasant. Perfect times, just a little pricey for my emergency. I overall enjoyed my flights and experience. I was able to study going from destination to destination. No time wasted.
I can't say way Justfly ripped me off.
Justfly is a fraud company, from my point of view and about my worst experience with a Booking company.
I have a travel credit there. Now they will charge me US$1,808.31 for a flight. I can book on all other for $1,093.00. The advertise say, your cancelation will be free the next 24h. It's not the trough.
What the heck they are doing here on the market. He must be destroyed, thats what I am thinking.
I hope others will help me with them.
I want to do this because I think people need to tell the truth about their experiences to the relevant subject and be objective. Because many of us depend on other people experience to buy things.
I have not traveled in about 8 years. I bought a ticket to Amsterdam. I bought the ticket on Wednesday, and received an email saying that the ticket was being processed and it would take up to 4 days. Yes, I was anxious waiting for that confirmation/ticket because in the past it would only take a few hours!
4 days later i received the ticket/confirmation... So so far so good...
Before purchasing my plane ticket, i searched many sites for a best price, and for the one that made the most sense to me. And JustFly had the best price that I could find and their site was informative and not confusing. Thanks JustFly for helping me get to Texas for my sisters wedding!
So I bought my ticket and things changed and I tried to talk to them about changing the ticket which they did not do. They made me wait 20 minutes and then the manager hung up on me and I was chill. Not impressed at all
I was shopping for a flight and agreed to the price on the screen. When I booked the receipt came back $80 higher. I immediately called in to dispute it. And they made it out to be my mistake and if I wanted to cancel the flight it would be $75. So either way they got their money. To top it off I am sure I was talking to india, no where in the USA.

A great on line experience. The site was easy to navigate and the fares were the best I could find. Due to my own error, I had to contact customer service. The problem was solved quickly and the agent was very courteous. I would recommend Justfly.
I am NOT satisfied with the service of this company because the plane tickets cost me more than if I had taken the most expensive business class. When I was choosing the date, the program remembered the date I didn't want. In order to change the date, I had to buy new tickets and pay a very high price for the change. It's the same with changing the name of my companion. JustFly says that I cannot change my name and they send me to have it done by the company I fly with, and there they tell me that only those who sold the ticket can do it. In the end, I will have to cancel the tickets I bought from them and buy new plane tickets again. Never in my life has a vacation cost more. For me, you are scammers and I will never buy plane tickets from you.
