Horrible, horrible, horrible. This company is using a global pandemic to make money off its customers. I've never been so disgusted with a company! We are all in a time when understanding and customer service should be number one. I will be sharing with all of my friends, social media, and any review site I can find to warn people NOT to use this company. It is appalling that they use this dreadful time to make more money from people who are already hurting. Also, we received an email the day before we were going to leave that said there was an update to our itinerary... again... and when I went into the reservation, nothing had been changed to the itinerary. We had to cancel anyway because of the Coronavirus, but I can only imagine the headache if there were changes that we weren't told abou. JustFly, you should be ashamed of yourselves. I hope you are out of business very soon so that you can't hurt anyone else!
Very Bad. I purchased a ticket for my wife and requested to make a small change and you guys denied to do it. Resuming of the story, I had to purchase a different ticket to my wife so we did not have to loose our vacation.
I was on hold over 40... forgotten. I had to call back just to find out what the first person was wrong and you could not rebook me the same day. I was on the phone a total 1:50min with all kinds of charges that I would not have if I booked through the airline for the same price. Please follow my call this morning and do not charge me your service fees. Airline fee we can't control. I would like to see an email in response to this review.
Just fly is easy to navigate and always find the best prices on this website. I almost had to cancel a trip due to college student issues and they were willing to work with me as to reduce the cancelation fee to help me out. They are very thoughtful and personable.
It is a company that defrauds people. I made a reservation with them on a certain date and completed the reservation to receive confirmation of the reservation, but on a different date. When I called them to tell them that it was their fault and not my fault, they manipulated me in talking. All they care about is taking my money. I do not advise anyone to deal with them, as they are a fraudulent company
I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Justfly's customer service, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. From the moment I needed assistance, it became clear that this company does not prioritize customer service or satisfaction.
To start, I had to spend nearly three hours on their online chat, desperately trying to explain my emergency situation and seeking urgent assistance. Despite this significant time investment, I received little to no useful help. Instead, I was met with rude responses, a lack of understanding, and a general sense that the agents had no idea how to address my issue.
When I tried to call Justfly, the situation was even worse. There was no one to talk to, and I was stuck in an endless loop of waiting, only to be forced back into the dreaded online chat. This lack of human interaction was incredibly frustrating, especially since I had a legitimate issue that required immediate attention.
My initial problem arose when the airline made changes to my existing booking. I received an email from Justfly stating that I had alternative options to change my flight, which seemed straightforward. However, when I requested to use these alternatives, I was told that I needed to pay extra fees, despite the fact that the changes were not my fault. The agent's response was that this was just a "generic email," and that I would need to pay if I wanted to make any changes. This felt like a blatant attempt to extract more money from me for something that should have been resolved without additional charges.
The lack of honesty and transparency was appalling. It seemed that once I had paid for my ticket, Justfly was no longer interested in providing any form of customer service. Instead, they tried to squeeze more money out of me for absolutely no reason.
I have used many travel booking websites, but Justfly has by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They are unreliable, unhelpful, and disrespectful to customers. I will never use this website again, and I urge others to avoid it at all costs. If you value your time, money, and sanity, choose a different travel booking service. Justfly is simply not worth the headache.
I use JustFly all the time. I first heard about them from a friend who's a frequent traveller who told me about this ota service she discvored when she had to fly to Rouen. I checked out their flight and hotel deals and was impressed w/ the speed and low cost. I'll consult them for future travel planning.
We have tried to resolve a name change issue for months. Each time we call you are put on hold for at least 10 minutes at least three time. Each time we are told something different. No one knows a basic answer to a basic question without putting you on hold... again. Each call is as if they have never heard from us. On last call we were told they would refund the price and apply it to the new ticket price, which is now 10x what we paid.

I booked a flight with this company 2 months ago and they cancelled without notice and my card was still charged. I was told I was going to receive my refund in the mail and 2 months later I still have not received any of my money back!
If i could give less than 1 star I would. Justfly is the absolute worst! I recently booked a flight with justfly and was sold a ticket to a country i could not enter. I was told by Justfly there were no restrictions however when i showed up to my connecting flight I was denied and stuck in the state of Florida! Justfly is still putting me through the biggest hastle just to get a refund which i am told will take up to 12 weeks. Do yourself a favor and use ANYTHING else!
Beware of this predatory company. I tried to change my flight within 24 hours of purchasing. I realized that Id have to pay the change penalty fee of $150 per ticket. But not only did they charge me the change fee and the price of the new ticket - now they wont even refund me the cost of my first ticket! And they wouldnt even let me speak to a manager. So now Ive payed over double the cost of the tickets. And thats over $1300 in penalty fees. No other booking agency Ive dealt with has ever been so difficult or terrible or charged that much - especially within 24 hours. Now I must dispute the charge with my bank.

Bought Insurance, was told that if I wanted to cancel due to illness or injury I could cancel. I injure my back, tried to cancel. It was a merry-go-round of calls that wasted my time and now I have to pay more money to get credit back...

We understand how plans can change at any moment which is why it is important to purchase insurance however, CSA is a company we offer through our website therefore it is not our insurance plan. When a change or cancellation happens on a file, we as a travel agency need to follow the airline fare rules and charge any applicable fees. Once changes are made, you would then need to open a claim with CSA and they will do the necessary refund if any.

I booked a flight through them in 2017... all went well so used them again this year. Complete disaster--was told by airline upon cgeck-in that reservation on return flight was now completely different --different days and with an overnight in SLC--that was never in the plan... Delta blamed it on JustFly. Justfly blamed Delta... never did get a straight story. Anyway ended up with a $9 phone call and a 40 minute wait with JustFly while I was in PARIS. Talking to them when I could have been enjoying my vacation. A real mess... only to end up with a new itinerary that was almost identical to what I booked though JustFly in the first place. I will not use them again.

I am very computer illiterate. I always have someone do my plane trips, etc. for me, but no one was around to help me. I admit I was nervous as I started to get into it. It took me forever as I wanted to make sure I got everything right. I am 79 years young and I couldnt believe I did it! DO NOT USE JUSTFLY! Book 2 reservations, first one i booked i had to call to modify due to wrong returned date, the Justfly agent cancelled my reservation and had me booked a new one. I went online and made a second reservation, got a confirmed flight email. On the day of the flight which is Christmas, the airline told me the flight was cancelled. I was furious, i called Justfly customer service, they told me my reservations were cancelled. Apparently Justfly made an error and cancelled both of my reservations. They refused to compensate for the new flight. They tried to blame on my credit card for being declined. I used same credit card that got charged for the flight fees and i got confirmation page saying it went thru. Justfly is the worst company i had to dealt with and it ruined my holiday travel :'(
Purchased my ticket with this agency and purchased additional cancellation policy. When I try to canceled or even change the date they told me I couldn't. Called customer service number about 5 times and no help keep giving me the running around. When I got frustrated with the agent because I kept asking for a supervisor and Agent kept declining it I got really frustrated and hang up.and then Agent sent me a text message saying are you black you $#*! and I got it recording and also copy of the text and I tried to explain that to the agent later when they call me I send them a copy of everything they still didn't do anything they act like they're going to take care of it but they didn't. So do yourself a favor do not buy ticket from this company.
If you take a chance on traveling during the Covid restrictions, just understand that Justfly doesn't give a hoot if you can't enter due to said restrictions. Oh, they make it seem like you get a credit, but the reality is their website conveniently fails during the rebooking process. It has happened twice now, and I am out $1400 US trying to travel to the Philippines. There is exactly zero ability to talk to a Justfly rep on the phone. I will book straight through the airlines from now on.
I will never go through, just fly again. I paid a $109 For my ticket and when I called the airlines that I was flying on. Which was frontier airlines They charge me an additional $75 so that I would be able to fly. When I called customer service on just Fly, she didn't make any sense to me at all. And then she sent me an email which was never sent to me. I will never spend my money through this company again. I could have payed alot cheaper ticket going through frontier airlines for a lot cheaper than what I had to end up paying.
Will never use this site ever again... same stuff that everyone else has experienced and they put me on hold three times waiting for a supervisor... when she finally came on we spoke back and forth a bit. Then she made believe she couldn't hear me then we talked back and forth a bit then she disconnected me... sounds like they're from India or somewhere out of the country...

Straight up a scam.
I booked a ticket to China and there are the things that happened:
1. A day after my ticket confirmation they charged my extra $70 without any explanation.
2. I needed to change my flight, I called JustFly, they told me to call AirLines because they don't have authorization. I called Airlines and turns out:
A. JustFly messed up my first ticket and had to void it, and then rebook without asking me. The price difference was $70 so they charged me that amount without telling me.
B. Since JustFly messed up and changed my flight once, I now can't change my flight anymore. But they did not admit it was their fault but just redirect me to the AirLines saying "We don't have authorization to change your ticket".
Straight up a scam.
Answer: This is a FRAUDULENT Company with the worse customer service you will find. STAY AWAY
