My booking was very quick and easy! I had to book a last minute flight to Europe (same day) due to my other flight being cancelled and I was able to book for a few hundred dollars cheaper than my friends who booked on another site. Definitely recommend!

Purchased a ticket yesterday and they placed a hold on my bank account for the money. Then called them because they said no tickets were issued because my credit card was declined. I explained that if it was declined why they are holding the money on my account, called multiple times and was even transferred to "support team" and all they did was try to get another credit card number from me but I was not going to give them another so they could steal from me twice. Avianca can't do anything because my reservation is through a 3rd party. I just got a notice that they cancelled my reservation... but money is still on hold. SCAM!

First time using JustFly

It was quick and easy to find and book the flight I needed. Much easier than trying to get a travel agent to help me out (I have ditched the travel agent by the way!)

If the boarding and flight go as smoothly I might have found my new preferred method to travel!

Always an awesome experience

I love how just fly always has awesome deals on flights for my daughter coming home for the holidays from school, and also myself and my husband use just fly for our trips as well. Always better deals than the other sites, and always have alternatives for other days. We love just fly!

Unprofessional peoples. Do not book ticket from these guys.
I booked ticket from them in Premium economy. After 10 days I called them to upgrade my ticket to Business class. They forced me to cancel my existing ticket and assured to book ticket for business class at $1495. After cancelling my ticket they transferred to sales team and now they are asking for $7000 to book the ticket. I lost my existing ticket and now even premium economy is charging me around $2000. Do not trust them. Now they don't pickup my phone.

Very happy with the price. We used the price alerts and waited for the price we could be happy with. The price alerts came in on a regular basis as we had put in several available options trying to find the cheapest and shortest route for any given date combo that would fit into our plan

Concerned

I am concerned because I was not asked if I required wheel chair assistance and for the person I am travelling with I will need it. All other times it was an option when I was filling out identification info. After I was completed filling out information it had not asked me that. Now I am hoping the air line will just ask and provide.

Refund denied

I had to cancel my trip due to Covid19 pandemic in Europe. Air Canada, the airline issuing the ticket, approved my refund even if originally it was a non-refundable ticket due to the extreme circumstances. Justfly has refused to acknowledge the remark on my ticket from AirCanada that would make it refundable and has been deaf to my repeated requests. The customer service is terrible with operators with very low English proficiency (I am also a non-native English speaker) and a standard script in front that they keep repeating without giving any chance to proceed with a refund process. I will report this agency to the BBB and possibly start legal action.

It took Justfly 5 days to try and fix the name on the ticket and then they still didn't fix the ticket with the name change... that is really bad when the can't fix a name correction. Also they were suppose to do a refund on a ticket and still haven't done it... so I am still waiting for that refund... maybe! I need to call the State of North Caroline attorney General

Terrible Service
March 15, 2019

Last year I booked a flight but was unable to travel because of Military obligation.
I called Justfly and explained my situation. I was told to pay #150 for modification and that my booking would be good for 1 year.
Today I went on line to see how much my credit is worth, and to my surprise it says zero even though I paid sum of $920.00.
I called Justfly and was told I have a credit of $754.93, I asked how much do I need to add to book a new flight?
The female I was talking with left me on the phone for over 10mins and came back to tell me total amount for the flight is $1650 when there is a flight to same destination for $840.45. In other words my money is gone without a flight and then she hung up.
I am going to make sure my congressman hears about this. This ridiculous.

It has been a nightmare trying to make any changes with this company. First, could never get a live representative, second, very unclear options. Because of covid, we were initially trying to see what options we had, but couldn't get a hold of anyone so following unclear online instructions to try to make changes, they charged us $520! But the changes were not what we want! When finally got a live person today, she hung up on my husband. According to the airlines, we are eligible for a refund but Justfly would not give it. So we are stuck with credit with them and had to pay additional $520. We are just starting to travel again because kids are older now I just want to say we will NEVER use this company ever again. Lessons learned. They rather lose all our future business than to refund us modification fees. What a dumb business model. Carnival cruise at least refund us all the money except $200 in fees.

HORRIBLE!

This company is awful. I booked a round trip ticket and paid an extra fee to pick my seats. I got an email a week before my trip informing me that I didn't have seats for my flights. I called and spoke to four different employees, one of which was a supervisor and they could only tell me that fee is just for them to contact the airlines and ask for the seats I chose, there is no guarantee. Now, I get to contact the airlines and pay excessive fees for the few seats that are left. I could not recommend this company any less.

Never again

Fraud! They messed up on the flight details so I called to change it they said it already went through so I'd have to call the airline. So I called Frontier and turns out they didn't use the last 4 of my card. What they do (justfly) takes your money then books your flight with one of their company credit cards so their company receives the " frequent flyer miles". That's why when I tried to fix it the airline had the wrong card number. Then just fly wouldn't fixed their own mistake and didn't give me a refund. So I disputed all the charges with my bank and they got me all my money back. $#*! justfly

They hide your email address and make it impossible to resolve simple issue... let this email show proof you are not willing to deal with your broken checkout system
I have call twice to too two different individuals, who refuse to correct my bookings issues. I do not need two seats for myself but one for my wife & one for myself
Your email confirmation show's me twice with my wifes DOB... not mine... Because you wer no help I have booked new flights directly with Aeromexico / Delta

I just got off the phone with Aeromexico / Delta it appears the two people I spoke with@ your place of bossiness today are mis-informed or mis representing my request.
The booking has not been confirmed... and once again your system entered my name twice... once with my birth date and the other with my wife's birth dates.
I have already booked another flight directly with Aeromexico / Delta. So just do the right thing and cancel the charges... AMEX has already been put on alert for this matter

I had my reservation changed 3 times, I never was notified. Luckily I had linked my reservation to my AA app which showed my flight change. Too make a long aggravation short I had to purchase the last segment of my trip a separate ticket to avoid being in NY waiting 3 days to return home! Horrible services and flight changes at the last minute!

Worst agency ever!

This is worst. Site that I would not recommend anyone to use. They booked me flight from MCI to Atlanta. Arrived at the airport on time but was told the flight had left before the time. It was my connecting flight so I called to ask them reschedule my flight from Atlante to Kenya but I was put on holds and took forever to take my calls. Not until the flight left and I had checked in, which then complicated issues and told me it is a "NO SHOW" when I had been on call waiting for help. They took a clean over $300 from me for nothing! Worst ever!

Ticket Refundable
October 20, 2017

I had to cancel my refundable ticket and I paid 300 for cancellation fees. After I cancelled and paid the cancellation fee my checking account was debited immidiaetely
I received an email from them that I will have back my credit on 7 workings days, guess what never happened I called them and now they are telling me that their policy for refund is from 6 to 8 weeks. I don't recommend Justflly at all

I booked a ticket, then had to change flights due to a visa delay. They confirmed my changes, charged me 500 extra, then gave me the original exact same itinerary. So basically they will charge you to do nothing. Good luck getting a hold of them and good luck getting your money back. The worst of the worst.
