It took 2 hours to book a flight with tis Phippine woman. Hard to understand! Flights not available. After 2 hour the manager insulted me, by wanted to give me a dollar my tickets. I was trying to book 7 tickets!

Really bad service. In this emergency situation of spreading corona virus, i tried to contacted the justfly support from canada to ask about rescheduling my travel for which I spent almost 1600cad. I was ready to wait until i get connect with someone to speak. But i have waited for almost an hour and there wasn't any response. There is no information about the waiting time for the call, we are not even sure whether we get help once we book a ticket. I even purchased the cancellation protection for 24 hours which costed 20cad for 24 hours, which is free for other booking sites. Pleas dont book flights from this website because you will never get service from them once you pay. I called the airlines and they said they can help with the cancellation only if i was purchasing the ticket directly from them. Almost all the airlines offer free cancellation and reschedule due to covid-19 virus. I am planning not only for my safety, but for my fellow beings too. But this site is not being helpful.
Not recommended site for booking tickets. Don't lose your money. I never seen such a bad service. Even the airlines were too fast to respond.

Cheap prices -- but shockingly unresponsive to corona virus threat. I realize it is a discount site, however I was shocked that Justfly would not cancel the reservation within a short few hours after making it. I only wanted to cancel due to the corona virus advisories that were just publicized. I waited over 45 minutes on the phone to find out that this would not be possible.
Do not by any means book your travel through this company. They are not in the business of helping their customers and will nickel and dime you for every small detail. No help whatsoever from United when trying to resolve my issue- 2 companies I will NEVER use again!

If I were you I would never do a booking on this site. My experience: I book 2 airline tickets here and they on purpose mispelled our names on both of the tickets just so they could charge us $75 Additionally per tickets to fix the names. Also, if you put insurance on the tickets they will be good for only the first 24 hours after you buy the ticket and they charged you up to 175 dollars to reschedule. After the 24 hours insurance is worthless. Worse experience ever. I would never use it again, better off to pay a little more and buy directly through the airline.

I just booked my FIRST trip with Jusftly.com, and I wish I had not done it.
First, the information available at the time I booked my trip was not sufficiently clear to state that I could not pick my seats. After I booked the trip, this information appeared. If I were to book seats for me and my family - and I do need to book seats because we travel with a 6 year old and a 4 year old - the price of the trip would increase by 50%, so of course I did not want that. I then tried to cancel - I did pay the cancellation fee. As I write this review, I am in my second attempt to reach out to customer service to do just that and it is now over 2h of wait on the phone. I will never again do business with this company
I paid for 2 travel insurance policies to cover any loss and I'm still out of $450. My classes were cancelled due to the coronavirus freakout and when I tried to adjust my flight dates I could not even reach a human to talk to. Just dead ends, manipulative fine print, and completely void of any positive resolution. All in all I feel like these greedy bastards would rather have you risk your health than do the right thing for public safety. I hope the airline industry takes a huge hit and I hope people at Justfly lose their jobs. You are terrible humans that prey upon hard working peopleand deserve this economic catastrophe. Or wait, maybe you can just keep ripping people off through misinformation and hype in order to stay in business. I will never do business with Justfly ever again and will share my story on social media with as many people as I can.
Horrible service and experience. I spend 4+ hours a day on hold for them to tell me to call back or pretend they will follow up with me with 24 hours. They gave me a 19 hour layover in China and refuse to fix it although the airline approved the fix. I'm on hold for the 6th hour today as I type this and my flight leaves tomorrow. They refuse to refund me although I have insurance and refuse to contact the airline. I've never been treated worse. I travel a lot and never had such a horrible experience. So much more to the mistreatment but please go to another company before you get scammed.
Just Fly has provided me with cost-effective travel options. I have gone directly to the airline sites to compare prices and just fly has the best and lowest prices available. Also, you are not required to purchase insurance when purchasing or booking your flight. This feature is available to you even weeks after you have booked your flight. Good Deal!
