I had made a round trip reservation and got the insurance to change the flight if necessary, butt when i needed to change it i was told i had to pay$99. That disappointed me, but you have the power. I think toy have the best deals, tho.
Easy site to use- notifies you when prices go down. Also very easy to follow when it comes to booking your flight. It shows what other company are charging for the same exact flight to make sure you know you are getting the best deal.
I got a great price however because I was unfamiliar with the site I didn't realize that I had not chosen seats for one portion of my flight. That was my fault. It would have been nice before purchasing if the site had a warning of some kind to alert me that I had not chosen seats. Otherwise a great experience.

Just fly changed the dates we wanted to fly at the last min. Before we hit ok then charged us 225 dollars to cancel flights that we just booked 10 min. Earlier

I purchased two separate tickets for two people on different dates with different destinations. Both were handled very efficently with no stress or complications even tho both our returns were during hurricane Erma to Florida. The slight extra charge was very worth it to get A1 service for two people at different times.
I found a really good price for me and my family thank you for making my trip happen! I booked tickets and it was very convenient because JustFly had same time going flights and different time coming back. I wanted my family and I all travel together but come back different time and this was not very convenient with other flights but JustFly!

This website is the worse website ever when i did my purchase evrything was fine once i verified the return date they changed my date to 6-7 months away from what i had selected and ive been waiting to get ahold of a manager for like 2 weeks this is ridiculous and their customer service is horrible... dont purchase any tickets through their site PLEASE... still waiting on a resolution
Hi I have read all the bad reviews and had a similar nightmare with another 3rd party website. Suggestions: file complaint with Dept of Transportation, email the Attorney Generals office for the state where the company is registered in, file complaint at the better business bureau, FBI fraud claim, threaten and execute class action lawsuit send copies of all claims to website contact so they take you seriously. I was fully refunded right before I was about to file class action but this all took 9months. Good luck!

Very Very Very Bad... I would not get any services from JustFly. Very bad customer support... Needed to wait for almost half an hour to get to the customer care... everytime they put me on hold fo more than 5 min to confirm something... so so so bad... I would not ever dealt with this guys at all.
Please DO NOT book with this site. There is a government issues travel ban during this awful pandemic which cause my husband and I to not be able to fly. We called within the 72 hour window they requested to cancel. We cannot cancel according to them but offered a credit which is fine, but then wanted to CHARGE $35 PER PERSON FEE for something that is out of our control. The supervisor said there is nothing they can do. Even changing the dates they want to charge us. Looks like just fly just lost 2 customers.
Justfly is a SCAM! Take down their website. Block them so they stop harassing people and waste their valuable time with their fake flights and prices. Their website list the cheapest prices for flights just collect your personal information and waste your valuable time! Do not trust justfly. They are fake!

I booked a flight for our son to Europe with justfly. We paid over $1300. One of the flights was canceled. We were not informed about it. My husband and our son, soent hours at the airport trying to contact justfly to arrange for another connection. It took the entire day to be able to speak to someone and be left with no resolution. We were told that we will be contacted next day. Zero communication! We spent another day on the phone to ge told that our son might be flying in 2 days. They did not want to send us new travel arrangements and did not want to make a promise! I asked for money back. We still have not seen the money, after 2.5 months! We purchased new tickets via Orbitz and the last minute deal cost us $ *******. Avoid justfly! You will not be able to get any help if case of flights cancelations.
They do not give you a heads up if the price changes. Then charges your card triple the price. When you call customer service they put you on hold. Then give you an option to call back then never call back. I got charged $2,500 more than what I said yes to. I was forced to cancel it and had to pay 75 dollars for their mistake. Never ever use this service! It is unethical that after 5 minutes you are forced to pay 75 dollars.
I have booked a multi-leg quite expensive international flight more than two months ago. All was fine until I got an email last week stating I needed to call Scandinavian Airline's because there was a flight change. Well I called and held for more than 30 min only to be told they couldn't help me, I would have to call JustFly. I have now called three times, had incredibly long wait times and cannot get this resolved because they said the airline wouldn't approve my flights? What? Why would they care as long as flight is available? I have been told they cannot call me nor email me, I have to keep calling back. Trip is in a month and I am beyond frustrated and will never use them again. They are supposed to call me tonight after 10:00 pm my time. I had to agree or either call them again and go through the whole thing for the fifth time. May have to use American Express to fight this, but at this point it will be incredibly expensive to find tickets elsewhere. I have learned my lesson!
