I was searching for a reasonable airfare for a mini vacation, Justfly came up as an option and I was able to find what I needed in my budget. The website was easy to navigate once I found the particular route and timing for my needs.
I would never ever book with them again. It has been a nightmare dealing with them. I booked a flight for CAD 631 and when I canceled it I paid charges of 400 and end up with CAD 231 as a refund. My advice from such experience: Use such sites to know the cheapest flight and book it from the airline directly and never ever deal with a site without seeing its review. Finally, I hope that I had zero to choose for this review
After purchasing my ticket I called back within the hour when I noticed I had selected the wrong seat choice. I called to see if I could make the seat change and I was informed that because it had already been processed I no longer could. I thought that was not right. I did not want to make any other changes just a different seat selection
I have purchased a ticket from these guys once, and I was 100% sure that I picked the date wanted, however they changed the flight a day before. I realized as soon as I received the confirmation that they made a mistake. I tried to call justfly CS Rep, nobody answered, neither over the chat or over the phone. I decided to contact the airline directly, Got refund from the airline, justfly REFUSES to apply the refund. Called them several times, last agent who I spoke with said "this is how we make money" regadless if the airline issue refund or not! In this case... NEVER BOOK via thieves websites.

Mr. Mathew Keezer is nothing more than a dishonest and shameless justfly President. When someone cancel a reservation, justfly retrieves the money from the Airlines and never return it to the consumer. Worse than that Mr. Keezer is hiding in Canada where U.S. consumers can never reach him. Mr. Keezer is located in Canada, U.S. consumers have no recourse or a place to complain.
U.S. Consumers stay away from this deceptive company. Only book with companies located in the U.S.A.
I purchased 4 tickets to Paris and was quoted a very good price. I made a screenshot of the price before I purchased the tickets. I went through the booking process and was overcharged $187.80 on my credit card statement. When I called Justfly the first person (Ken) said he would refund this overcharge. Then I was transferred to three more agents (including two 'supervisors'--Shawn and Rita) who said I would not receive a refund and gave me different explanations as to what the charge was for--one person said "airline taxes", two people said the charges were for seat assignments but one of them said it was $59.00 for the assignment and one said it was $91.00. I sent them several emails with the screen shot showing the price of the tickets and my credit card statement and they said they couldn't see the attachments in the email. They are LIARS! Do not trust or use Just Fly!
I booked a flight 3 months ago. Just Fly abruptly cancelled my flight for no reason. I havent received my refund yet. The company told my bank after i filed a dispute claim i had used the ticket. After i showed proof i had bought a ticket directly from the airline the new story is now they have to investigate. NO REFUND yet,
I've used other flight scheduling sites in the past, but this was the quickest and painless 'i've ever used. I've found a flight at a great price and scheduled a ticket in a matter of minutes; It was so easy to just fly! I'd recommend this site to any and every one.
I liked the fact that the price included taxes and airport fees. What I didn't realize was that when I picked my seats, there was extra cost depending on the seat. My ticket cost an extra $60. This was not known when I selected JustFly. I felt tricked.

I booked a flight for $72 and my card was charged $124. When I called and said I wanted a refund they told me I would be charged $75 to cancel. They were so rude and will NEVER have my business again. Book with ANYONE else. This company is a complete joke.
I consistently use Justfly.com for my travel bookings. Every single time Justfly.com is lower than their competitors. I never have an issue with their pricing or their reservation systems. I will continue to use Justfly.com
After speaking with an agent of Just Fly I had several opportunities to book my flights to Manila with other agencies over the weekend but thinking back on how polite and professional he was... I decided to go with Just fly!
Bought a flight through them on LATAM. The flight ended up being cancelled and Justfly told me that LATAM would no longer be doing that route. Justfly tried to sell me on a far worse flight (time-wise and number of stops). I said no thanks and asked for a refund. They said they would put in for a refund for me and it would take 8-10 weeks. I booked my flight on another airline. I waited ten weeks and called them to inquire about my refund. They told me LATAM issued tickets on a different flight and I would have to call them myself. Why did they tell me one thing that turned out to be false and not follow through on what they said they would do? Save your money. Book directly with the airlines. Sites like this will cheat you.
They lure you of low fares ( which you can still get doing some research), but if anything happened. Like you miss the flight or the flight get cancelled, then they take for ever to answer the phone, people of answer they dont know. And if you ask for a refund take you 60 days and not yet received it and you cant even re-book the missed flight unless you buy a brand new ticket for the flight you missed. Absolute horror. Run away
JustFly claimed to have booked my return flight. I even had an itinerary. Yet when I checked with the airline near the departure date, there was no return flight and I had to deal directly with the airline (United - they were great). When I tried to reach JustFly, it was literally impossible. Do not use JustFly.
I went home to Calgary this summer and I needed to book a flight ASAP. This is my first time to book online, I usually do it with my local agent. Apparently, they had to close shop because the owner needed to fly for the summer as well, but that's a different story.
Anyway, this is how I discovered JustFly. I really did not know what to do at first, thank goodness they have their 1-800 number on the website. So, I dialed the number and the agent on the other line was able to help me book a round trip ticket.
JustFly is the best and they made my summer awesome.
They charged my card for the flight even though it wasn't available then an hour later they charged me for the protection plan when I didn't even purchase the ticket?! Been on hold and on the phone for several hours and they still can't help me! Wouldn't recommend using this site unless u want to deal with false charges hold times and trying to get your money back…
Terrible service. Wanted to make corrections the name on the flight. Lied to me at first. Then charged me a full ticket price again.
CANCELLATION SCAM: on the site it says I have to pay 75 dollars fee per ticket for cancellation. In fact, you lose entire ticket.
