I really did trust Justfly. Well it take a critical time like this to know this company, all other agencies sending email about the virus not Justfly. Just a recording tell me to contact the airline. This is a sad and stressful time money involved the customer service need to be more caring. My cruise is In August but was canceled
Booked a flight through them (business class). COVId happened and had to cancel return flight. Lufthansa approved that but the refund should come from just fly.
I scheduled a call with them and they put me on hold for 25 min then hung up.
Tried to schedule again but no call back.
No response what so ever.
They stole my money flat out and I have just hired a lawyer to sue them!
Don't book through just fly!
I am still waiting for a flight that was booked by one of their supervisors. I am stuck in a hotel in Melbourne, i have spent 4 days on line, was given the runaround between Quantas and them, hung up on after 4 and a half hours on line waiting for customers service. I lost 4 days of my precious vacations. The first vacation in my life after beating a cancer. No compensations for the arriving flight that was a day late and none for hotels i have to rent at a high price in Melbourne. I am waiting in a hotel room not knowing how to get home in canada. All was recorded, i made the supervisor, 2 supervisors in fact... promise the flight he offered after 3 days on the phone was ok. He said yes 2 times, not to worry. When i had no confirmation on email i suspected the worst. And i was right... nothing done. And they put it on the airline fault. I need help! No money and stuck here. If they answer to call them back... i am doing just that for a long time... do not book there... STAY AWAY!
Several of us in the family booked through Just Fly. All went well until we had to cancel due to the virus. My husband and I were charge $35 each to cancel and our daughter was not charged anything?
When we went to re-book we were told to contact the carrier. Delta then charged us $50 to keep the excess credit in our account. This makes no sense to us. Can someone explain?
I've been in school in Maryland for a year now and I had not seen my parents in forever. When we finally had enough to book a flight, we chose justfly.com. It was a good round trip price $330. However, my flight was cancelled automatically the next day. After calling to find out why, they mentioned my card was declined from my bank and they wouldn't be able to honor me for the same price even if I paid now. (Fights are now $500-800) SO, I called my bank to find out what happened on their end. They said they never received any charges. No invoice. No Bill. No transaction. So instead of calling justfly back and arguing I decided to leave a negative feedback on almost everything. I found a better flight through student. Universe for $247. I will be missing christmas and new years with my family THANKS TO JUST FLY. If they didn't want me to have a cheap flight like their website claims, they should have just said so.
When booking a round trip DSM to CGK for a price quoted at per ticket of approximately $850/seat, once all the passenger and purchase information was entered, the price suddenly jumped to over $5,000/seat. I cancelled that process and tried again for the exact same ticket. There were no surprised the second time around, but I am much less confident in using your site again.
Being charged an extra fee so I can have a seat next to my wife, I do not like at all. If I find a vendor who does not charge such a fee, I will not be using your service again.
I booked flights and I was told to sit with everyone in my party we would have to pay for seating which is ridiculous. If you buy 6 tickets at once you should automatically be seated with one another. I understand paying for bags but paying for seats is just ridiculous
I bought a ticket and purchased extended cancellation for $19.99 to be able to cancel if needed when i call they said it was only a 24 hr cancellation they were not willing to help at all no credit for future purchase or even some money back i ask to change it to one of the tickets i had just Purchased and they said no i lost $460 hard earned money. I purchased 4 tickets before i called to cancel the one for $460 i was so upset i told them to cancel the 4 tickets i had just bought less than a hour before calling and they wanted to charge me $300 to cancel tickets i had just purchased. They sound like robots they repeat the same stuff over and over i asked to speak with management and they are a joke they don't care about customers their advertising is misleading. It's not with doing business with them.
If there was a negative star, I would select the lowest! I was lured by the "cheap" prices! If you book online, it'll take you all the way to the end, where you submit the payment. Once that's done, you'll get a notification that the flight is no longer available and they give you other flight options (for double the price). But if you start the flight search again, it'll show that same flight is still available for the same "cheap" price! If you go through the process again, you'll get charged again on your credit card! Good luck trying to get those charges removed! I will never ever recommend Justfly to anyone (even the people I don't like).
I had a connection flights three planes i flew on to get to New York from California since your site didn't offer much option.
That was the worst flight ever and not to mention. 6-7 hours layover.
Your site needs more options in flight booking.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
