I booked my rescheduled flight and they took advantage of that situation to scam me with more money to get my flight. Plus screwed me of my flight and lost two days of my one week vacation. Very very disappointed and very Unhappy. I will never used them again. Scammers!
I booked my airfare on line but website wouldn't let me book my husband's flight although I requested a flight for two. Had to call Justfly and the booking fee was $50 dollars more than on the website!
Although the United canceled my flight to Europe on April 1 (and promised full refunds),
JustFly charged me $ 150 to "cancel" this reservation. First they promised a refund ($2073), then a credit, now they will not even acknowledge that I have any credit with them.
We been trying to use our travel credit to book flight to our destination and it is nearly impossible after talking to the customer service. Waiting time is unbelievable if you want to talk to the customer service department
I called for scheduling change supervisor put me on hold for 2 hours asked me wait and she left office putting me on hold soooooooo so careless and negligence and customer care personal do not know how to resolve under training
Quick and easy! No hassles and I found a great price and was able to book really quickly. I was taken here from skyscanner, my go to booking app and had a simple and quick booking, confirmation email was sent really quickly!
It was easy to find the flight and price I was looking for. They give you a bunch of flights on the day you want to leave, with a bunch of different times. You just have to pick the one you want and away you go.
Tickets are Less expensive rate however after you purchased you cannot change the date anymore unless you have protection plan or you will pay the said fee in changing the tickets. I hope you will allow your clients to modify their tickets for free for atleast one hour up to three hrs. Prior to the time they purchase their tickets.
Called and booked a round trip ticket, only to find out the return trip was to a different airport.
$165 pound cab drive later made it to the correct airport. Not only I was not able to talk with a supervisor regarding the mistake on the ticket, but I was told it was my fault. Would NEVER use Justfly. AWFUL
I paid extra for a seat and this is the airline's response when i asked why i did not get the seat:
We reviewed your feedback and investigated your reservation with the code US56TH. Let us inform you that we have not detected any chargeable seat payment for your flights in our system logs.
As your reservation has been issued by a travel agency, the agency is fully responsible of this reservation, hence you need to contact the relevant agency regarding your complaint.
I will NEVER use that agency again!
On the website it says that there is a 24 hour cancellation on booked flights. Within 10 minutes of booking my flight I call them to cancel and I am told that there is a $75 fee. What a crock of sh_t. They told me that it was in the fine print. Yeah the fine print where everyone has time to read.
I am really having a hardtime with Justfly. Feel like why i booked tickets from them. Vayama is much much better than them. Justfly even charges you for booking the seats in advance which nobody else does.
My son got sick & i had to change my travel date. My ticket was booked from Justfly & my wife & son's ticket was booked by Vyama.com. I called up Justfly & they advised me to pay $370 for their fees. Vyama did the same for just $50 which is like 1/6th of what Justfly charged me.

There is a brief description of these fees at the bottom of your confirmation email as well as in our Terms and Conditions. Depending on the travel agency, we are subject to our own terms and fees, but all agencies must still follow airline fare rules and charge their change fee.
As per checking the fare rules of the ticket, you were charged $150 by JustFly to make the change plus and additional $220 Etihad Airways change fee.

My plans changed so I tried to get a refund but they would only give me a credit, so when I called back they wouldn't take my credit! $700 down the drain. So much for customer support. Don't waste your money.

Thank you for taking the time in reviewing our services. As per checking your reservation, we are able to see this ticket was cancelled in May 2017. When a ticket is cancelled and held as a credit, it is only applicable for one year after the original issue date which means in your case, the ticket was only valid until March 2018. A phone call was made only in September and at that point, the ticket was forfeited and lost all value.

This agency is a complete rip-off! The customer service is the absolute WORST! My wife's flight was cancelled due to an incident at JFK. We called customer service and all they kept saying was there was nothing they could do and to call the airlines directly. After trying, the airlines couldn't change the ticket. So we had to call just fly back. They were rude, incompetent, and refused to refund the money. Just Fly should really say Just F**ked. If you like being lied to and ripped off, then this is the travel agency for you.
The site was easy to navigate and allowed me to find the cheapest prices on my airfare. My twin grandaughters are both moving away from home to go to college, so finding flights will be something my daughter and granddaughters will be doing often over the next 4 years
Everything from start to finish was quick, clear, and easy. I didn't have to stop and figure out what I was supposed to do next or how to get there - the site led me. And I felt I understood what my choices were and to what I was agreeing.
Bought tickets, then they changed the departure time by a hour and half. Now we cant make our next flight. Asked if we could get a refund for that part of our trip as we had to buy another ticket from a different airline to get to that next flight. But we would use the return ticket. They wouldn't and they said if we didn't show up for the departure ticket it would cancel out the return ticket! So we had to purchase all new tickets, out the money! How is that even legal? What a terrible company!
I booked a flight, purchased flight insurance because the flight was 3 weeks away. The flight was on the just fly site for less than half the price 3 days later. When I tried to use the insurance to get the lower price, I was told that I was charged to select my seat not the insurance. Then 5 days after my 45" ordeal with just fly I got an email saying I am able to purchase flight insurance now. They're crooks!
No discloser when booking. You book a ticket, this site does not tell you the ticket doesn't include the seat, bags, or even a meal on a 9 hour flight. It's funny, i just thought there was a glitch when I pushed reserve my seat and their website did nothing. It's not there. After paid in full, I receive my email. Reserve seat. Huge extra cost. Add bag, huge extra cost. I didn't even know meals on the 9 hour flight weren't included until I called the airline. Seriously? It's sad and flat out disgusting busy practice to not disclose these items then not allow you to cancel. Why should a customer have to dig to find simple things like these that seem logical and common to have on flights. Will not book through this site again and not with the airline again either
I make tickets for a International trip for three young adults. I realized I had one letter wrong in the last name from a S to a Z.
I was able to change it with Southwest, NO problem. The reservations was only 24 hours. Instead of allowing me to change the letter, They made me cancel the flight and then Try to rebook. Of Course the price and the flight was not available. I lost the flights and had to pay 1300 dollars more. Will not be using them again ever.
