If you need to change anything after 24 hours you have to pay the airline $200 and pay Justfly hundreds of dollars. Book with the airline only. You will regret booking with Justfly if you need to make any changes.
My flights were cancelled by Norwegian Airlines but I never received any notification from Norwegian or JustFly and it's only 2 weeks away. Justfly has twice denied my request for a refund for two flights that no longer exist! I've been on hold for TWO HOURS waiting for someone, anyone, to answer the customer service phone! There is no email address on their website to contact them, either. All of this leads me to the conclusion that this company is a total SCAM.
This company is disrespectful and they cancel flights and the only option they offer is refund because all next flights are overbooked, they don't pay hotel, they are not interested in anything the customer
The booking process is as easy as most and accessed prices available from code share partners of US airlines at substantial discounts to the prices shown by the US partner on their website. I save ~$5,000 on a business class ticket to Hong Kong (last year) and Shanghai (this year). Seat selection is slightly harder but OK. Only problem I had is you cannot put in your domestic airline frequent flier number if the ticket is booked with a non-US code share partner - you have to make the reservation then call the non-US airline and have them update the record.
I had a wonderful experience with Justfly.com! It was my first time using it and my first time using the domestic and international airline offered. Everything exceeded my expectations and I plan on using Justfly.com again in the near future.
I don't like to give them 1 start. I want to give them nothing. They don't deserve any star at all. All I can say. Horrible service, all I get was disappointment, nightmare. I definitely would not use this website to book a ticket.
I was not adequately refunded for my first ticket which was a return ticket, because after the refund i was deducted for some charges again which was not meant to be so. I lost money and still had to buy a one way ticket to Nigeria.

It is a nightmare customer service. It is a foreign call center you can hear the background conversations. They negotiate the change fee like a car salesman. The person on the phone but me on hold several times, $750. Change fee for moving the date.

My confirmation and itinerary emailed to me stated that my departure flight was to leave at 10:04 EST from Tampa, FL. I showed up 3 hours early to be prepared in plenty of time. When I went to the counter to check in, I was told that my flight had left at 07:20 EST and I was checking in 15 minutes after that. No help from JustFly except an offer to book a new flight for 1.5 times the price of my original flight.
I had to pay double. I had booked a flight from Bulgaria destination London prior to last October and then 5 hours prior to the flight JustFly screen showed it did not go through yet my cc had been charged. So i booked anther flight w just fly at last minute
Scheduled multiple segments with domestic and international flights. Three of the segments were changed and we were never notified. Layovers changed increasing more than 3 hours for one segment and 3 hours for another. The only reason we found out about the change is because we looked online 3 days before leaving. Spent over an hour on the phone. All I got was "sorry"over and over. The rep could not tell us why we were not nipotified. We will not deal with them again.

They changed my flight and I don't have reasonable options. They dont want to refund me. They can't change my dates to the same destination. If I choose other flight they can charge me the double I payed.
The worst travel experience of my life and I haven't even flown anywhere. I have paid more for this trip than any other flight so I can be with my family as I get married and be with them all for Christmas. After the airline changed one flight I have made over 7 calls to try to have flights that will connect and not overlap. Over the course of three weeks I have spent hours on the phone on hold or listening to the JustFly script. I feel for the men and women stuck on the looped script while achieving nothing for customers. JustFly you have tarnished a trip I should be excited about. A wedding and Christmas with my family are precious moments. The travel there should not have this impact. Anyone reading this should avoid using this company at all costs. Saving a few dollars is nothing compared to the waste of time, energy and stress JustFly has caused me. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE JUSTFLY.

Absolutely bad idea to buy your tickets with justfly, I hardly recommend not to buy your tickets with justfly, I promise you that you will disappoint yourself.
Absolutely ridiculous and thief, they did not refund me till I took them to court
Last month I booked a flight with justfly.ca I then had to change the flight date. They gladly offered to help by changing the date. They said I had to pay the difference for the new flight (understandable) and pay a $150 "change fee". After charging me the difference and the extra $150 they charged me for my original flight. I paid for two one way flights plus $150. Now, justfly is saying too bad and they will not refund any money. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE! They will charge you a "change fee" for simply booking you a new flight. This company is a fraud. After paying $1118 for a $560 flight, I will never book with justfly again.

I booked a last minute round trip flight through Justfly due to a death in the family. I purchased cancellation insurance thinking in the event I need to cancel and change, this will provide a benefit (the details of the cancellation ins was not explained when I purchased it.
After realizing I needed to stay a few days longer, I contacted justfly to see what they could do to change my flight. After a very long wait time, I talked to a rep that was very difficult to understand. They indicated the flight I booked (almost $800 RT from LA to NJ) was non-refundable and I would need to purchase a new ticket. Apparently the cancellation ins only provided cancellation 24 hours prior to departure. After several calls and emails, I was able to get a flight for an addition $213.
I understand now that I should have purchased a one way flight, however due to the circumstances, I expected Justfly customer service to be more reasonable and accommodating. NEVER AGAIN
Good price, however, they should include the final-"real" cost at the beginning. On the website they showed you the price including taxes, it took me by surprise that after I choose the seats "magically " appears an additional fee for the seats that wasn't included first.

I booked my flight back to Taiwan from Hawaii in a rush, because my original flight was canceled. I found this website, booked my flight; it was really easy and convenient. A lot of options such as buying insurance or picking seats are available. Really wonderful.
I paid $147.15 for trip cancellation protection and Justfly.com refused to allow me to cancel and refused to refund the cost of the cancelation protection after 14 days
I paid $89.70 for seat selection fee and was unable to get the seats and they refused to refund
I was unable to get a refund or credit on flight or extra fees - never use this company
